Description

The invention relates to a skin cleaning device made of textile, the especially on the cleaning needs of oily skin and combination skin is tuned.

For cleaning greasy, impure skin, it is common to disposable items Nonwoven material to be used, which with hautreinigungs- or skin care reactive Substances are soaked or pre-soaked. The skin cleansing active substances, usually skin cleansing lotion or Skin cleansing water serve to dissolve the on the skin surface debris, skimmed off skin cells and sebum, which then mechanically with the help of disposable nonwoven article of the skin be removed. Also, the use of conventional textile Washcloths known prior art, such as. in the published patent application DE-A1-198 39 505. As the skin cleansing based on Water and this conventional washcloth are not enough for the Care for oily skin is usually added Skin cleansing detergents used to remove the sebum and dirt particles to bind and in combination with the mechanical abrasion effect of the textile Washcloth skin cleansing bring about.

Since it is therefore known in the known in the art methods for Skin cleansing is indispensable to use disposable or consumable is the cleaning especially problematic, oily skin with a high Cost associated. Furthermore, the degradation of the most synthetic Skin cleansing detergents but also at least some components of Skin cleansing lotions and water are not unproblematic, so that their Use is water and thus polluting.

Moreover, the detergents, lotions or water used here have potential allergens, so that sensitive in this regard People can stop allergies and allergic reactions.

Another problem area is the frequent overuse of Detergents, lotions and skin cleansing waters, being in need of To get pure and normal skin, often any combination of these Cleaning substances are used in excess. This is how the skin becomes common first pre-cleaned with water and a skin cleansing detergent and then cleaned with cleaning water and face lotion. This represents a great burden on the skin, so that it due to the disturbance of the pH balance of the skin and mechanical overuse comes so that the skin is defenseless against environmental influences and invadierenden Is microorganisms. The result is often not improved but deteriorated skin condition. In particular, the fact that the excessive Fat removal to an increased sebum production by the sebaceous glands of the Skin leads, at worst, it can cause serious skin disorders for example, acne.

Given the use of detergents, lotions or Skin cleansing water associated problems and in terms of The fact that the conventional ones are in the state of the art textile washes such as washcloths are insufficient, oily skin without the use of additional skin cleansing consumables To clean satisfactorily, it is an object of the invention, a textile To provide cleaning device for the skin, which in conjunction with Water is sufficient, oily skin largely without the use cleaning additional consumables.

To solve this problem, the invention proposes a Skin cleansing device with the features of claim 1 before.

As using the skin cleaning device according to the invention largely on the use of skin-cleaning consumables can be omitted and the device itself washable and many times is reusable, the skin cleansing device according to the invention significant cost advantages over the prior art. Your Use also benefits the environment. Continue to be Avoid skin irritation mediated by skin cleansing chemicals, as the Acid protective coat of the skin is preserved and also the risk of allergic Reactions is minimized.

The lipophilic fibers are formed as extremely fine microfibers, which are suitable, due to their very small diameter, a particularly large To provide cleaning surface and thus the Reinforce cleaning effect.

In this case, the skin cleaning device according to the invention is equipped with an extremely dense Faserbesatz with 30,000 to 300,000 fibers per cm 2 . Due to the high density of the microfibre fabric, the textile skin cleansing device according to the invention provides an extremely large active surface, which, reinforced by the lipophilicity of the microfibers, gives it a particularly high fat absorption capacity.

In a preferred embodiment, the textile structure is the skin cleansing device according to the invention at least partially as Polstoff educated. This embodiment has the advantage that the out of the plane the support material protruding pile threads are particularly for the cleaning of the Pores and other skin irregularities are suitable. Here are again materials with a certain resilience particularly preferred, located in the pore straighten up and absorb the sebum sitting there. The pile fibers call Use of the skin cleaning device according to the invention also a micro-massage effect, which is beneficial to the circulation of the Affects the skin.

So that the pile fiber pile does not lose volume when exposed to liquid, are the microfilaments of the skin cleaning device according to the invention preferably formed curled, what their liquid absorption capacity also benefits.

For the formation of the largest possible active surface, it is still advantageous that the microfibers of the invention Skin cleansing device are doubled and one has a twisting fineness between 330 and 960 dtex.

