Description

Polymerdispersion zum Imprägnieren von Papier
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Imprägnieren von Rohpapier oder Faservliesen mit einer wäßrigen Dispersion eines Polymeren, welches aus radikalisch polymerisierbaren Verbindungen (Monomere) aufgebaut ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei 0,1 bis 5 Gew. -% der Monomeren um Methacrylsaure handelt.
Des weiteren betrifft die Erfindung nach dem Verfahren erhältliche imprägnierte Rohpapiere oder Faservliese, sowie die Verwendung der imprägnierten Rohpapiere zur Herstellung von Dekorfolien.
Spanplatten werden oft mit Dekorfolien beschichtet und werden so zur Herstellung von Möbeln verwendet. Dekorfolien bestehen im wesentlichen aus einem imprägnierten Rohpapier, welches mit einer Druckfarbe bedruckt ist und so das gewünschte Erscheinungsbild aufweist und welches im allgemeinen mit einem Schutzüberzug eines Formaldehydharzes beschichtet ist.
Die anwendungstechnischen Eigenschaften der Dekorfolie werden im wesentlichen durch das imprägnierte Rohpapier bestimmt. Die Imprägnierung des Rohpapiers soll insbesondere die Festigkeit des Rohpapiers erhöhen, eine gute Verträglichkeit mit der Druckfarbe und dem Schutzüberzug und insbesondere eine guten Zusammenhalt der Schichten in der Dekorfolie bewirken.
Aus EP-A-889 168 und EP-A-223 922 ist die Imprägnierung von Rohpapier mit Polymerdispersionen bekannt.
Als Bindemittel für diese Anwendung sind Emulsionspolymerisate, welche geringe Mengen Acrylsäure und Methylolmethacrylamid enthalten im Markt erhältlich (z.B. Acronal® S305 D) .
Bei den bisher bekannten imprägnierten Rohpapieren sind die anwendungstechnischen Eigenschaften oft noch nicht zufriedenstellend. Insbesondere ist die Penetrationstiefe der zur Imprägnierung verwendeten Polymerdispersion in das Rohpapier nicht ausreichend. Eine ungenügende Penetrationstiefe und damit eine ungenügende Imprägnierung bewirken schlechte anwendungstechnische Ei- genschaften, z.B. mangelnde Festigkeiten der Dekorfolie oder leichte Spaltbarkeit der Dekorfolie in einzelne Schichten. Die zur Imprägnierung verwendete Polymerdispersion sollte weiterhin möglichst niederviskos sein und bei der Verarbeitung trotz hoher Scherbeanspruchungen nicht koagulieren. Weiterhin sollte die Polymerdispersion gut mit Harnstoff- oder Melaminformaldehyd- harzen verträglich sein, damit sie auch im Gemisch mit diesen Harzen verwendet werden kann.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war ein imprägniertes Roh- papier oder Faservliese, welches die vorstehenden Anforderungen erfüllt. •
Demgemäß wurde das eingangs definierte Verfahren, das durch das Verfahren erhältliche imprägnierte Rohpapier oder Faservliese gefunden.
Beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren wird eine wäßrige Dispersion eines Polymeren zur Imprägnierung von Rohpapier oder Faservlies verwendet .
Das Polymer ist aufgebaut aus radikalisch polymerisierbaren Verbindungen, kurz Monomere und erhältlich durch radikalische Polymerisation dieser Monomeren.
Die nachstehenden Gewichtsangaben sind jeweils auf das Polymer bezogen.
Das Polymer enthält 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 3 Gew. -%, besonders bevorzugt 1 bis 2,5 Gew. -% Methacrylsaure (MAS) .
Darüberhinaus enthält das Polymer vorzugsweise auch noch Methylolmethacrylamid (MAMol), insbesondere in Mengen von 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 4 Gew. -% und besonders bevorzugt 1,0 bis 2,5 Gew. -%.
Vorzugsweise enthält das Polymer neben MAS und MAMol auch Methylolacrylamid (AMol) , insbesondere in Mengen von 0,1 bis 4 Gew. - , besonders bevorzugt 0,5 bis 3 Gew. -% und ganz besonders bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,5 bis 1,5 Gew.-%.
