Abstract
Description
- Duplexpapiere (definiert zusammen laminierte Papiere, der Spaltvorgang verläuft extrem homogen, es entstehen keine Spannungsspitzen, z.B. durch inhomogene Verdichtung. Diese Papiere werden zur Herstellung von Tapeten und Filtern eingesetzt.
- Leicht spaltbare Papiersysteme
- Definiert zusammen geleimte hochverdichtete Papiere (⇒ Papier mit einer hohen Spaltfestigkeit). Die Leimung kann beispielsweise mit Stärke, stärkehaltigen Derivaten, Tapetenkleister auf Basis von Methylcellulose (Methylan®, Henkel KGaA, Düsseldorf) aber auch auf Basis von Polyvinylalkoholderivaten erfolgen.
- Auch ein spaltfähiges System gemäß DE 198 41 609 A1 kann eingesetzt werden. Die Spaltkräfte werden hier insbesondere über die Größe der Verklebungspunkte bestimmt.
- Die vorteilhafte Einrückung des spaltbaren Materials bzw. der Abstand von der Längskante soll etwa 0,5 - 15 mm betragen, insbesondere 1 - 7 mm und ganz besonders 1,5 mm - 3,5 mm.
- Die Breite jedes der spaltfähigen Systeme beträgt bevorzugt 3 - 50 mm, insbesondere 6 - 40 mm.

- Naturkautschukmassen, Synthesekautschukmassen
- und deren Dispersionen
- Der Abstand der spaltfähigen Systeme zueinander beträgt 3 - 50 mm. Bevorzugt werden Abstände von 25 - 45 mm, ganz besonders Abstände von 30 - 40 mm.
Claims (14)
- Klebeband (1) für den fliegenden Rollenwechsel, mita) einem Träger (2), auf dessen Oberseite eine Selbstklebemasse (3) angeordnet ist, undb) auf dessen Unterseite ein spaltfähiges System (6A) angeordnet ist, mit einem Papierträger (7), der auf der einen Seite mittels einer Selbstklebemasse (8) auf die Unterseite des Trägers (2) geklebt ist, und der auf der anderen Seite eine Selbstklebemasse (9) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassc) in einem Abstand (W) von 3 - 50 mm zu dem spaltfähigen System (6A) ein weiteres spaltfähiges System (6B) angeordnet ist, wiederum mit einem Papierträger (7), der auf der einen Seite mittels einer Selbstklebemasse (8) auf die Unterseite des Trägers (2) geklebt ist, und der auf der anderen Seite eine Selbstklebemasse (9) aufweist. - Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (W) 25-40 mm, insbesondere 35 - 40 mm beträgt.
- Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die spaltfähigen Systeme (6A und 6B) aus gleichem Material bestehen und somit gleiche Spaltkräfte aufweisen.
- Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die spaltfähigen Systeme (6A und 6B) aus unterschiedlichem Material bestehen und somit unterschiedliche Spaltkräfte aufweisen.
- Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (2) breiter als beide spaltbaren Systeme (6A und 6B) und der Abstand (W) zwischen diesen zusammengenommen ist und das spaltbare System (6A) im Bereich der Vorderkante 16 des Klebebandes (1) um 0,5 - 15 mm, insbesondere 1 - 7 mm ganz besonders 1,5 - 3,5 mm (Abstand V) eingerückt angeordnet ist.
- Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (2) mit der Selbstklebemasse (3) mindestens 1,5 mal so breit ist, wie die Gesamtbreite der zwei spaltfähigen Systeme (6A und 6B) zusammengenommen.
- Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (2) ein reißfester Papier- oder Folienträger ist.
- Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Selbstklebemassen (8, 9, 3) solche auf Basis von Acrylaten (nicht wasserlöslich oder insbesondere wasserlöslich) Naturkautschuk und/oder Synthesekautschuk und deren Dispersionen sind.
- Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Selbstklebemasse 3 mit einer Abdeckung 4 versehen ist, die insbesondere mit einer Perforation oder einem Schlitz (5) in Längsrichtung (parallel zu den Längskanten 14, 16) versehen ist.
- Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spaltfestigkeit der spaltfähigen Systeme (6A und 6B) 20 bis 70 cN/cm, insbesondere 22 bis 60 cN/cm beträgt.
- Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die spaltfähigen Systeme (6A und 6B) jeweils eine Breite von 3 - 50 mm, insbes. 6 - 40 mm haben.
- Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Breite von 70 bis 400 mm, insbesondere 100 - 200 mm hat.
- Spliceverfahren, bei dem der obersten Bahn (10) einer Rolle ein Klebeband (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 12 teilweise hinterklebt wird, während die Unterseite des Klebebandes mit der darunter liegenden Bahn (11) verklebt und damit die oberste Bahn (10) sichert, wobei gegebenenfalls zunächst nur ein Teil (4a) der gegebenenfalls auf der Selbstklebemasse (3) befindlichen Abdeckung (4) abgezogen wurde, so dass der zum Spliceverfahren benötigte Teil der Selbstklebemasse noch mit Abdeckung abgedeckt ist und die Rolle in diesem Zustand keine freie klebende Fläche aufweist, worauf zur abschließenden Vorbereitung des Spliceverfahrens die gegebenenfalls noch vorhandene restliche Abdeckung (4b) entfernt wird, worauf die so ausgerüstete neue Rolle neben eine fast gänzlich abgespulte, zu ersetzende alte Rolle platziert wird und auf die gleiche Drehgeschwindigkeit wie diese beschleunigt wird, dann gegen die alte Bahn (12) gedrückt wird, wobei die offenliegende Selbstklebemasse (3) des Klebebandes (1) mit der alten Bahn (12) bei im wesentlichen gleichen Geschwindigkeiten der Bahnen (10 und 12) verklebt, während zugleich der Papierträger (7) aus spaltfähigem Material spaltet und beide Selbstklebemassen (8, 9), die auf ihm beschichtet sind, mit seinen Resten (7a, 7b) nichtklebend abdeckt.
- Spliceverfahren nach Anspruch 13 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klebeband (1) rechtwinklig zur laufenden Bahn (10, 12) verklebt wird.
