Claims (5)
- Einsatzrohr für einen Zylinderkopf mit Deckel einer Brennkraftmaschine,dadurch gekennzeichnet,das im Zylinderkopf (2) einen über eine Durchbrechung (4) im Deckel (3) der Anordnung einer Einrichtung (Zündkerze, Einspritzdüse) dienenden Schacht (5) begrenzt, wobeidas Einsatzrohr (1) über in beiden Endbereichen (6, 7) angeordnete gummielastische Dichtelemente (8, 9) mit korrespondierenden Ausnehmungen (10, 11) in Zylinderkopf (2) und Deckel (3) in lösbarer Steckverbindung steht,dass das Einsatzrohr (1) zumindest mit einem unlösbar verbundenen Dichtelement (8, 9) ausgebildet ist.
- Einsatzrohr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine unlösbare Verbindung zwischen Dichtelement (8, 9) und Einsatzrohr (1) mittels Vulkanisieren erzielt ist.
- Einsatzrohr nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass im zylinderkopfseitigen Endbereich (6) des Einsatzrohres (1) ein Zentrierflansch (12) vorgesehen ist, an densich entgegengesetzt der Steckrichtung des Einsatzrohres (1) ein Dichtelement (8) anschließt, daseinen am Außenumfang des Einsatzrohres (1) anvulkanisierten Ringkörper (13) mit geschlossen umlaufenden Dichtwülsten (14) umfasst.
- Einsatzrohr nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass im deckelseitigen Endbereich (7) des Einsatzrohres (1) ein Fixierflansch (15) für ein diesen abschnittsweise umgreifendes Dichtelement (9) vorgesehen ist, wobeidas Dichtelement (9) einen ggf. am Außenumfang des Einsatzrohres (1) anvulkanisierten Ringkörper (16) mit geschlossen umlaufenden Dichtwülsten (17) umfasst.
- Einsatzrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch die Ausbildung aus einem Metall oder einem Kunststoff.