Soweit das Polymer MAMol und AMol enthält beträgt das Gewichts - Verhältnis MAMol/AMol vorzugsweise 4 : 1 bis 1 : 4, besonders bevorzugt 2 : 1 bis 1 : 2. Ganz besonders bevorzugt ist MAMol im Überschuß im Vergleich zu AMol, das Gewichtsverhältnis beträgt entsprechend 4 : 1 bis 1,1 : 1, insbesondere 3 : 1 bis 1,5 : 1. Neben MAS, MAMol und AMol kann das Polymer zusätzlich Methacryl- amid (MAM) enthalten, insbesondere in Mengen von 0,1 bis 4 Gew. -%, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 3 Gew. -% und besonders bevorzugt 0,2 bis 2 Gew. -%.
Das Polymer kann auch Acrylsäure enthalten. Bevorzugt beträgt die Gesamtmenge der wasserlöslichen Verbindungen Acrylsäure und AMol zusammen maximal 3 Gew. -%, insbesondere maximal 2,0 Gew. -% und besonders bevorzugt maximal 1,5 Gew.-%.
Im übrigen ist das Polymer vorzugsweise aufgebaut aus sogenannten Hauptmonomeren.
Bevorzugt ist das Polymer zu mindestens 60 Gew. -%, besonders bevorzugt bei mindestens 80 Gew. -% aus sogenannten Hauptmonomeren, ausgewählt aus Cι-C2o-Alkyl (meth) acrylaten, Vinylestern von bis zu 20 C-Atome enthaltenden Carbonsäuren, Vinylaromaten mit bis zu 20 C-Atomen, ethylenisch ungesättigten Nitrilen, Vinyl - halogeniden, Vinylethern von 1 bis 10 C-Atome enthaltenden Alko- holen, aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 2 bis 8 C-Atomen und 1 oder 2 Doppelbindungen oder Mischungen dieser Monomeren aufgebaut.
Zu nennen sind z.B. (Meth) acrylsäurealkylester mit einem Cι-Cιo-Alkylrest, wie Methylmethacrylat, Methylacrylat, n-Butyl- acrylat, Ethylacrylat und 2-Ethylhexylacrylat .
Insbesondere sind auch Mischungen der (Meth) acrylsäurealkylester geeignet.
Vinylester von Carbonsäuren mit 1 bis 20 C-Atomen sind z.B. Vinyllaurat, -stearat, Vinylpropionat, Versaticsäurevinylester und Vinylacetat.
Als vinylaromatische Verbindungen kommen Vinyltoluol, α- und p-Methylstyrol, α-Butylstyrol, 4 -n-Butylstyrol, 4 -n-Decylstyrol und vorzugsweise Styrol in Betracht.
Beispiele für Nitrile sind Acrylnitril und Methacrylnitril .
Die Vinylhalogenide sind mit Chlor, Fluor oder Brom substituierte ethylenisch ungesättigte Verbindungen, bevorzugt Vinylchlorid und Vinylidenchlorid. Als Vinylether zu nennen sind z.B. Vinylmethylether oder Vinyl - isobutylether. Bevorzugt werden Vinylether von 1 bis 4 C-Atome enthaltenden Alkoholen.
Als Kohlenwasserstoffe mit 2 bis 8 C-Atomen und zwei olefinischen Doppelbindungen seien Butadien, Isopren und Chloropren genannt; solche mit einer Doppelbindung sind z.B. Ethen oder Propen.
Bevorzugte Hauptmonomere sind Acrylsäurealkylester, Styrol und insbesondere Mischungen von Styrol und Acrylsäurealkylestern.
Neben diesen Hauptmonomeren kann das Polymer weitere Monomere, z.B. Hydroxylgruppen enthaltende Monomere, insbesondere Cι-Cιo-Hydroxyalkyl (meth) acrylate, Dicarbonsäuren und deren Anhydride oder Halbester, z.B. Maleinsäure, Fumarsäure und Maleinsäureanhydrid oder als Bestandteile enthalten.
