Claims (4)

  1. Four de cuisson, en particulier du type destiné à un usage domestique, comprenant un moufle ou cavité de cuisson (10), qui est muni d'une porte avant (11) pour la fermer étroitement, un espace creux hermétique ou chemise (14) étant appliqué sur la surface extérieure d'au moins une paroi dudit moufle ou cavité de cuisson (10), et ledit espace creux ou chemise (14) étant en communication avec l'intérieur de la cavité de cuisson (10) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins deux ouvertures (12, 13) prévues dans ladite paroi, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (12, 13) sont agencées à distance l'une de l'autre, de manière à provoquer une circulation de vapeur en boucle fermée naturelle entre ledit espace ou chemise (14) et ladite cavité de cuisson quand le four est en service.
  2. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites ouvertures (12, 13) sont prévues dans la paroi supérieure dudit moufle ou cavité de cuisson (10) du four.
  3. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit espace creux ou chemise (14) s'étend pour couvrir toute la surface de la paroi dudit moufle ou cavité de cuisson (10) du four.
  4. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit espace creux ou chemise (14) est réalisé sous la forme d'un conduit reliant entre elles lesdites deux ouvertures (12, 13) ménagées dans la paroi du moufle ou cavité de cuisson (10) du four.
