Claims (6)
- Verwendung einer mittels Sprühkompaktieren hergestellten Kupfer-Nickel-Manganlegierung, bestehend aus 10 bis 25% Nickel, 10 bis 25% Mangan, Rest Kupfer und üblichen Verunreinigungen, als Werkstoff zur Herstellung von Bohrstrangkomponenten.
- Verwendung einer sprühkompaktierten Kupfer-Legierung nach Anspruch 1, die 17 bis 23 % Nickel und 17 bis 23 % Mangan enthält, für den Zweck nach Anspruch 1.
- Verwendung einer sprühkompaktierten Kupfer-Legierung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, die 19,5 bis 20,5 % Nickel und 19,5 bis 20,5 % Mangan enthält, für den Zweck nach Anspruch 1.
- Verwendung einer sprühkompaktierten Kupfer-Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der eine homogene und seigerungsarme Verteilung aller Legierungselemente vorliegt, für den Zweck nach Anspruch 1.
- Verwendung einer sprühkompaktierten Kupfer-Legierung nach Anspruch 4, die eine mittlere Korngröße DK = 50 bis 70 µm ein sprühkompaktierten Zustand aufweist, für den Zweck nach Anspruch 1.
- Verwendung einer sprühkompaktierten Kupfer-Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 als Werkstoff, der die Anforderungen gemäß API (American Petroleum Institute)-Specification 7 ("Specification for Rotary Drill Stem Elements") 38. Ed., April 1, 1994, erfüllt, für den Zweck nach Anspruch 1.
