Description
- L'invention concerne un ensemble de rétention de liquide, destiné en particulier à permettre de transporter des récipients contenant un liquide susceptible de couler.
- On connaît déjà différents ensembles permettant de remplir cette fonction. En particulier, US-A-5 020 667 décrit un ensemble, du type "bac palette", comprenant une cuve de rétention, formant un réceptacle ouvert, particulièrement robuste. Ladite cuve de rétention présente des pieds creux et des logements disposés entre les pieds creux, lesdits logements étant délimités en partie supérieure par un plan d'appui duquel font saillie les pieds. Le plan d'appui est destiné à reposer sur une fourche insérée entre les pieds afin de manutentionner ledit ensemble. La cuve de rétention présente en outre un rebord à la partie supérieure duquel repose un plateau, et plus précisément un caillebotis, destiné à supporter notamment des fûts. L'ensemble comprend en outre un support tubulaire amovible s'étendant sensiblement entre un pied central et le caillebotis.
- Toutefois, cet ensemble est relativement onéreux et lourd.
L'invention vise à réduire le coût d'un tel ensemble, tout en facilitant le transport des récipients. Pour ce faire, l'invention propose que : - ledit plateau soit intégré à une palette comprenant en outre des pieds faisant saillie de la surface inférieure dudit plateau,
- les pieds de la cuve de rétention et les pieds de la palette soient disposés en correspondance, de sorte que les pieds de la palette s'insèrent à l'intérieur des pieds de la cuve et viennent en appui sur la base des pieds de la cuve,
- les pieds de la cuve de rétention et les pieds de la palette fassent saillie sensiblement de la même hauteur, respectivement par rapport au plan d'appui et au plateau, de telle sorte que la surface inférieure de la palette vienne sensiblement en appui contre le plan d'appui de la cuve de rétention.
- Ainsi, la résistance structurelle de l'ensemble est constituée par la palette. Elle supporte les récipients sur son plateau, elle repose sur le sol par l'intermédiaire de ses différents pieds ou sur une fourche par l'intermédiaire de son plateau. Par conséquent, l'essentiel des efforts est directement supporté par la palette. La cuve n'ayant alors à supporter que le poids du liquide qui s'y est écoulé, elle peut constituer une simple enveloppe moins résistante et donc moins onéreuse et moins lourde. De plus, les déformations de l'ensemble sont réduites, ce qui facilite encore le transport.
- Avantageusement, les pieds de la palette s'insèrent à l'intérieur de l'essentiel au moins des pieds de la cuve de rétention, et de préférence à l'intérieur de chacun des pieds de la cuve de rétention.
- Les efforts supportés par la palette sont ainsi mieux répartis.
- Selon une caractéristique avantageuse, l'invention propose en outre que le rebord de la cuve de rétention s'étende au-delà de la surface supérieure du plateau.
- Ainsi, le plateau peut être disposé plus près des points d'application des efforts sur la fourche et sur le sol, tout en augmentant la capacité de rétention de la cuve.
- Afin d'accroître la résistance de la palette, l'invention propose en outre que la palette présente des nervures s'étendant entre sa surface supérieure et sa surface inférieure.
- Afin d'améliorer encore la robustesse de la palette, l'invention propose que certains au moins des pieds de la palette comprennent une pluralité de plots.
- En outre, l'invention propose que les pieds et/ou le rebord de la cuve de rétention présente(nt) un profil ondulé, ce qui améliore sa rigidité.
- L'invention va apparaître encore plus clairement dans la description qui va suivre, faite en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en perspective éclatée d'un ensemble conforme à l'invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe médiane de l'ensemble de la figure 1.
- Les figures 1 et 2 illustrent un ensemble 1 comprenant une palette structurée 2, particulièrement rigide et une cuve de rétention 4 enveloppant la palette 2.
- La palette 2 comporte essentiellement un plateau 20 et des pieds 22. Le plateau 20 présente une surface supérieure 20a et une surface inférieure 20b. Il comprend une plaque 26 transpercée par de larges ouvertures 28 s'étendant suivant la surface supérieure 20a et des nervures entrecroisées 30 s'étendant verticalement entre la surface supérieure 20a et la surface inférieure 20b. La plaque 26 est sensiblement plane et supporte des fûts 6 (un seul a été représenté). Le plateau 20 comprend également une nervure périphérique 36 s'étendant légèrement vers le haut par rapport à la surface supérieure 20a. Les pieds 22 sont creux et ont eux aussi des ouvertures 28. La plaque 26, les nervures 30, la nervure périphérique 26 et les pieds 22 forment une pièce monobloc obtenue directement de matière.
