Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de réguler la sortie d'une tour de distillation alimentée par un craqueur catalytique fluide. Ce procédé consiste à utiliser un ou plusieurs capteurs RMN pour obtenir des mesures en ligne des valeurs se rapportant à des caractéristiques sélectionnées de la charge de départ et/ou des produits de sortie de la tour de distillation. Les valeurs mesurées sont envoyées à un régulateur à plusieurs variables. A partir des valeurs mesurées et des valeurs de consigne fournies par un optimiseur, le régulateur à plusieurs variables détermine les valeurs des variables de commande et régule le craqueur catalytique de manière à obtenir des produits présentant les qualités recherchées, et à maximiser le rendement économique unitaire.
