Claims (6)
- Plieuse (1) notamment pour former, sur un flan plat tel qu'une tôle ou une feuille mince, des sections d'orientation angulaire quelconque, cette plieuse (1) comprenant au moins un sommier (2) coopérant avec une presse (3) pour immobiliser une section de flan à plier, le sommier (2) étant prolongé par un tablier (4) articulé au sommier (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière (5) pour orienter angulairement, par déplacement relatif du tablier (4) et du sommier (2), la section angulaire immobilisée du flan par rapport au reste du flan, la dite charnière (5) étant constituée de deux parties de charnière appartenant respectivement l'une au tablier (4), l'autre au sommier (2),
caractérisée en ce que la partie (6) femelle de charnière, de préférence solidaire du sommier (2), est constituée d'une cage (6A) affectant en coupe transversale un profil en forme de secteur cylindrique (6B) prolongé d'un bec (6C) de retenue délimitant avec ledit secteur cylindrique (6B) une ouverture (6D) de la cage (6A), ladite cage (6A) étant destinée à recevoir par simple coulissement l'autre partie (7) mâle de charnière (5), de préférence solidaire du tablier (4), cette partie (7) mâle de charnière (5) en forme générale d'enroulement conchoïdal, affectant en coupe transversale un profil en forme de secteur cylindrique (7A) prolongé d'un bec (7B) de retenue de manière telle que, à l'état assemblé, les parties (6, 7) de charnière (5) soient maintenues en prise au moins par leurs becs (6C, 7B) de retenue respectifs, l'extrémité distale du bec de retenue (7B) participant à l'enroulement conchoïdal présentant une section inscrite dans un cercle pour constituer un axe pivot à l'état assemblé des deux parties (6, 7) de charnière (5), ce bec de retenue (7B) de l'enroulement conchoïdal étant maintenu à contact d'appui à l'intérieur de la cage (6A) contre le bec de retenue (6C) de ladite cage tandis que le secteur cylindrique (7A) de l'enroulement conchoïdal est en appui permanent contre le bec (6C) de retenue de la cage (6A) et contre le secteur cylindrique (6B) de la cage (6A), ces trois points d'appui étant simultanément en contact permanent quelque soit la position angulaire des parties constitutives de la charnière. - Plieuse (1) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité distale du bec de retenue (7B) participant à l'enroulement conchoïdal de la partie (7) mâle de la charnière est constitué d'un axe pivot tournant sur lui-même lors du fonctionnement de la charnière et est maintenue constamment à contact d'appui pivotant contre le bec (6C) de retenue de la cage (6A). - Plieuse (1) selon l'une des revendication 1 et 2,
caractérisée en ce que le sommier (2) et le tablier (4) affectent respectivement la forme d'une poutre telle qu'un profilé, chaque partie (6, 7) de charnière (5) étant ménagée respectivement au voisinage d'un angle d'une poutre. - Plieuse (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée en ce que les parties (6, 7) de charnière (5) sont respectivement réalisées monobloc avec le sommier (2) et le tablier (4). - Plieuse (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que le secteur (6B) cylindrique de la cage (6A) de la partie (6) femelle de charnière appartenant au sommier (2) est prolongé par une butée destinée à prendre appui sur une partie du tablier (4) pour garantir un positionnement relatif initial du tablier (4) et du sommier (2) toujours identique. - Plieuse (1) selon la revendication 5,
caractérisée en ce que le secteur (6B) cylindrique de la cage (6A) de la partie (6) femelle de charnière appartenant au sommier (2) est prolongé d'une butée destinée à prendre appui sur la façade du tablier (4) pour garantir l'horizontalité du tablier (4) et du sommier (2), notamment lors de l'introduction dans la presse (3) d'une feuille à plier.
