Claims (7)
- Appareil interrupteur électromagnétique dont le boítier (1) est pourvu d'alvéoles dans lesquelles se logent des supports (5) de contact fixe coopérant avec un ressort de câblage (3) formant borne et avec des pièces de protection (2) moulées en matière plastique isolante, caractérisé par le fait que chacun des supports (5) de contact fixe et le ressort (3) est monté et intégré dans une cassette (2) dont le corps (21) forme un logement (214) contenant le dit support et le dit ressort, fermé d'un côté par une cloison latérale (218) portant une butée de ressort (211) logée à l'intérieur dudit ressort de câblage (3) et ouverte de l'autre coté, la fermeture étant assurée de ce côté ouvert par une cloison (11) du boítier, après emboítement de la cassette.
- Appareil interrupteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait le corps (21) présente un orifice (213) permettant l'introduction du fil électrique à connecter à la borne et un orifice (212) permettant le passage d'un outil pour appuyer sur le ressort de câblage (3), les deux orifices étant ouverts vers la face avant et un couvercle (6) percé de trous en face avant coiffant les cassettes (2) et le boítier (1).
- Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le support de contact (5) a une forme générale en L ou en crochet, une aile (51 b, 52b) servant de plage de contact au câble électrique, une aile (51a) portant le contact fixe.
- Appareil selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de support (5) présente une découpe (51c ou 52c) coopérant avec l'orifice (212) de passage d'outil.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le ressort de câblage (3) est plié en boucle ou en b de manière à former une aile d'appui (31) adjacente à la pièce de support (5) et une aile de serrage (33) pourvue d'une lumière de serrage (34) dans laquelle passe la pièce de support (5).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le support de contact (5) se compose d'une pièce (51) portant le contact fixe et d'une pièce (52) formant la plage de contact, ces deux pièces étant assemblées l'une à l'autre.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le que le corps (21) de cassette présente un doigt élastique clipsable (216) servant à accrocher la pièce de contact (5).
