Claims (6)
- Elektrische Heizeinrichtung, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, miteinem Heizblock (1) mit mehreren parallel angeordneten elektrischen Heizelementen (2) und zwischenliegenden Wärmeleitrippen (3) undeinem Rahmen, in welchem der Heizblock gehalten ist, mit zwei blockverspannend ausgebildeten Längsschenkeln (4a, 4b) und zwei dazu senkrecht angeordneten Querschenkeln (5a, 5b),die Querschenkel (5a, 5b) an ihren Enden Umfassungsabschnitte (7a, 8a, 7b, 8b) aufweisen, mit denen sie die korrespondierenden Längsschenkelenden (9, 10, 11, 12) in Querrichtung nach außen sichernd umfassen.
- Elektrische Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Querschenkel als geschlossenes Ringteil (5a) ausgebildet ist.
- Elektrische Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Befestigungsstellen (27, 28, 29) zum Verbinden wenigstens eines Teils der Rahmenschenkel (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b) miteinander und/oder zum Verbinden von wenigstens einem Teil der elektrischen Heizelemente (2) mit einem oder mehreren der Rahmenschenkel durch selbstschneidende Schrauben (27, 28, 29) oder Laserschweißstellen realisiert sind.
- Elektrische Heizeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Befestigungsstellen zum Verbinden wenigstens eines Teils der Rahmenschenkel (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b) miteinander und/oder zum Verbinden von wenigstens einem Teil der elektrischen Heizelemente (2) mit einem oder mehreren der Rahmenschenkel in einer gemeinsamen, zur Heizblockebene senkrechten Montagerichtung hergestellt sind.
- Elektrische Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsstellen (27, 28, 29) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegen.
- Elektrische Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasswenigstens ein Querschenkel (5b) als ein elektrisch leitender Heizelement-Sammelanschluss mit einer zur Heizblockebene parallelen Kontaktierungsfläche (19) ausgebildet ist unddie mit dem Sammelanschluss verbundenen Heizelemente an ihrem entsprechenden Anschlussende einen Kontaktierungswinkel (23) mit einer Kontaktierungsfläche (23a) aufweisen, über die sie an der Sammelanschluss-Kontaktierungsfläche (19) befestigt sind.
