Claims (10)
- Zugentlastungsvorrichtung für ein Kabel in einer elektrischen Steckvorrichtung, umfassend:ein Gehäuseteil (1) der elektrischen Steckvorrichtung, durch das sich das Kabel (2, 3) erstreckt;einen Käfig (11) mit einer Ringwand (13) und einer Anzahl von Lamellen (14), die an der Ringwand angelenkt sind und zwischen denen sich schlitzförmige Lücken (16) befinden;eine aus elastischem Dichtungsmaterial bestehende Dichtung (20), die das Kabel (2, 3) umgibt und das Gehäuseteil (1) abdichtet;ein ringförmiges Druckstück (12) zur Anlage an Schrägflächen (27) der Lamellen (14), um die Dichtung (20) an das Kabel (2, 3) zu pressen,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:die Dichtung (20) ist mit den Lamellen (14) verbunden, um diese abzudichten und deren Bewegung zu folgen und eine engste Stelle für eine veränderbar große Kabeldurchführungsöffnung (21) zu bilden,ferner reicht die Dichtung (20) axial bis zur Überdeckung mit der Ringwand (13), mit der sie abdichtend verbunden ist;die Lamellen (14) erstrecken sich generell schräg zur Achse der Ringwand (13) und weisen im Bereich der Kabeldurchführungsöffnung (21) Klauen (17) auf, die infolge Einwirkung des Druckstückes (12) an den Schrägflächen (27) der Lamellen (14) auf den Mantel eines dickeren (2) oder dünneren (3) Kabels gepresst werden können. - Zugentlastungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringwand (13) des Käfigs (11) einen integralen Abschnitt des Gehäuseteils (1) der elektrischen Steckvorrichtung bildet. - Zugentlastungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Käfig (11) in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt hergestellt und die Dichtung (20) an den Käfig (11) in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt angespritzt worden ist. - Zugentlastungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsmaterial aus einem im Zweikomponenten-Spritzverfahren anformbaren Elastomer besteht. - Zugentlastungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (20) als kegelstumpfförmiger Mantel mit einem verdickten Rand (29) an der Kabeldurchführungsöffnung (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Zugentlastungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klauen (17) der Lamellen (14) als spitze Krallen ausgebildet sind, die nahe des verdickten Randes (29) der Dichtung (20) angeordnet sind. - Zugentlastungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lamellen (14) mit ihren Schrägflächen (27) auf dem Mantel eines Kegelstumpfs angeordnet sind, an dessen kleinerer Kegelstumpfbasis die Lamellen (14) abgerundet (28) sind, während an der größeren Kegelstumpfbasis verdünnte Wandbereiche zur Bildung von Scharnieren (15) vorgesehen sind, die mit der Ringwand (13) einstückig verbunden sind.
- Zugentlastungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Druckstück (12) als Überwurfmutter ausgebildet ist und mit einem Gewinde (18) zusammenarbeitet, das an der Außenseite der Ringwand (13) des Käfigs (11) angebracht ist.
- Zugentlastungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde (19) der Überwurfmutter und/oder das Gewinde (18) an der Außenseite der Ringwand (13) mit Sperrzähnen versehen ist, um eine ungewollte Rückdrehung und Lockerung der Überwurfmutter zu verhindern. - Zugentlastungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäusebauteil (1) der elektrischen Steckvorrichtung eine Haube (1) darstellt, von der die Zugentlastungsvorrichtung ein integrales Teil einer elektrischen Steckvorrichtung bildet.
