- Steckverbinder für eine elektrische Steckverbindung bestehend aus einem Buchsenteil (104) und einem Steckerteil (102), wobei das Buchsenteil (104) mindestens eine Kontaktbuchse und das Steckerteil (102) mindestens einen Kontaktstift aufweisen, das Steckerteil (102) zumindest teilweise in das Buchsenteil (104) einsteckbar ist, wodurch der Kontaktstift die Kontaktbuchse elektrisch kontaktiert, und an dem Steckerteil (102) eine Verriegelungsnase (110) angeordnet ist, die beim Zusammenstecken von Buchsenteil (104) und Steckerteil (102) mit einer Haltevorrichtung (112) des Buchsenteils (104) so zusammenwirkt, dass das Steckerteil (102) und das Buchsenteil (104) aneinander fixiert sind,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine in Längsrichtung verschiebliche Überwurfkappe (106), welche die Verriegelungsnase (110) und die Haltevorrichtung (112) überdeckt. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfkappe (106) mindestens eine Stütznoppe (114) aufweist, die zur mechanischen Versteifung der Haltevorrichtung (112) mit dem Buchsenteil (104) in Anlage bringbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfkappe (106) mindestens eine Rastnoppe (116) zur Arretierung und Rückstellung der Überwurfkappe (106) im Zusammenwirken mit entsprechenden Aufnahmen (118) an dem Buchsenteil (104) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (112) als ein in Längsrichtung verschieblicher Rasthaken ausgeführt ist, der eine Öffnung (111) zum Eingreifen der Verriegelungsnase (110) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfkappe (106) mindestens einen Betätigungshaken (120) zur Betätigung des Rasthakens (112) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfkappe (106) im wesentlichen rohrförmig ausgeführt ist und das Buchsenteil (104) allseitig umgreift.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfkappe (106) mindestens eine geriffelte Grifffläche (126) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfkappe (106) an ihrer Innenseite mindestens eine Anschlagrippe (124) aufweist, die mit einer entsprechenden Anschlagkante des Buchsenteils (104) zusammenwirkt, um eine Verschiebung der Überwurfkappe (106) in Richtung auf das Steckerteil (102) zu begrenzen.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfkappe (106) als Kunststoff-Spritzgussteil hergestellt ist.
