Claims (12)
- Unité embrochable comprenant des pistes de contact pouvant être immobilisées dans un corps isolant, caractérisé en ce que les pistes de contact (2 ; 3) peuvent être emboîtées perpendiculairement à leur direction de mise en contact et d'embrochage, et par complémentarité de forme, dans des logements de guidage (1.1 ; 1.2) ouverts latéralement du corps isolant (1) et peuvent être placées dans leur position finale de montage par translation longitudinale le long de leur plan d'emboîtement et immobilisées dans cette position.
- Unité embrochable selon la revendication 1,
comprenant des pistes de contact (2 ; 3) en particulier formées de pistes de contact plates découpées, qui peuvent être emboîtées par les deux côtés, dans un premier et un deuxième plan de piste de contact, respectivement dans des logements de guidage (1.1 ; 1.2) du corps isolant (1) qui sont ouverts latéralement. - Unité embrochable selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
comprenant aussi une immobilisation des pistes de contact (2 ; 3) par complémentarité de forme en sens inverse de l'emboîtement ainsi que dans le sens de la translation et en sens inverse de la translation. - Unité embrochable selon la revendication 3,
comprenant des pattes d'appui (1.3 ; 1.4) en saillie latéralement, reliées au corps isolant (1) et qui surplombent les pistes de contact (2 ; 3) lors de leur translation longitudinale afin de réaliser l'immobilisation par complémentarité de forme en sens inverse de l'emboîtement. - Unité embrochable selon la revendication 3 et/ou 4,
comprenant des pattes d'enclenchement (1 ; 5) disposées sur le corps isolant (1) qui peuvent être tout d'abord infléchies élastiquement par les pistes de contact (2 ; 3) lors de leur translation longitudinale et qui, lorsque leur position finale de montage est atteinte, peuvent revenir brusquement derrière des appuis de pattes d'enclenchement correspondantes (2.4) des pistes de contact ( 2;3) qui sont en appui contre le corps isolant (1) dans le sens de la translation, pour réaliser une immobilisation par complémentarité de forme en sens inverse de la translation. - Unité embrochable selon la revendication 5,
comprenant une unique patte d'enclenchement (1.5) associée aussi bien à la piste de contact (2) du premier plan de piste de contact qu'à la piste de contact (3) du deuxième plan de piste de contact. - Unité embrochable selon la revendication 6,
comprenant, au moins dans la région de la patte d'enclenchement (1.5), pour assurer la possibilité de déviation libre des pistes, une piste de contact (2) du premier plan de piste de contact décalée en hauteur par rapport à la piste (3) de contact du deuxième plan de piste de contact. - Unité embrochable selon au moins une des revendications 1-7,
comprenant un corps isolant (1) sensiblement plat, avec des pistes de contact (2 ; 3) pouvant être emboîtées dans ses surfaces latérales dans des logements de guidage (1.1 ; 1.2), et des languettes de contact terminales (2.1 ; 2.2 ; 3.1 ; 3.2) des pistes de contact (2 ; 3) pour réaliser une prise de contact extérieure dans la région de l'une de ses faces frontales. - Unité embrochable selon la revendication 8,
comprenant un logement élastique compensateur des tolérances dans la région des languettes de contact terminales (2.1 ; 2.2 ; 3.1 ; 3.2) et un logement rigide des pistes de contact (2 ; 3) opérant largement par complémentarité de forme dans la région restante, dans les logements de guidage (1.1 ; 1.2) en forme de poche du corps isolant (1). - Unité embrochable selon une des revendications 1-9,
comprenant des pistes de contact (2 ; 3) qui peuvent être emboîtées dans les logements de guidage (1.1 ; 1.2) en forme de poche, de telle manière qu'elles puissent être poussées en translation longitudinale dans leur position finale de montage pour une mise en contact extérieure, sous l'effet d'une pression sur les extrémités des pistes de contact qui font saillie en dehors du corps isolant (1), en particulier sur les languettes de contact (2.1 ; 2.2 ; 3.1 ; 3.2). - Unité embrochable selon au moins une des revendications 1-10,
avec réalisation des logements de guidage en forme de poche et des pattes d'appui ou des pattes d'enclenchement sous la forme de parties du corps isolant qui sont venues d'une seule pièce, en particulier moulées par injection. - Unité embrochable selon la revendication 11,
avec réalisation du corps isolant de manière à obtenir un corps moulé, en particulier une pièce moulée par injection en matière plastique qui peut être fabriqué avec des parties moulées qui peuvent extraites seulement dans le sens de l'emboîtement ou dans le sens inverse.
