Description d'un mode de réalisation préférentiel.Description of a Preferred Embodiment

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 10, a stamping machine 10 for viewing glasses comprises a fixed frame 12 on which a mobile frame 14 of a magazine 16 intended to store a plurality of units is slidably mounted vertically. inking 18.

The vertical displacement of the magazine 16 is operated by means of a first actuator 20 comprising a geared motor 22 coupled to a screw-shaped motion transformation mechanism 24 and nut 26. The screw 24 extends in a vertical direction, and the direction bidirectional drive of the magazine 16 on the up or down is controlled by inverting the motor supply.

The various inking units 18 are identical and distributed at regular intervals and in equal number pairs on two sides of the double magazine 16. The various inking units 18 superimposed on the same side are assigned for the glasses of the right eye, and those on the other side for the glasses of the left eye.

L'orifice ouvert de l'encrier 32 est délimité par une collerette annulaire dotée d'un segment racleur (non représenté) destiné à prendre appui sur le cliché 28.The etched plate 28 is formed by a stainless steel plate in the upper face of which were made engravings representative of the marks to be affixed to the glasses. The ink fountain 32 is filled with ink, and the open orifice is mounted in reverse position on the etched upper part of the plate 28. The open orifice of the ink fountain 32 is delimited by an annular flange equipped with a scraper segment. (not shown) intended to take support on the plate 28.

The fixed frame 12 also carries a working table 36 arranged horizontally in front of the magazine 16, and connected by two horizontal crosspieces 38 to the frame 12. The work table 36 is equipped with a slide 39 for supporting a pair of glasses OG and OD for the left eye and the right eye respectively. A jack 40 makes it possible to move the slider 39 between a rest position (in strong lines in FIG. 9) enabling the appropriate glasses to be put in place, and a working position adapted to buffering (see arrow F, FIG. 8). The positioning zones A and B indicated in dashed lines in FIG. 8 on the work table 36 correspond to the buffering. The slider 39 further comprises two gripping elements 42 with suction cups for the vacuum retention of the OG and OD glasses during the transfer and buffering operations.

Above the work table 36 is the buffering device 44 associated with a vision system 46 with two CDD cameras. The buffering device 44 is fixed to the frame 12 by two cross members 47, and comprises a pair of buffers 48 in silicone, intended to recover the ink of the plate 28, and to restore it on the glasses OG and OD. Each pad 48 is actuated in the direction of the height by means of a cylinder 50 movable between a low position and a raised position (Figures 9 and 9A). The CDD camera of the vision system 46 is fixed by an arm 52 to the buffering device 44, so as to be positioned just above the gripping elements 42 with suckers when the latter are in the rest position. Such a system known per se allows the detection of the hidden marking on OG and OD glasses and manual positioning.

The selection of one or the pair of inking units 18 of a predetermined level of the magazine 16 is fully automated by means of a keyboard (not shown) associated with a machine-integrated machine 10 for the input measurement and control parameters. For the operation of this elevator system, it is also possible to use a bar code reader, or an external control unit, for example a computer.

After the selection of one or of the pair of inking units 18, the inking step of the plates 28 takes place following a relative displacement in horizontal translation with respect to the corresponding inkwells 32.

The translational movement of a pair of plates 28 is effected by means of a second actuator 54 comprising a gripping jack 56 for gripping the two selected plates 28, and an actuating jack 58 intended to push the plates 28 horizontally. between two positions C and D (Figure 9).

The attachment cylinder 56 (FIG. 7) comprises a hinged clamp 60 connected to a movable yoke 62 of the jack, and provided at its opposite end with a jaw 64 intended to grip the movable plate support 30.

The actuating cylinder 58 is disposed above the attachment cylinder 56, and pushes the pair of plates 28 during the closing of the jaw 64, until the engraved part of the plates 28 slides outside the The inkcuts are then filled with ink, and the ink transfer to OD, OG glasses to be buffered can then be operated.

The different buffering steps are illustrated in FIGS. 10 to 18:

The OD straight glass is held by vacuum on the left suction cup. The correct positioning of the glass on the gripping element 42 is controlled by the CDD camera of the vision system 46 which displays to an LCD screen the markings hidden on the glass. Then intervenes the positioning of the left lens OG on the right suction cup, followed by the depression lock with the same positioning control by means of the vision system 46.

In FIG. 11, the second actuator 54 pushes toward the position D and allows the output of the pair of selected plates 28 (only one is visible). The engraved part of the plates 28 is in the open air, and only the engravings are filled with ink.

In FIG. 12, the two buffers 48 are actuated by the two jacks 50 towards the low position, in order to recover the ink stored in the engravings of the two plates 28, these latter are always in the position D.

In Figure 13, the two buffers 48 are actuated by the two cylinders 50 to the raised position.

In FIG. 14, the attachment cylinder 56 of the second actuator 54 causes the plates to return to the position C, positioning the etched part under the inkwells 32.

In FIG. 15, the jack 40 causes the slide 39 to move on the work table 36, to position the two glasses OG, OD under the two buffers 48.

In FIG. 16, the two buffers 48 are actuated by the two jacks 50 towards the low position, and make the marking on the two glasses OG, OD.

In Figure 17 is performed the rise of the two buffers 48 to the raised position.

In Figure 18, the cylinder 40 causes the return of the slider 39 on the work table 36, to position the two glasses OG, OD in the original position. The depression in the gripping elements 42 is interrupted, followed by the recovery of the buffered glasses.

The embodiment described above relates to a double vertical store 16 for simultaneously working the two glasses OD, OG on the work table 36.

It is clear that the invention also applies to a simple vertical magazine having a single column of inking units superimposed, to work on a single glass at a time.
