Abstract
Description
Heizgerätes gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a method for adapting a burner heated
Heater according to the preamble of
Such a method has been e.g. known from DE 198 47 448 A1.
This method is based on the defined dependence of the air volume flow on the Fan speed. However, this defined dependency only applies to a constant one Air temperature. For this reason, the burner must be in front of everyone in the known method automatic pipe length adjustment has been out of service for a certain minimum time to ensure reproducible air temperatures during pipe length adjustment. This requirement is of particular importance for a pressure measurement system on the exhaust side.
In practice, however, there are always operating situations that require such a minimum downtime of the burner, such as when restarting after a lockout or a chimney sweep measurement after a network shutdown or - switching. The known method is not in such a warm operating state used.
The aim of the invention is to avoid this disadvantage and a method of the beginning Specify the type mentioned, even in a warm operating state of the heater can be used.
According to the invention, this is achieved in a method of the type mentioned at the outset by
characterizing features of
The proposed method steps can also be used to adjust the tube length warm condition of the heater must be carried out, as is caused by the operation of the fan with a certain pre-rinse speed before the actual determination of the speed at which the provided for the release of the gas supply pressure value is reached, the residual heat after a Shutdown of the burner away from the primary heat exchanger and past the pressure measurement system is dissipated. The temperature of the air volume flow adjusts itself Pressure measuring system, the flow or return temperature of the primary heat exchanger measured in the device on. This can increase the measured flow or return temperature the temperature of the air volume flow can be closed. With the help of the calculated Temperature correction function allows the speed determined when the device is warm correct a defined value.
The proposed measures make the pipe length adjustment practically immediate after the burner has been switched off, the time during which the Blower with a certain pre-purge speed works, relatively short, e.g. 1 min, can be held.

The
Above the
Gasversorgung 19 verbindbar. Die Gasregeleinrichtung 18 ist mit einem Modulationsmagneten 9
versehen, der für den entsprechenden Antrieb sorgt. The
This
verbunden.A
The
The
7 abgelegt.Do the installation conditions regarding exhaust gas routing differ from the standard installation conditions
off, the changed resistances require different speeds,
to get the same air ratio. A measure of this deviation is the speed, at
the pressure switch point is reached. The operating characteristic curve is thus calculated from the
Standard characteristic curve by multiplying by the ratio "speed at the pressure switch point"
to "Speed at the pressure switch point under standard conditions". The latter becomes like that
Standard characteristic curve determined under standard conditions and in the
Fig. 2a korreliert, die Betriebskennlinie 31 mit Fig. 2b und die Betriebskennlinie 32 mit Fig. 2c.Typical characteristic curves are shown in FIG. 3, with the
ergeben. As can be seen from FIGS. 2a to 2c, a
To adapt the
Steuerelektronik 7 gesteuert.A correction factor is determined from the speed at the switching point of the
In this way, an optimal operation of the
The structure of the
A third table 42 with the function Q = f (T) is also provided and in it is the assignment filed, which results for the burner output, if in accordance with the control deviation to be started.
verbunden. The control deviation is defined as the deviation of the actual flow temperature, measured by
the
Furthermore, the
The
langen Stillstandszeit des Brenners 13.To adapt the
A correction factor is determined from the speed at the switching point of the
According to the invention, measurements for adapting the
Heating device carried out in such a way that after the
