Der Boden 9 der Vertiefung 8 weist eine Nut 10 auf, die sich im wesentlichen über die ganze Länge des Bodens 9 erstreckt und endseitig geschlossen ist (Fig. 2). Die Nut 10 ist an beiden Enden durch eine Querwand 16, 17 geschlossen (Fig. 1 und 2). In die Nut 10 mündet etwa in halber Länge das abgewinkelte Ende 11 des Saugkanales 6, das vorzugsweise mit Preßsitz in einer in die Nut 10 mündenden Öffnung 28 sitzt. Über die Nut 10 kann die Luft zuverlässig aus dem Bereich der Vertiefung 8 über deren ganze Länge abgesaugt werden. Das Obertrum 3 ist schmaler als die Vertiefung 8. Aufgrund der geringeren Breite b des Obertrums 3 im Vergleich zur Breite a der Vertiefung 8 wird zwischen den Längsrändern 14, 15 des Obertrums 3 und der Innenseite 12, 13 der Seitenwände 26, 27 jeweils ein schmaler Spalt x gebildet. Er erstreckt sich über die ganze Länge der Führung 4. Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind die beiden Spalten x gleich breit. Sie können auch unterschiedlich breit sein. Es ist ferner möglich, das Obertrum 3 relativ zur Vertiefung 8 so anzuordnen, daß nur an einer Längsseite des Obertrums 3 ein Spalt vorgesehen ist.
Claims (16)
- Transporteinrichtung für flaches Transportgut, vorzugsweise Papier, mit mindestens einem Transportband und wenigstens einer Saugvorrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportband (2) im Transportbereich in wenigstens einer Führung (4) so untergebracht ist, daß zwischen wenigstens einem Längsrand (14, 15) des Transportbandes (2) und der benachbarten Seitenwand (26, 27) der Führung (4) wenigstens ein Saugspalt (x) gebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Saugspalt (x) über die Länge der Führung (4) erstreckt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Längsrändern (14, 15) des Transportbandes (2) jeweils wenigstens ein Saugspalt (x) vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportband (2) eine Profilierung (18) aufweist, über die der Unterdruck auf das Transportgut (7) wirkt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilierung (18) durch quer zur Längsrichtung des Transportbandes (2) sich erstreckende Erhöhungen und Vertiefungen (19) gebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilierung (18) über die ganze Länge des Transportbandes (2) vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportband (2) ein Zahnriemen ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (19) in den Saugspalt (x) mündet. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportband (2) mit seitlichem Spiel (x) in der Führung (4) liegt. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (4) eine Vertiefung (8) zur Aufnahme eines Teiles (3) des Transportbandes (2) aufweist, dessen Breite (b) vorteilhaft (2) kleiner ist als die lichte Weite (a) der Vertiefung (8). - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportband (2) mit beidseitigem Spiel in der Führung (4) so liegt, daß zwei seitliche Saugspalte (x) gebildet sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (4) im Bereich des Bodens (9) ihrer Vertiefung (8) eine, vorteilhaft im wesentlichen über die ganze Länge des Bodens (9) der Vertiefung (8) sich erstreckende Nut (10) aufweist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Nut (10) wenigstens ein, vorteilhaft als Rohr ausgebildeter Saugkanal (6) mündet. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (20) des Transportbandes (2) für das Transportgut (7) einen höheren Reibungswert aufweist als eine Auflagefläche (25) der Führung (4). - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (20) des Transportbandes (2) wenigstens teilweise mit einer Beschichtung mit hohem Reibwert versehen ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilierung (18) an der vom Transportgut (7) abgewandten Seite des Transportbandes (2) vorgesehen ist.
