Abstract

Zur Online-Kesselreinigung von Abfallverbrennungsanlagen wird ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung vorgeschlagen. Zur Zuführung von Wasser, dass als Reinigungsmittel wirkt, ist ein vertikal von oben hängender hitzebeständiger flexibler Schlauch vorgesehen. Dieser Schlauch ist über ein Zuführrohr am oberen Ende des Leerzugs eingeführt. Am unteren Ende des Schlauches ist mindestens eine Düse zur Verteilung des Wassers angeschlossen. Aus der Düse treten Wassertropfen mit Geschwindigkeiten, die unterhalb einer Abrasionswirkung liegen. Durch diese Vorrichtung und das Verfahren wird eine effektive Online-Reinigung eines Kessels einer Abfallverbrennungsanlage erzielt.
