Zur Unterstützung der Bogenablage auf dem Auslegerstapel 6 ist oberhalb dessen in einem Feld eine Blaslufteinrichtung 5 angeordnet. Der Ausleger weist weiterhin Bogenleitrichtungen 7 auf, die unterhalb der Förderebene für das Bogenmaterial 8 in einem definierten Abstand zum Bogenmaterial 8 angeordnet sind. Die Bogenleiteinrichtung 7 weisen bevorzugt im Bereich von Trocknereinrichtungen 9 doppelwandige Bogenleiteinrichtungen 7 auf, welche von einem Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.

Claims (9)
- Trocknereinrichtung für eine Bogenverarbeitungsmaschine mit einer Vielzahl von Blasöffnungen aus denen Trockenluft auf eine Seite des Bogenmaterials geblasen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Abstand zueinander ein erster Hohlkörper (15) und ein zweiter Hohlkörper (16) quer zur Förderrichtung (11) über die Formatbreite des Bogenmaterials (8) angeordnet sind, dass die Hohlkörper (15,16) mit einer Oberplatte (12) und einer die Blasöffnungen (14) aufweisenden Unterplatte (13) mit zugeordneten Seitenwänden (19) verbunden sind, um einen Strömungskanal (20) zu bilden, dass die Hohlkörper (15,16) eine Mehrzahl von Ausströmöffnungen (17) aufweisen, welche sich gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind und die Trockenluft in den Strömungskanal (20) einspeisen, wobei die Hohlkörper (15,16) mit einer Trockenluftversorgung gekoppelt sind.
- Trocknereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlkörper (15, 16) als Rohre ausgebildet sind. - Trocknereinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Unterplatte (13) angeordneten Blasöffnungen (14) senkrecht auf die Förderebene des Bogenmaterials (8) gerichtet sind. - Trocknereinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasöffnungen (17) untereinander im gleichen Abstand in der Unterplatte (13) angeordnet sind. - Trocknereinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung (11) des Bogenmaterials (8) vor der Trocknereinrichtung (9) wenigstens ein Infrarot (IR)-Strahler angeordnet ist. - Trocknereinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasöffnungen (14) zueinander mit gleichem Abstand in der Unterplatte (13) angeordnet sind. - Trocknereinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasöffnungen (14) senkrecht zur Förderebene des Bogenmaterials (8) angeordnet sind. - Trocknereinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des umlaufenden Fördersystems (2) zwischen dem unteren und dem oberen Trum zumindest ein Abschottblech angeordnet ist. - Trocknereinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschottblech fluchtend zur Unterplatte (13) der Trocknereinrichtung (9) angeordnet ist.
