Claims (11)
- Drehgestell für Schienenfahrzeuge mit Rädern (4) mit veränderlicher Spurweite, umfassend ein den Fahrzeugkasten tragendes Gestell (1) und vier Räder (4), die jeweils über einen gelenkig gelagerten Arm (5) mit dem Gestell (1) verbunden sind, wobei jeder Arm (5) in Bezug auf das Gestell (1) um eine Gelenkachse (3) herum in einer von Primärfederungen (13) gedämpften Bewegung verschwenkbar ist, jeder Arm einen ersten Strang (51) und einen zweiten Strang (52) umfasst, zwischen denen das Rad (4) angeordnet ist, und das Rad (4) quer zu dem gelenkig gelagerten Arm (5) so verschoben werden kann, dass es wenigstens zwei Positionen einnimmt, die zwei verschiedenen Spurweiten entsprechen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein gelenkig gelagerter Arm (5) Mittel (6) zum Übertragen der Rotationsbewegung zwischen dem Rad (4) und einer Sekundärwelle (16) umfasst, wobei die Sekundärwelle (16) drehfest mit einem Brems- und/ oder Antriebssystem verbunden ist,
und dass der erste Strang (51) jedes Armes (5) sich von der Gelenkachse (3) bis zu einem Längsende des Gestell (1) erstreckt, und dass der zweite Strang (52) jedes Armes (5) kürzer als der erste Strang (51) und im Inneren des Drehgestells angeordnet ist und sich von einem Querstück (53) des Armes (5), das den ersten Strang (51) und den zweiten Strang (52) miteinander verbindet, bis in die Nähe des Längsendes des Gestells (1) parallel zu dem ersten Strang (51) erstreckt. - Drehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mit dem Bremssystem (9, 10) verbundener Antriebsmotor (8) mittig in Bezug auf die Längsachse des Drehgestells angeordnet ist.
- Drehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bremssystem (9, 10) wenigstens eine Scheibe (9) umfasst, die drehfest mit einer Ausgangswelle des Antriebsmotors (8) verbunden ist und mit einem Bremsbügel (10) zusammenwirkt, der direkt an einem zentralen Querstück (11) des Gestells (1) befestigt ist, wobei die Ausgangswelle über eine Kardanwelle (7) mit der Sekundärwelle (16) verbunden ist.
- Drehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Antriebsmotor direkt auf dem ersten Strang (51) des gelenkig gelagerten Armes befestigt ist, wobei die Ausgangswelle des Motors direkt mit der Sekundärwelle (16) des gelenkig gelagerten Armes verbunden ist.
- Drehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Abstandshalterstange (14) zwischen jeweils zwei zweiten Strängen (52) der beiden Seite an Seite angeordneten gelenkig gelagerten Arme befestigt ist.
- Drehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplung zwischen dem Rad (4) und der Sekundärwelle (16) über ein Räderwerk (6) hergestellt ist, und dass der Körper des ersten Strangs (51) des gelenkig gelagerten Arms (5) ein Transmissionsgehäuse bildet, dessen Volumen ausreichend groß ist, um das Räderwerk (6) mit der Sekundärwelle (16) aufzunehmen.
- Drehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Räderwerk (6) vier Kupplungsräder (61, 62, 63, 64) mit zwei auf einer selben Achse angeordneten Kupplungsrädern (62, 63) umfasst.
- Drehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sekundärwelle (16) in der Nähe der Gelenkachse (3) des verschwenkbaren gelenkig gelagerten Armes (5) angeordnet ist.
- Drehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Rad des Drehgestells mit einer Halbachse verbunden ist, die auf zwei Gruppen von Radlagern (22) montiert ist, welche innerhalb von im Inneren des ersten (51) und des zweiten Stranges (52) des jeweiligen gelenkig gelagerten Armes (5) ausgebildeten Aufnahmen transversal beweglich sind.
- Drehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder erste Strang (51) sich in der vertikalen Verlängerung eines Längsträgers eines rechteckigen Rahmens (12) erstreckt, der die Außenlinie des den Fahrzeugkasten tragenden Gestells (1) begrenzt.
- Drehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes freie Ende jeweils des ersten (51) und des zweiten Stranges (52) eines gelenkig gelagerten Armes (5) eine helixförmige Feder (13) trägt, auf der der Rahmen (12) ruht.
