Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour acheminer des feuilles (B) à une machine de traitement de feuilles par acheminement imbriqué par le dessous de feuilles (B) d'un margeur de feuilles dans un plan essentiellement horizontal jusqu'à une table de marge (1) inclinée vers le bas par rapport à celui-ci, laquelle est réalisée sous forme de table à bandes aspirantes, par le biais d'une zone de flexion définie par le plan d'acheminement et le plan de la table de marge (1), par déflexion du flux de feuilles imbriquées par le dessous au moyen de rouleaux déflecteurs (8) au niveau de la zone de flexion hors du plan d'acheminement dans le plan de la table de marge (1),
    - en ce que des feuilles (B) sont réunies dans le margeur de feuilles par une pile de feuilles et sont avancées dans la direction de la table à bandes aspirantes,
    - en ce que les rouleaux déflecteurs (8) sont soulevés au début de l'acheminement des feuilles (B) sous forme de flux de feuilles,
    - en ce qu'au moins la première feuille (B) du flux de feuilles reste non affectée pendant la durée du transport de son extrémité avant jusqu'au-delà de la zone de flexion et jusqu'à ce que le bord avant ait passé la position des rouleaux déflecteurs (8),
    - en ce qu'ensuite la ou les feuilles (B) sont abaissées sur la table à bandes aspirantes par application des rouleaux déflecteurs (8) contre la ou les feuilles (B) dépassant de la zone de flexion,
    - en ce qu'ensuite, par application des rouleaux déflecteurs (8) avec une force élevée, on crée l'adhérence de la ou des feuilles (B) du flux de feuille sur les moyens de transport de la table à bandes aspirantes réalisés sous forme de bandes aspirantes (4) et
    - en ce que finalement, par réduction de la force d'application des rouleaux déflecteurs (8) au plus tard à l'arrivée de la première feuille (B) dans la machine traitant les feuilles, l'acheminement continu des feuilles vers la table à bandes aspirantes est garanti.
  2. Dispositif pour acheminer des feuilles (B) à une machine de traitement de feuilles, notamment à une machine d'impression, pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant une table de marge (1) à laquelle des feuilles (B) peuvent être acheminées par un margeur de feuilles dans un plan d'acheminement approximativement horizontal et qui est inclinée par rapport au plan d'acheminement, approximativement sur la région de la zone de flexion entre le plan d'acheminement et la table de marge (1) étant disposés des rouleaux déflecteurs (8) qui permettent de dévier les feuilles (B) du plan d'acheminement dans le plan de la table de marge (1), et les rouleaux déflecteurs (8) pouvant être appliqués contre la table de marge (1) au moyen d'un entraînement de réglage,

    - en ce que la commande est associée à la commande de machine de la machine traitant les feuilles,
    - les rouleaux déflecteurs (8) étant disposés de telle sorte qu'ils puissent être relevés au début du transport dans une position de repos dans ou au-dessus du plan d'acheminement horizontal,
    - en ce que l'entraînement de réglage peut être activé au moyen de la commande après l'acheminement d'au moins l'extrémité avant de la première des feuilles (B) imbriquées par le dessous d'un flux de feuilles jusqu'au-delà de la zone de flexion entre le plan d'acheminement et la table de marge (1) et après que le bord avant de la première feuille (B) ait passé la position des rouleaux déflecteurs (8),

    un ou plusieurs entraînements de réglage pneumatiques, de préférence des vérins pneumatiques (13) sont prévus et en ce que des moyens de commande pneumatiques sont prévus pour le fonctionnement commandable à distance des entraînements de réglage dans la direction d'application et de relèvement et pour la modification, par incréments ou en continu, de la pression de fonctionnement du ou des entraînements de réglage pneumatiques.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