With regard to the formation of a particularly cleansing but not to be stressed skin cleaning surface is recommended for the formation of microfibers, the use of microfilaments, which consist of one or more of the following materials: polyvinyl alcohol + (PVA + ), polypropylene (PP), viscose, polyester (PES) , Polyamide (PA) and / or polyacrylonitrile (PAN). These fibers have excellent fluid uptake capacities, which benefits the absorbency of the skin cleansing device. On the other hand, microfibers made of these materials are themselves very durable and yet do not overly strain the skin surface to be cleaned.

Suitably, an embodiment of the invention Skin cleansing device, which additionally brush fibers high rigidity contains. The brush fibers lead when using the inventive Skin cleansing device exfoliates the peeling effect Deteriorated dead skin, so that the pores do not clog and the sebum can flow away unhindered.

To achieve a good peeling effect, it is advantageous that the Brush fibers have a twist count of 167 dtex or more, preferably between 220 to 1500 dtex. The use of brush fibers, the Polyester (PES) and / or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and / or polycarbonate (PC) and / or polyamide (PA) and / or coarse natural fibers, this comes Purposes too.

The use of brush fibers made of multifilament yarn causes a good Incorporation of the brush fibers in the entirety of the pile fabric, moreover The fine microfilaments of the multifilament yarn contribute to further increase the actively cleaning surface of the skin cleansing device. The Brush fibers are preferably spiky out of the plane of the Carrier material or rise out of this arcuate and end back in her.

Advantageous in terms of bulkiness of the pile fabric and in terms of a good scrub effect is also the use of crimped brush fibers.

To combine a high fat absorption capacity with good mechanical peeling effect on the same surface of the skin cleaning device according to the invention, the assembly is recommended with a Mikrofaserbesatz of between 80,000 to 120,000 fibers per cm 2 , which of brush fibers in a density of 50 to 1000 and preferably 300 to 500 Fibers per cm 2 interspersed.

The formation of the skin cleaning device according to the invention Bursten fibers which protrude beyond the trimming of microfibers is appropriate, if a particularly high peeling effect is to be achieved. at Using crimped microfibers and / or brush fibers can do this For example, be achieved by the brush fibers less strong are curled as the microfibers or brushes of different lengths and Microfibers are used.

The skin cleansing device according to the invention is preferably as Glove, pad, rag or washcloth. Of the Washing glove can be a glove, which is around the entire Palm adds or be made smaller. So can the Training as a glove, which is only around the range of the index Little finger adds and leaves the thumb, just as beneficial to targeted to clean small defined areas such as the eye area.

The textile surface components of the invention Skin cleansing device are preferably one or more Fur seams joined together from the outside. This method is therefore suitable because it is technically uncomplicated the merger of the later User side and when using the skin cleansing device hardly noticeable on the skin. It will be when using Polstoff and Design as a pad, two-sided usable washcloth or as a glove the individual surface components with the pile threads to the outside joined together and preferably sewn from the outside by means of fur seam (wherein in embodiment as a washing glove an insertion opening for the hand or left a few fingers).

For cleaning the delicate eye areas of make-up residues, etc., the use of a skin-cleansing device according to the invention designed as a pad or smaller thumb-clearing washcloth is particularly suitable. These devices preferably have a microfiber density of 100,000 per cm 2 in order to safely remove the strong impurities. The incorporation of brush fibers is not an advantage, as they would irritate the sensitive eye area too much.

Also particularly useful is the formation of the skin cleaning device according to the invention as a glove or cloth, which is only in places, preferably equipped on one side with brush fibers of a density between 300 to 500 per cm 2 , the side facing away from having no brush fibers. In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the cloth or glove according to the invention, two layers of one-sided pile are joined together with the pile threads to the outside, one of the layers containing lipophilic microfibers having a density of 30,000 to 300,000 per cm 2 and brush fibers having a density of between 50 and 500 per cm 2 is equipped. The other layer preferably contains brush fibers in a lower density or no brush fibers. This training allows the user to dose the use of peeling and cleaning function tailored to the needs of his skin independently and individually.

Due to its high fat absorption capacity and the peeling properties is the Skin cleansing device according to the invention is excellent for Procedure for cleaning greasy skin suitable.

However, the properties of the skin, especially the facial skin are subject as a result of seasons-related temperature fluctuations, Aging processes or hormonal fluctuations persist Changes. Moreover, the different facial areas are common a different high fat content. To the associated Claims of the skin to take into account, the inventive Skin cleansing device in one embodiment at least one area Cleansing of dry or normal skin included. That in this training The inserted area shows fat absorption and mechanical abrasion Features that meet the needs of dry, sensitive skin suffice. To form this area is preferably a textile Used fabric, which compared to the skin cleansing device for oily skin a lower density of fibers and especially microfibers has, as well as the microfilaments forming them compared to Cleaning device for oily skin have a larger diameter. The area also has no brush fibers, but can fibers and In particular, contain microfibers, which are lipophobic and is equipped therefore ideally adapted to the needs of dry skin.