Bevorzugte Polymere sind z.B. solche, die insgesamt aufgebaut sind aus:
a) 0,1 bis 5 Gew. -% Methacrylsaure -(MAS)
b) 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% Methylolmethacrylamid (MaMol)
c) 0,1 bis 4 Gew.-% Methylolacrylamid (AMol)
d) 0 bis 4 Gew.-% Methacrylamid (MAM)
e) 60 Gew.-% bis 99,7 Gew. -% der obengenannten Hauptmonomeren und
f) 0 bis 20 Gew. -% weiteren, von a) bis e) verschiedenen Monomeren,
wobei die Gewichtsangaben auf das Polymer bezogen sind.
Besonders bevorzugte Polymere sind insgesamt aufgebaut aus:
a) 0,5 bis 3 Gew. -% MAS
b) 1 bis 4 Gew.-% MAMol
c) 0,5 bis 3 Gew.-% AMol
d) 0,1 bis 4 Gew. -% MAM e) 60 bis 98,9 Gew. -% Hauptmonomere und
f) 0 bis 20 Gew. -% weitere Monomere.
Die Herstellung der wässrigen Dispersion erfolgt vorzugsweise durch Emulsionspolymerisation; bei den Polymeren handelt es sich daher um ein Emulsionspolymerisat.
Im allgemeinen werden bei der Emulsionspolymerisation ionische und/oder nichtionische Emulgatoren und/oder Schutzkolloide bzw. Stabilisatoren als grenzflächenaktive Verbindungen verwendet.
Eine ausführliche Beschreibung geeigneter Schutzkolloide findet sich in Houben-Weyl, Methoden der organischen Chemie, Band XIV/1, Makromolekulare Stoffe, Georg-Thieme-Verlag, Stuttgart, 1961, S. 411 bis 420. Als Emulgatoren kommen sowohl anionische, kationische als auch nichtionische Emulgatoren in Betracht. Vorzugsweise werden als begleitende grenzflächenaktive Substanzen ausschließlich Emulgatoren eingesetzt, deren Molekulargewichte im Unterschied zu den Schutzkolloiden üblicherweise unter 2000 g/mol liegen. Selbstverständliche müssen im Falle der Verwendung von Gemischen grenzflächeaktiver Substanzen die Einzelkomponenten miteinander verträglich sein, was im Zweifelsfall an Hand weniger Vorversuche überprüft werden kann. Vorzugsweise werden anionische und nichtionische Emulgatoren als grenzflächenaktive Substanzen verwendet. Gebräuchliche begleitende Emulgatoren sind z.B. ethoxylierte Fettalkohole (EO-Grad: 3 bis 50, Alkylrest; C8- bis C3δ) , ethoxylierte Mono-, Di- und Tri-Alkylphenole (EO-Grad: 3 bis 50, Alkylrest: C4- bis Cg) , Alkalimetallsalze von Dialkylestern der Sulfobernsteinsäure sowie Alkali- und Ammoniumsalze von Alkylsulfaten (Alkylrest: C8- bis Cι ) , von ethoxylierten Alkanolen (EO-Grad: 4 bis 30, Alkylrest: Cι2- bis Cι8) , von ethoxylierten Alkylphenolen (EO-Grad: 3 bis 50, Alkylrest: C bis Cg) , von Alkylsulfonsäuren (Alkylrest: Cχ - bis Cι8) und von Alkylarylsulfonsäuren (Alkylrest: Cg - bis Cι8) .
Geeignete Emulgatoren finden sich auch in Houben-Weyl, Methoden der organischen Chemie, Band 14/1, Makromolekulare Stoffe, Georg Thieme Verlag, Stuttgart, 1961, Seiten 192 bis 208.
Handelsnamen von Emulgatoren sind z.B. Dowfax® 2 AI, Emulan® NP 50, Dextrol® OC 50, Emulgator 825, Emulgator 825 S, Emulan® OG, Texapon® NSO, Nekanil® 904 S, Lumiten® I-RA, Lumiten E 3065 etc. Die grenzflächenaktive Substanz wird üblicherweise in Mengen von 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf alle zu poly erisierenden Monomeren verwendet .
Wasserlösliche Initiatoren für die Emulsionspolymerisation sind z.B. Ammonium- und Alkalimetallsalze der Peroxidischwefelsäure, z.B. Natriumperoxodisulfat, Wasserstoffperoxid oder organische Peroxide, z.B. tert-Butylhydroperoxid.
