Claims (9)

  1. Emploi d'un acier à outils pour la fabrication de moules pour pièces plastiques présentant la composition suivante (en pourcentage de poids) :
    C = 0,25 à 0,30
    Si = 0,04 à 0,20
    Mn = 1,2 à 2,0
    Cr = 1,0 à 2,0
    Ni = 0,9 à 1,5
    Mo = 0,3 à 0,8
    V ≤ 0,2
    Al = 0,01 à 0,03

  2. Emploi d'un acier à outils selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une teneur en Ni située entre 0,9 et 1,2 de pourcentage en poids.
  3. Emploi d'un acier à outils selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par une teneur en Si située entre 0,04 et 0,15 de pourcentage en poids.
  4. Emploi d'un acier à outils selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une teneur en Mn située entre 1,2 et 1,6 de pourcentage en poids, une teneur en Mo entre 0,4 et 0,6 et une teneur en V entre 0,05 et 0,15, de pourcentage en poids.
