Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Rückführung des Abgases einer Brennkraftmaschine über eine Abgasrückleitung (9) in den Ansaugbereich der Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem in einem Ventilgehäuse (1) angeordneten mit einem Ventilteller (4) versehenen Abgasventil (2), das die Verbindung von einem Brennraum der Brennkraftmaschine zu der Abgasrückleitung (9) absperrt oder freigibt, mit einer in dem Ventilgehäuse (1) angeordneten Ventilbetätigungseinrichtung und mit wenigstens einem Kühlmittelkanal (11),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
hinter dem Ventilteller (4) des Abgasventiles (2) ein Abgassammelraum (8), der wenigstens annähernd eine Kugelform aufweist, angeordnet ist, an den sich die Abgasrückleitung (9) anschließt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Abgasrückleitung (9) in Form eines Trichters an den Abgassammelraum (8) angeschlossen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf dem Ventilschaft (3) eine Abdeckkappe (10) angeordnet ist, die bei geöffnetem Abgasventil (2) mit einem Wandbereich des Abgassammelraumes (8) wenigstens annähernd bündig ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Ventilsitz (6) des Abgasventils (2) eine Stufenkontur der Art aufweist, daß sich beim Öffnen des Ventils wenigstens zwei unterschiedliche Öffnungswinkel ergeben, wobei sich zu Öffnungsbeginn kleinere Öffnungswinkel einstellen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Ventilsitz (6) zwei unterschiedliche Öffnungswinkel ergibt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der erste Öffnungswinkel in einem Bereich von ca. 10 bis 20° und der zweite Öffnungswinkel in einem Bereich von 30 bis 50° liegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzezchnet, daß
die Stufenkontur des Ventilsitzes (6) durch eine in das Ventilgehäuse (1) eingesetzte Einsteckhülse (7) geschaffen ist.