- La cuve de rétention 4 forme un réceptacle pour liquide. Elle comprend, de matière, un plan d'appui 10 sensiblement horizontal, des pieds creux 12 en partie inférieure et des flancs latéraux sensiblement verticaux formant un rebord 16 en partie supérieure.
- Les pieds 12 présentent à leur extrémité inférieure une base 14 sensiblement plane reposant sur le sol 8, tandis que le rebord 16 s'étend au-delà de la surface supérieure 2a du plateau et présente à son extrémité supérieure un décrochement formant une ceinture périphérique de rigidification 18. Les passages ménagés entre les pieds 12 permettent de recevoir une fourche de chariot élévateur venant soulever l'ensemble par l'intermédiaire du plan d'appui 10.
- Les pieds 22 de la palette 2 sont disposés chacun en correspondance avec l'un des pieds 12 de la cuve de rétention 4, de manière à s'insérer à l'intérieur de chacun des pieds 12. Ils présentent, à leur extrémité inférieure, une base 24 venant au contact de la base 14 des pieds 12.
- La hauteur H22 des pieds 22, autrement dit la distance entre la base 24 et la surface inférieure 20b du plateau 20 est très légèrement supérieure, sensiblement égale, à la hauteur H12 des pieds 12, autrement dit la distance entre la base 14 et le plan d'appui 10. La surface inférieure 20b du plateau 20 est par conséquent sensiblement au contact du plan d'appui 10.
- La cuve de rétention 4 est sensiblement moins rigide et robuste que la palette 2 sur laquelle elle est maintenue par l'intermédiaire d'ergots 32 faisant saillie sur le rebord 16 de la cuve 4 et venant en butée sur la nervure périphérique 36 de la palette.
- Par ailleurs, les pieds 22 de la cuve sont constitués d'une pluralité de plots 38, avantageusement deux, quatre ou six plots juxtaposés.
- Tel qu'illustré à la figure 2, la cuve de rétention 4, en particulier les pieds 12 et le rebord 16, présente des ondulations 34 s'étendant verticalement.
- Le plateau 2 et la cuve de rétention 4 sont réalisés de préférence en polyéthylène.
Claims (9)
- Ensemble (1) de rétention de liquide comprenant :- une cuve de rétention (4) formant un réceptacle ouvert et comprenant un plan d'appui (10), un rebord (16) et des pieds creux (12) faisant saillie du plan d'appui et présentant une base (14) destinée à reposer sur le sol (8),- un plateau (20) formant support, sensiblement plan, présentant une surface supérieure (20a) et une surface inférieure (20b), et reposant étroitement sur la cuve de rétention,caractérisé en ce que :- ledit plateau est intégré à une palette (2) comprenant en outre des pieds (22) faisant saillie de la surface inférieure dudit plateau,- les pieds de la cuve de rétention et les pieds de la palette sont disposés en correspondance, de sorte que les pieds de la palette s'insèrent à l'intérieur des pieds de la cuve et viennent en appui sur la base des pieds de la cuve,- les pieds de la cuve de rétention et les pieds de la palette font saillie sensiblement de la même hauteur, respectivement par rapport au plan d'appui et au plateau, de telle sorte que la surface inférieure de la palette vienne sensiblement en appui contre le plan d'appui de la cuve de rétention.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pieds de la palette s'insèrent à l'intérieur de l'essentiel au moins des pieds de la cuve de rétention.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les pieds de la palette s'insèrent à l'intérieur de chacun des pieds de la cuve de rétention.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rebord (16) de la cuve de rétention s'étend au-delà de la surface supérieure (20a) du plateau.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau (20) de la palette est transpercé par des ouvertures (28) de manière à permettre le passage du liquide.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cuve de rétention est munie d'ergots (32) coopérant avec le plateau de la palette, pour maintenir la cuve de rétention autour de la palette.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la palette présente des nervures (30) s'étendant entre sa surface supérieure et sa surface inférieure.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que certains au moins des pieds de la palette comprennent une pluralité de plots (38) juxtaposés.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pieds (12) et/ou le rebord (16) de la cuve de rétention présente(nt) un profil ondulé (34).