Geeignet sind insbesondere sogenannte Reduktions-, Oxidations (Red-Ox) -Initiator Systeme.
Die Red-Ox-Initiator-Systeme bestehen aus mindestens einem meist anorganischem Reduktionsmittel und einem anorganischen oder orga- nischen Oxidationsmittel .
Bei der Oxidationskomponente handelt es sich z.B. um die bereits vorstehend genannten Initiatoren für die Emulsionspolymerisation.
Bei der Reduktionskomponenten handelt es sich z.B. um Alkali - metallsalze der schwefligen Säure, wie z.B. Natriumsulfit, Natriumhydrogensulfit, Alkalisalze der dischwefligen Säure wie Natriumdisulfit, BisulfitadditionsVerbindungen aliphatischer Aldehyde und Ketone, wie Acetonbisulfit oder Reduktionsmittel wie Hydroxymethansulfinsäure und deren Salze, oder Ascorbinsäure. Die Red-Ox-Initiator-Systeme können unter Mitverwendung löslicher Metallverbindungen, deren metallische Komponente in mehreren Wertigkeitsstufen auftreten kann, verwendet werden.
Übliche Red-Ox-Initiator-Systeme sind z.B. Ascorbinsäure/
Eisen (II) sulfat/Natriumperoxidisulfat, tert-Butylhydroperoxid/ Natriumdisulfit, tert-Butylhydroperoxid/Na-Hydroxymethansulfinsäure. Die einzelnen Komponenten, z.B. die Reduktionskomponente, können auch Mischungen sein z.B. eine Mischung aus dem Natrium- salz der Hydroxymethansulfinsäure und Natriumdisulfit .
Die genannten Verbindungen werden meist in Form wässerigen Lösungen eingesetzt, wobei die untere Konzentration durch die in der Dispersion vertretbare Wassermenge und die obere Konzentration durch die Löslichkeit der betreffenden Verbindung in Wasser bestimmt ist.
Im allgemeinen beträgt die Konzentration 0,1 bis 30 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 2,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 1,0 bis 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Lösung. Die Menge der Initiatoren beträgt im allgemeinen 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,2 bis 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf alle zu poly- merisierenden Monomeren. Es können auch mehrere, verschiedene Initiatoren bei der Emulsionspolymerisation Verwendung finden.
Die Emulsionspolymerisation erfolgt in der Regel bei 30 bis 150, vorzugsweise 50 bis 90°C. Das Polymerisationsmedium kann sowohl nur aus Wasser, als auch aus Mischungen aus Wasser und damit mischbaren Flüssigkeiten wie Methanol bestehen. Vorzugsweise wird nur Wasser verwendet. Die Emulsionspolymerisation kann sowohl als Batchprozeß als auch in Form eines Zulaufverf hrens, einschließlich Stufen- oder Gradientenfahrweise, durchgeführt werden. Bevorzugt ist das Zulaufverfahren, bei dem man einen Teil des Polymerisationsansatzes oder auch eine Polymersaat vorlegt, auf die Polymerisationstemperatur erhitzt, anpolymerisiert und anschließend den Rest des Polymerisationsansatzes, üblicherweise über mehrere räumlich getrennte Zuläufe, von denen einer oder mehrere die Monomeren in reiner oder in emulgierter Form enthal - ten, kontinuierlich, stufenweise oder unter Überlagerung eines * Konzentrationsgefälles unter Aufrechterhaltung der Polymerisation der Polymerisationszone zuführt.
Die Art und Weise, in der der Initiator im Verlauf der radikalischen wässrigen Emulsionspolymerisation dem Polymerisationsge- faß zugegeben wird, ist dem Durchschnittsfachmann bekannt. Es kann sowohl vollständig in das Polymerisationsgefäß vorgelegt, als auch nach Maßgabe seines Verbrauchs im Verlauf der radikalischen wässrigen Emulsionspolymerisation kontinuierlich oder stufenweise eingesetzt werden. Im einzelnen hängt dies in an sich dem Durchschnittsfachmann bekannter Weise sowohl von der chemischen Natur des Initiatorsystems als auch von der Polymerisationstemperatur ab. Vorzugsweise wird ein Teil vorgelegt und der Rest nach Maßgabe des Verbrauchs der Polymerisationszone zugeführt.
