Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a system for producing a fibrous web, in particular paper or board web.
- the retention is determined online via the measured substance densities in the white water and in the material feed to the headbox and kept constant by regulating the amount of retention agent or quantities.
- a known paper plant with such a retention control is shown schematically in FIG.
- This retention-based method has i.a. the disadvantage that the formation becomes increasingly worse with increasing retention. To avoid a bad formation, the retention must be set with a large safety margin to the maximum possible retention.
- Formation is generally understood to mean the structure and the degree of uniformity of the fiber distribution in the fibrous web, eg paper, measured or assessed, for example by means of transmitted light.
- the formation is also commonly referred to as the "review" of the fibrous web or paper. Retention is the proportion of the sieve or the sieve retained mass to the total applied to the sieve mass to understand.
- EP 1 054 102 A2 it is proposed to regulate the grammage of a paper or board web by means of two control loops.
- the additional control loop is used, e.g. determine the change in retention using a white water consistency measurement and take appropriate countermeasures.
- the aim of the invention is to provide an improved method and an improved system of the type mentioned, in which the aforementioned disadvantages are eliminated.
- the formation can be kept at the predetermined target level, in particular by correspondingly changing the amount of addition of at least one retention agent.
- the retention is kept continuously at the maximum possible value.
- the retention can also be kept constant at a predefinable high level.
- the formation is maintained at the predetermined target level by correspondingly changing the ratio of the added amounts of the two retention agents.
- the formation control can be carried out in different ways. In the following his purely exemplary called some possibilities.
- the formation can be adjusted or regulated, for example, by correspondingly changing or increasing or reducing two retention agent mass flows Q R1 , Q R2 at a constant ratio Q R1 / Q R2 .
- Another possibility is e.g. in that the formation is measured, the measured value is compared with a desired value, the addition amount of the first retention agent is adjusted accordingly to equalize the formation to the desired value, and the addition amount of the second retention agent or the ratio between the addition amounts of the two retention agents is adjusted so far until the formation deteriorates again.
- the retention control which can take place in a conventional manner, in particular be faster than the formation control.
- the two different retention aids can comprise, for example, polymers with different charge density (anionic / cationic) and / or different molecular weight.
- the two different retention agents may include, for example, polyethyleneimine (PEI) and polyacrylamide (PAM).
- the first retention agent comprises a polymer, e.g. Polyacrylamide, and the second retention agent inorganic microparticles, e.g. Bentonite, Hydrocol, etc.
- a polymer for coarse flocculation and a means for fine flocculation may be provided.
- the formation control also includes raw material influences and / or the water flow in the wet part. This is possible in particular through the use of fuzzy logic and / or predictive controls.
- the formation is worsened to a lesser extent with increasing retention than with the use of long-fiber raw materials.
- This substance-dependent relationship between formation and retention can be taken into account in the control algorithm. This can be done, for example, in the context of a formation control superimposed on a retention control or by the fact that the ratio Q R1 / Q R2 of the mass flows of the retention agents of the dual system is also selected depending on the type of pulp (type of raw material).
- the inventive plant for producing a fibrous web comprises the features specified in claim 14.
- Fig. 2 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of a plant 10 for producing a fibrous web 12, which may be in particular a paper or board web.
- the system 10 of FIG. 2 is not an embodiment of the invention.
- the plant 10 comprises a constant part, a paper machine and a formation controller 13 for controlling the formation.
- the formation controller 13 is a quality control, in which the formation leads to the retention.
- the formation of the fibrous web 12 is measured as a controlled variable online.
- the relevant measured value is fed to the formation controller 13.
- the formation is finally maintained at a predetermined target level.
- the formation can be maintained at the predefinable desired level by correspondingly changing the added quantity of at least one retention agent.
- the retention agent flow is changed in a line 17, for example, via a flow controller 18, the to From the formation controller 13 receives a corresponding setpoint.
- the flow controller 18 (FIC, flow indicated control)
- the retention agent flow is measured in the line 17 and compared with the relevant, supplied by the formation controller 13 setpoint.
- the flow controller 18 actuator 19 in particular a valve, is provided, via which the retention medium then adjusted accordingly, ie equalized to the desired value.
- At least one fabric density value preferably the fabric density value of the white water I, C L and / or the fabric density value of the high consistency fiber suspension (C H ) are input to the headbox 22 in the feeder 15.
