Definitions
- the invention relates to a glove for cleaning and care of human skin and other smooth surfaces according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a washing glove which consists of a tubular, circular knitted, monofilament polyamide thread, has parallel side edges, and one narrow side is closed, while the opposite side is edged with an elastic band and is open. (DE-OS 29 34 239)
- this glove Since this glove is only knitted in one layer, it can absorb and store only a small amount of the liquid required for cleaning the skin in particular. Due to the elasticity of the knitted fabric, it adapts particularly well to the respective hand size of the user, but this also makes it correspondingly thinner at the stretched points. This also occurs at the points where the glove is pressed onto the surface in question with increased pressure, for example in order to achieve a particularly good cleaning effect. It is precisely where particularly high amounts of moisture are required that the knitted fabric has the least storage capacity and thus its effectiveness is considerably reduced.
- a means for treating human skin which consists of a loose, non-woven band made of hydrophobic plastic fibers, these fibers being randomly mixed and connected at random intervals by a binder.
- a soft synthetic resin mixed with a finely divided filler serves as the binder.
- this tape Due to the large number of tangled fibers, this tape also results in a large number of cells bounded by the walls of these fibers, which, despite the water-repellent properties of the individual fibers, store the washing liquid in a capillary-like manner. This guarantees a high washing effectiveness of this tape. It is disadvantageous, however, that this fluffy, voluminous band is initially involved After use, it becomes more compact, becoming thinner and losing many of its particularly efficient properties.
- this tape is not a homogeneous structure, but is composed of different components that differ from each other in terms of both their temperature resistance and the resistance to chemical influences of certain cleaning agents.
- the reaction of the most sensitive component for example the increased heat sensitivity of the binder consisting of a synthetic resin, is decisive for its overall resistance. This is particularly relevant for an article that has to be boiled out frequently for hygienic reasons or has to be sterilized with superheated steam.

- the upright terry legs each of which consist of a thread formed by many polyamide fibers and shaped in a zigzag fashion under the action of heat, the terry legs connected at their base to the basic threads of the knitted fabric being cut open. Its apex-like parting should act like little knives when brushing the skin and scrape away the scales or similar existing roughness.
- the object of the invention is therefore to develop a hygienically perfect washing and massage glove with high heat resistance, the parts acting on the surface to be treated are as fluffy and dimensionally stable as possible next to each other and thus have a large moisture storage capacity and the, in follow their constructive design, exert the highest possible surface pressure on this surface, but in particular the latter value should be preselectable.
- the work-effective parts of the glove should not be adversely affected by the aging or fatigue of the material, nor by thermal or other influences over a practically unlimited period of time.
- the advantages of the glove according to the invention for cleaning and caring for human skin and other sensitive surfaces are, in particular, that it consists of a homogeneous, bacteria-repellent material, that the pile threads arranged on the two outer sides are primarily devoured by the double velvet process with the base fabric and also on it is kept insoluble by a joining process, whereby they stand very close to each other and form a large number of moisture-storing capillaries that each of the tips of these pile threads exerts high surface pressure on the skin and, when brushed, removes unevenness, such as dandruff and other undesirable bumps, and also cleans the skin wells of impurities.
- the local hyperaemia caused by this additionally induces a healing process, which has a beneficial effect on certain skin damage.
- the roughly rectangular, sack-like glove consists of two webs 1, 2 of a anti-tamper-resistant plastic fabric - primarily made of polyester - the two long sides and one narrow side of which are connected to one another by internal seams 3, 4 and 5, respectively, while the other narrow side 6 as The hatch opening is open for the hand.
- This slip opening is edged with a binding band 7 made of the same material, which projects on one side of the glove and is provided there with a hanging loop 8 reinforced in a known manner.
- the plastic webs 1, 2 consist of a base fabric 9, 10 of weft and warp threads, in which the very thin pile threads 11, 12, the free ends of which each point outwards, become hooked in a U-shape. To create a permanent connection between these parts, they are welded together.
- the pile threads 11, 12 of the two webs 1, 2 can be of different country and / or of different hardness.