Zur Entfernung der Restmonomeren wird üblicherweise auch nach Ende der eigentlichen Emulsionspolymerisation, d.h. nach einem Umsatz der Monomeren von mindestens 95 %, Initiator zugesetzt.
Bei der Emulsionspolymerisation wird eine wässrige Dispersion eines Polymeren erhalten.
Die erhaltene wässrige Dispersion des Polymeren wird erfindungs- gemäß zum Imprägnieren von Rohpapier oder Faservliesen verwendet. Die erhaltene wäßrige Dispersion kann allein oder in Gemisch mit anderen Imprägnierungsmitteln, z.B. Formaldehydharze wie Melamin- formaldehyd- oder Harnstoffformaldehydharze verwendet werden. Der Anteil des Formaldehydharzes kann z.B. zwischen 0 und 90 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Summe aus dem Polymeren der wäßrigen Dispersion und des Formaldehydharzes (fest, ohne Wasser) liegen.
Der wäßrigen Dispersion können vor der Imprägnierung noch Zusatzstoffe; wie Entschäumer, Fixiermittel (Fällungsmittel), Verlaufs- mittel; Farbstoffe, Füllstoffe, Verdicker zugesetzt werden.
Als Rohpapier kommen übliche Faserzellstoffe in Betracht, welche z.B. durch Leimungsmittel zu einem Rohpapier verfestigt wurden. Rohpapiere sind nicht mit einer Papierstreichmasse beschichtet.
Als Faservlies kommen sonstige Vliese in Betracht, die aus natürlichen oder/und künstlichen Fasern z.B. Glasfasern, Zellstofffasern, Polyesterfasern etc. bestehen. Diese Faservliese sind bevorzugt durch mechanische Behandlung (Zusammenpressen der Fa- sern) oder chemische Behandlung vorverfestigt.
Die Imprägnierung erfolgt im allgemeinen in einer Tränkungsanlage, in der das Rohpapier oder das Faservlies mit der wäßrigen Dispersion des Polymeren auf einer Seite oder bevorzugt auf bei- den Seiten in Kontakt gebracht wird.
Vorzugsweise erfolgt die Imprägnierung durch Eintauchen in die wäßrige Dispersion. Nach der Imprägnierung wird das Rohpapier oder das Faservlies im allgemeinen getrocknet, vorzugsweise bei Temperaturen von 100 bis 180°C.
Das imprägnierte Rohpapier oder Faservlies enthält vorzugsweise 5 bis 40 Gewichtsteile Polymer, bezogen auf 100 Gewichtsteile Rohpapier oder Faservlies vor der Imprägnierung.
Das imprägnierte Rohpapier kann zur Herstellung von Dekorpapieren verwendet werden. Die Dekorpapiere finden z.B. zur Beschichtung von Möbeln oder Möbelteilen Verwendung und werden in diesem Zusammenhang auch Möbeldekorfolien genannt.
Die zur Imprägnierung erfindungsgemäß verwendete Polymer- dispersion zeigt im wesentlichen unabhängig von der Teilchengröße der dispergierten Polymerteilchen, welche üblicherweise zwischen 100 und 200 mm liegt, ein gutes Penetrationsverhalten. Sie ist gut verträglich mit Formaldehydharzen, insbesondere Harnstoff - formaldehydharzen und kann daher gut im Gemisch mit diesen Harzen verwendet werden. Die Polymerdispersionen sind stabil. Die mit den Polymerdispersionen imprägnierten Papiere oder Faservliese haben gute anwendungstechnische Eigenschaften, z.B. eine hohe
Reißfestigkeit .
Beispiele
1. Herstellung der Dispersionen allgemeine HerstellungsVorschrift
Die Vorlage wurde auf 85°C aufgeheizt und mit Stickstoff gespült. Bei 85°C wurden Zuläufe 1 und 2 gestartet und in 3 Stunden zugefahren. Dann wurde noch eine Stunde nachpolymerisiert und 10 ige Natronlauge zugegeben.

Die anderen Polymeren wurden entsprechend hergestellt.