- a control variable output by the formation controller 13 can then be used to set the mass or volume flow of at least one retention agent so that the formation value assumes the desired size. In the present case, as already explained, this can be done via at least one flow controller 18, for example.
- volume flow Q L of low consistency C L is preferably white water I.
- the measuring point in question is designated by a).
- the control of white water consistency at other points can also be measured.
- FIG. 2 another possible measuring point is designated b).
- the mixing pump 26 is supplied in addition to the white water I and thick matter.
- the white water II is fed to the fiber recovery.
- the retention agent not only affects the retention of the solid particles, but also the formation. Since the formation of the finished fibrous web 12 is measured online, the retention can be kept continuously at the maximum possible value.
- retention In dual systems, i. With the addition of two different retention agents at two different sites, retention can always be kept constant at a high level.
- the formation may be e.g. be maintained at the predetermined target level by correspondingly changing the ratio of the added amounts of the two retention agents.
- the formation can be adjusted or regulated, for example, by correspondingly changing or increasing or reducing two retention agent mass flows Q R1 , Q R2 at a constant ratio Q R1 / Q R2 .
- Another possibility is, for example, that the formation is measured, the measured value is compared with a desired value, for approximation the formation is adjusted to the desired value of the addition amount of a first retention agent of a dual system and adjusted to the highest possible level of retention, the addition of a second retention agent of the dual system or the ratio between the addition of the two retention agents is adjusted until the formation again deteriorated.
- Figure 3 shows a schematic representation of an exemplary control system of such an embodiment of the system according to the invention.
- the formation control comprising the formation controller 13 may be combined with a conventional retention control comprising a retention controller 28.
- the controller 28 comprehensive loop for the retention control is superimposed on the controller 13 comprehensive control circuit for the formation control.
- the retention control can be faster than the formation control.
- the formation controller 13 supplies to the retention controller 28 a signal F via which, for example, the consistency value 24 of low consistency C L and / or the output value 30 of the retention controller 28 can be directly influenced.
- Figure 4 shows a schematic partial representation of the control system of another embodiment of the plant according to the invention for producing a fibrous web, which differs from that of Figure 2 essentially in that both a first retention agent 1 and a second retention agent 2 is added in the dual system.
- the retention controller 18 receives from the higher-level formation controller 13 a desired value for the mass or volume flow of the first retention agent 1 as a function of the formation.
- the second retention agent 2 is readjusted by a ratio regulator 18 '.
- the ratio controller 18 ' obtains a setpoint value for the ratio from the higher-level formation controller 13, this setpoint being dependent on the retention, and / or the formation, and / or at least one substance parameter, e.g. the type of material (e.g., short fiber, long fiber, recycled fiber, mixtures thereof, etc.).
- control system for example, at least substantially again be designed as that shown in Figure 2. Parts corresponding to each other are assigned the same reference numerals.
- FIG 5 shows a schematic partial representation of the control system of another embodiment of the plant according to the invention for producing a fibrous web. This embodiment is compared to that of FIG 4 by a supply line 32 of a portion of the white water I directly added to the headbox 22.
- This supply line 32 is required for dilution water headboxes for sectional cross-sectional control of the basis weight (see eg ModuleJet).
- this Siebwasserteilvolumenstrom is flow-controlled (FIC, flow indicated control) and flows directly from the white water tank 34 to the headbox 22nd
- the consistency value Q M ie the value in question after the mixing point, are supplied to the formation controller 13 via the measuring device 20.
- the two different retention agents may comprise, for example, polymers with different charge density (anionic / cationic) and / or different molecular weight.
- the two different retention agents may include, for example, polyethyleneimine (PEI) and polyacrylamide (PAM).
- a polymer e.g. Polyacrylamide
- a second retention agent inorganic microparticles e.g. Bentonite, hydrocol, etc.
- the formation is worsened to a lesser extent with increasing retention than with the use of long-fiber raw materials.
- This substance-dependent relationship between formation and retention can be taken into account in the control algorithm. This can be done, for example, in the context of a formation control overlaid on a retention control (cf., in particular, FIG. 3) or in that the ratio Q R1 / Q R2 of the mass flows of the retention system of the dual system is also selected depending on the type of pulp (type of raw material).