Description
The invention relates to a glove for cleaning and care of human skin and other smooth surfaces according to the preamble of claim 1.
(DE-OS 29 34 239)A washing glove is known which consists of a tubular, circular knitted, monofilament polyamide thread, has parallel side edges, and one narrow side is closed, while the opposite side is edged with an elastic band and is open. (DE-OS 29 34 239)
Since this glove is only knitted in one layer, it can absorb and store only a small amount of the liquid required for cleaning the skin in particular.
(DE-PS 24 02 887)Furthermore, a means for treating human skin is known which consists of a loose, non-woven band made of hydrophobic plastic fibers, these fibers being randomly mixed and connected at random intervals by a binder. A soft synthetic resin mixed with a finely divided filler serves as the binder. (DE-PS 24 02 887)
Due to the large number of tangled fibers, this tape also results in a large number of cells bounded by the walls of these fibers, which, despite the water-repellent properties of the individual fibers, store the washing liquid in a capillary-like manner. This guarantees a high washing effectiveness of this tape. It is disadvantageous, however, that this fluffy, voluminous band is initially involved After use, it becomes more compact, becoming thinner and losing many of its particularly efficient properties.
According to the instructions in the patent specification, this should be able to be compensated for in use by a locally increased contact pressure, but in no way can it compensate for the loss in size and number of liquid-storing cells. In addition, this tape is not a homogeneous structure, but is composed of different components that differ from each other in terms of both their temperature resistance and the resistance to chemical influences of certain cleaning agents. Of course, the reaction of the most sensitive component, for example the increased heat sensitivity of the binder consisting of a synthetic resin, is decisive for its overall resistance. This is particularly relevant for an article that has to be boiled out frequently for hygienic reasons or has to be sterilized with superheated steam.
(DE-OS 18 02 174)Finally, a washing glove consisting of a terry knitted fabric is known, the upright terry legs each of which consist of a thread formed by many polyamide fibers and shaped in a zigzag fashion under the action of heat, the terry legs connected at their base to the basic threads of the knitted fabric being cut open. Its apex-like parting should act like little knives when brushing the skin and scrape away the scales or similar existing roughness. (DE-OS 18 02 174)
However, it cannot be denied by hand that the tops of the terry legs reform after a short period of use and even more so after washing the glove in hot water, rounding them off and thus losing their effectiveness. However, this also occurs when working with this glove under forced pressure. The object of the invention is therefore to develop a hygienically perfect washing and massage glove with high heat resistance, the parts acting on the surface to be treated are as fluffy and dimensionally stable as possible next to each other and thus have a large moisture storage capacity and the, in follow their constructive design, exert the highest possible surface pressure on this surface, but in particular the latter value should be preselectable. In addition, the work-effective parts of the glove should not be adversely affected by the aging or fatigue of the material, nor by thermal or other influences over a practically unlimited period of time.
This object is achieved by the glove for cleaning and caring for human skin and other smooth surfaces in accordance with the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
Further advantageous embodiments of the glove according to the invention are explained in the characterizing part of
The advantages of the glove according to the invention for cleaning and caring for human skin and other sensitive surfaces are, in particular, that it consists of a homogeneous, bacteria-repellent material, that the pile threads arranged on the two outer sides are primarily devoured by the double velvet process with the base fabric and also on it is kept insoluble by a joining process, whereby they stand very close to each other and form a large number of moisture-storing capillaries that each of the tips of these pile threads exerts high surface pressure on the skin and, when brushed, removes unevenness, such as dandruff and other undesirable bumps, and also cleans the skin wells of impurities. The local hyperaemia caused by this additionally induces a healing process, which has a beneficial effect on certain skin damage. Due to the different length and / or hardness of the pile threads on the two outer surfaces of the glove, its effectiveness can be tailored to the type of skin concerned and its sensitivity. The same applies when cleaning painted or other sensitive surfaces such as cars and the like. Due to the homogeneity of the material used with high heat resistance, it is possible to disinfect the glove easily without fear that there is a binding agent, as it would otherwise be for fixing the pile threads are used on the base fabric. dissolves or disintegrates.
