Claims (7)
- Method of washing articles in a microprocessor-controlled dish-washing machine (1) by means of at least one spraying arm (7, 8, 9), which has spraying nozzles (13) and is rotatably mounted on a spindle in a rectangular washing chamber (2), the spraying arm (7, 8, 9) being supplied with washing fluid from a circulating pump (11) via a pipe (10), characterised in that, each time the rotating spraying arm (7, 8, 9) traverses the corner regions (E) of the washing chamber (2), it is driven at a spraying pressure higher than a normal spraying pressure.
- Method according to claim 1, characterised in that a sensor and evaluation means (14) is provided which determines, from the rotational movement of the spraying arm (7, 8, 9), the moment in time at which the spraying arm (7, 8, 9) points into the corner regions (E), and in that, in the corner regions (E), the washing liquid is sprayed into the washing chamber (2) from the spraying nozzles (13) of the rotating spraying arm (7, 8, 9) at an increased pressure.
- Method according to at least one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that, while the washing liquid is being sprayed into the corner regions (E), the pressure is increased by increasing the pump output.
- Method according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that, while the washing liquid is being sprayed into the corner regions (E), the pressure is increased by changes in the geometric conditions of flow, preferably in the pipe (10).
- Method according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the spraying pressure in the corner regions (E) is continuously increased.
- Method according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the spraying pressure in the corner regions (E) is suddenly increased.
- Method according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the spraying pressure is controlled in proportion to the respective spacing between the spraying arm end and the washing container wall.