In this embodiment, the invention is suitable Skin cleansing device, in particular for the cleaning of combination skin or normal skin. Likewise, however, a combination of one Skin cleansing device according to the invention for greasy or combination skin a skin cleansing device used for dry or normal skin become.

Die Erfindung soll im Folgenden anhand von Beispielen näher erläutert werden:The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to examples:

Beispiel 1:Example 1:

In one example, the skin cleansing device is configured as a wash mitt made of pile fabric. One side of the washing glove is designed as a washing active side and contains a pile fabric with a microfiber density of 100,000 fibers per cm 2 in a twist density of 600 dtex. The microfibers contain microfilaments made of polyester (PES) which are curled and have a titer of 0.5 have dtex. The particular fineness of the microfibers used and the microfilaments forming them as well as the material used to form the microfilaments give the detergent side of the skin cleansing washcloth a particularly high fat absorption capacity.

The brush fibers have a twist density of 200 dtex and consist of polyamide (PA), which gives them a high rigidity and resilience. The brush fibers are embedded in a pile of microfibers having a density of 500 per cm 2 , which are more crimped than the brush fibers themselves, so that the brush fibers protrude beyond the pile of microfibers and give a particularly high exfoliating effect

The use of such a washcloth allows the individual Coordination of cleaning activity on the one hand and peeling activity on the other hand by the user.

Beispiel 2:Example 2:

In this example, the skin cleansing device is also designed as a washing glove, one side of which represents the exfoliation side. The other side of the skin cleansing glove is designed as a wash-active side, which contains two differently marked fields. One field consists of pile fabrics of high fat absorbency capacity with a furnish of 500 dtex microfiber yarns of polypropylene microfilaments of a titer of 0.03 dtex arranged at a density of 200,000 microfibers per cm 2 . The area of the washing-active side of the washing glove, which is marked in different colors, consists of pile fabric, which is adapted to the requirements of dry skin. It contains microfibers of a twist density of 700 dtex at a density of 70,000 microfibers per cm 2 . 30% of the microfibers are made of polyacrylonitrile microfilaments, which are equipped with a Teflon sheath to repel fat. The remaining 70% of the microfibers consist of viscose microfilaments of a titre of 0.3 dtex and have a twisting density of 330 dtex.

Die farbige Kennzeichnung der unterschiedlichen Reinigungsareale dient zur einfachen Onentierung des Benutzers, so daß er die Verwendung des Hautreinigungswaschlappens problemlos auf seine individuellen Bedürfnisse abstimmen kannDue to the equipped with different cleaning properties Purification areas makes the skin cleansing glove the optimal Cleansing of combination skin or of skin whose properties are dependent from the hormone level between the attributes greasy to dry move. The colored marking of the different cleaning areas is used for simple onentation of the user so that he can use the Skin cleansing washcloth easily to his individual needs can vote

Beispiel 3:Example 3:

In another example, the skin cleaning device is formed as a pad, which consists of two layers of round cut one-sided polymere. The layers are "back to back" joined together so that the pile fibers protrude on both sides of the pad to the outside. The two layers are sewn by means of a fur seam from the outside, which is technically easy to do, inconspicuous and the skin does not irritate when cleaning with the pad. This is especially important as the skin around the eye area is very sensitive. The two layers of polstoff have a fiber density of 200,000 fibers per cm 2 and contain no brush fibers. The fibers are formed as microfibers of one of 500 dtex polypropylene microfilaments of a titre of 0.03 dtex.

Diese Ausgestaltung eignet sich besonders gut zur Reinigung der empfindlichen Augenpartie von Make-up Resten etc., weil sie durch den dichten Besatz mit Mikrofasern geringen Titers und geringen Mikrofilamentdurchmessers eine besonders hohe lipophile Reinigungsoberfläche zur Verfügung stellt, die eine hohe Aufnahmefahigkeit für Verunreinigungen aufweist, die Haut aber nicht reiztThis embodiment is particularly suitable for cleaning the sensitive Eye area of make-up remainders etc. because they are dense trimming with Microfibers of low titer and small microfilament diameter one provides a particularly high lipophilic cleaning surface which has a high absorption capacity for contaminants, but not the skin irritates
