Claims (6)
- Einrichtung zur Erfassung einer in Seillängsrichtung verlaufenden Seilbewegung für ein Hebezeug, insbesondere für einen pneumatisch betriebenen Seilbalancer, das eine in einem Gehäuse längsverschiebbare Seiltrommel mit einer Seilrille für ein Seil aufweist,
wobei die Längsverschiebung der Seiltrommel derart erfolgt, dass sich der Ablaufpunkt des Seils jeweils an derselben Stelle des Gehäuses befindet, mit Markierungen, die korrespondierend zu der Drehbewegung der Seiltrommel relativ zu einem Sensor einer Sensoreinheit bewegbar sind, welche die Markierungen beim Passieren des Sensors erfasst und welche jeweils ein korrespondierendes Ausgangssignal abgibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Seiltrommelmantelfläche (3) ausgebildete Seilrille (2) einen parallel zur Seilrille (2) verlaufenden schraubenlinienartigen Steg (4) bildet, dass die Markierungen längs des Stegs (4) vorgesehen sind, und dass der Sensor (7) derart feststehend am Gehäuses angeordnet ist, dass er dem Steg (4) jeweils gegenüberliegend zugewandt ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Markierungen aus einzeln angeordneten längenmäßig begrenzten Markierungselementen gebildet sind, die sich zusammen mit der Seiltrommel (1) bewegen. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Markierungen auf einem Ferritband angeordnet sind, das abwechselnd aus magnetisierten und nichtmagnetisierten Bereichen gleicher Länge und gleichen Abstands besteht. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ferritband ein Stahlband (6) als Träger aufweist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (4) eine Nut (5) aufweist, in die das Stahlband (6) eingelegt ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 -5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Sensor (7) ein Hall-Sensor vorgesehen ist.
