Method according to claim 12 or 13, characterised in that the identification of the party authorised for access is carried out by means of biometric sensors and that checking of the access authorisation is undertaken in the computer or by way of the telecommunications network by a connected external computer and that the closing system is operable only after confirmation of the access authorisation.
  16. Method according to claim 12, characterised in that the goods, which are to be deposited in the locker (1) or the packaging thereof or the accompanying documents thereof is or are provided with a transponder chip in which dispatch data and/or addresses are stored and that the locker installation (3, 4, 5) comprises a high-frequency transmitter/receiver which reads the transponder chip and that the switching-free of the lock for opening of the door (2) of a locker (1) to be loaded takes place by evaluation of the data of the transponder chip that the switching-free of the closing system for removal of the goods by the authorised addressee is carried out by means of his or her electronic key system.
  17. Method according to claim 16, characterised in that the electronic key system is similarly realised by a transponder chip which is mounted on a chipcard or an identification device of the addressee or delivery agent.
  18. Method according to claim 12, characterised in that the goods, which are to be deposited in the locker (1) or the packaging thereof or the accompanying papers thereof is or are labelled with a barcode containing at least the dispatch data and/or the address of the addressee and that the locker installation (3, 4, 5) comprises a barcode reader or the delivery agent has a barcode reader, which transmits the scanned data by means of a transmitting stage at least to the computer (8, 9, 10) of the locker installation (3, 4, 5) and that the switching-free of the lock for opening the door (2) of a locker (1) to be loaded takes place by evaluation of the data of the barcode by the computer of the locker installation (3, 4, 5) or of the central computer (15).
  19. Method according to claim 1, 2, 7, 8 or 9, characterised in that an occupancy registration of a locker(1) is carried out by means of integrated sensors and that the occupancy confirmation is issued as a date or signal.
  20. Method according to claim 19, characterised in that a weighing cell determines the weight of the deposited goods and the weight data are transmitted to the computer (8, 9, 10) of the locker installation (3, 4, 5, 6) or by this to the central housekeeping computer (15).
  21. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the data filed in the memory of the computer (8, 9, 10) are convertible into speech codes and that the data provided with a release can be called up by way of a telephone terminal, particularly a telephone apparatus (17), as speech data by the party authorised for access and are issued by way of a loudspeaker or an earpiece as acoustic soundwaves.
  22. Method according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the data saved in the memory of the computer (8, 9, 10) are printed out at least partly by a document printer of the locker system (3, 4, 5).
  23. Method according to claim 1, 2 or 12, characterised in that the electronic key system contains a memory erasable and rechargeable cell by cell, data are saved in these cells which correspond with money values and that the usage fee for the locker (1) is determined by the computer (8, 9, 10) of the locker installation (3, 4, 5) on the basis of the occupancy time of a locker (1) and the corresponding number of money value cells is erased with the switching-free of the lock.
  24. Method according to claim 23, characterised in that the memory is provided on a chipcard, this is a pre-charged charge card or a rechargeable charge card and is charged by way of the computer (8, 9, 10) of the locker installation (3, 4, 5) by a bank computer or an external housekeeping computer (15) of the delivery agent participating in the locker system or of the consignor.
  25. Method according to claim 1, 2 or 12, characterised in that the electronic key system is controlled by means of an EC or credit card and that on introduction of the same into a reader a connection to a bank computer is produced automatically and after release of the locker (1) for removal of the deposited goods the usage fees are deducted from the account of the party authorised for access.
  26. Method according to claim 13, 23, 24 or 25, characterised in that in the case of deposit of packages the money value cells or the bank account debiting of the cash-on-delivery charge is undertaken under the control of the computer (8, 9, 10).
  27. Locker installation for performance of the method according to claim 1 or 2, comprising at least
    - one locker (1) with at least one closable door (2) or flap,
    - a computer-controlled electronic closing system for actuation of the lock of the door (2) or of the flap of the locker (1) by means of an electronic key system of an access-authorised delivery agent or addressee,
    - computer input means, such as numeric or alpha-numeric input means, chipcard reader, magnetic card reader, barcode reader, transponder chip reader, biometric sensors or radio telephone for identification of the party authorised for access,
    - a memory in which the identification data, particularly the name and the address of the party authorised for access, are saved,
    - a further memory or memory region in which at least the addresses and movement data for the goods to be deposited are registered and
    - a communications interface (12, 13, 14) to a communications network (8, 9, 10), particularly fixed or mobile radio network inclusive of the Internet,
    - wherein the computer (8, 9, 10) of the closing system can be switched to be free or dialled by a central housekeeping computer (15) or by way of a data terminal or of a telephone selectably for a party authorised for access.
  28. Locker installation according to claim 27, characterised in that the door (2) of a locker (1) is coupled with a drive which automatically closes the door after locker occupation.
  29. Locker installation according to claim 27, characterised in that the computer is coupled with a radio telephone apparatus and by way of that a dialogue with a fixed network telephone or mobile network telephone of the party authorised for access can be produced.