Anwendungs technische Prüfungen
Penetrationsverhalten:
Benötigte Geräte: Blauband-Rundfilter (z.B. Fa Schleicher &
Schuell, 5893, aschfrei, Durchmesser 90 mm) Reagenzglas (12 mm Durchmesser) Stoppuhr
Durchführung: Die Dispersion wird im Wasser auf 25 % FG verdünnt. Davon werden 5 ml in den Filter gegossen und die Zeit gestoppt, bis der erste Tropfen durch den Filter durchgeht (=Penetrationszeit) . Ferner wird die Menge Dispersion gemessen, die innerhalb von weiteren 5 Minuten (nach dem ersten Tropfen) durch den Filter penetrieren. Die Menge wird angegeben als "mm Füllhöhe" .
In der Tabelle werden Penetrationszeit mit Füllhöhe als sec/mm angegeben. Je kürzer die Zeit und größer die Füllhöhe desto besser die Penetration.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Verfahren zum Imprägnieren von Rohpapier oder Faservliesen mit einer wäßrigen Dispersion eines Polymeren, welches aus radikalisch polymerisierbaren Verbindungen (Monomere) aufgebaut ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei 0,1 bis 5 Gew. -% der Monomeren um Methacrylsaure handelt.
2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polymere zu 0,1 bis 5 Gew. -% aus Methacrylsaure und zusätzlich zu 0,1 bis 5 Gew. -% aus Methylolmethacrylamid aufgebaut ist.
3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polymer zu 0,1 bis 5 Gew. -% aus aus Methacrylsaure, zu 0,1 bis 5 Gew. -% aus Methylolmethacrylamid und zusätzlich zu 0,1 bis 4 Gew. -% aus Methylolacrylamid aufgebaut ist.
4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis des Gewichtsanteils von Methylolacrylamid zu Methylolmethacrylamid 4 zu 1 bis 1 zu 4 beträgt.
5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polymer zu 0,1 bis 5 Gew. -% aus aus Methacrylsaure, zu 0,1 bis 5 Gew. -% aus Methylolmethacrylamid, zu 0,1 bis
3 Gew. - aus Methylolacrylamid und zusätzlich zu 0,1 bis
4 Gew. - aus Methacrylamid aufgebaut ist.
6. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polymer im übrigen zu mindestens 60 Gew. -% aus sogenannten Hauptmonomeren, ausgewählt aus. Cl bis C20 Alkyl (meth) acrylaten, Vinylestem von bis zu 20 C-Atome enthaltenden Carbonsäuren, Vinylaromaten mit bis zu 20 C-Atomen, ethylenisch ungesättigten Nitrilen, Vinylhalogeniden,Vinyl - ethern oder Allylethem von 1 bis 10 C Atome enthaltenden Alkoholen, aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 2 bis 8 C Atomen und 1 oder 2 Doppelbindungen oder Mischungen dieser Monomeren besteht.
7. Imprägniertes Rohpapier oder imprägnierte Faservliese erhältlich gemäß dem Verfahren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
8. Verwendung von imprägniertem Rohpapier gemäß Anspruch 7 zur Herstellung von Dekorpapier.
9. Mit imprägniertem Rohpapier gemäß Anspruch 7 oder mit Dekor¬ papier gemäß Anspruch 8 beschichtete Spanplatten oder Holzmö¬ bel.
10. Emulsionspolymerisat, aufgebaut aus
a) 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% Methacrylsaure
b) 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% Methylolmethacrylamid
c) 0,1 bis 4 Gew. - Methylolacrylamid
d) 0 bis 4 Gew. -% Methacrylamid und
e) 60 Gew. -% bis 99,7 Gew. -% sogenannter Hauptmonomere, ausgewählt aus
Cl bis C20 Alkyl (meth) acrylaten, Vinylestern von bis zu 20 C-Atome enthaltenden Carbonsäuren, Vinylaromaten mit bis zu 20 C-Atomen, ethylenisch ungesättigten Nitrilen, Vinyl - halogeniden, Vinylethern oder Allylethern von 1 bis 10 C Atome enthaltenden Alkoholen, aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 2 bis 8 C Atomen und 1 oder 2 Doppelbindungen oder Mischungen dieser Monomeren, und
f) 0 bis 20 Gew. -% weiteren, von a) bis e) verschiedenen Monomeren,
wobei die Gewichtsangaben auf das Emulsionspolymerisat bezogen sind.
