Verfahren zum Deponieren von zur Auslieferung durch einen Zusteller an einen Adressaten bestimmten Gütern in mindestens einem Schließfach (1) mit mindestens einer verschließbaren Tür (2) oder Klappe in einer Schließfach­ anlage (3, 4, 5) mit einem computergesteuerten elektroni­ schen Schließsystem zum Betätigen des Schlosses der Tür (2) oder der Klappe des Schließfaches (1) mittels eines elektronischen Schlüsselsystems, insbesondere mittels nu­ merischer oder alphanumerischer Eingabemittel (6), Chip­ karte (7), Magnetkarte, Barcode, Transponderchip oder biometrischer Sensoren, mit folgenden Merkmalen:
  • a) Entriegeln des Schließsystems der Tür (2) oder der Klappe eines Schließfaches (1) durch den zugangs­ berechtigten Zusteller nach Identifizierung dessel­ ben durch den Computer (8, 9, 10) anhand des elek­ tronischen Schlüsselsystems des Zustellers,
  • b) Deponieren des Gutes in dem Schließfach (1) durch den Zusteller,
  • c) Verschließen der Tür (2) oder der Klappe des Schließfaches (1) und Verriegeln des Schlosses der Tür (2) durch das computergesteuerte elektronische Schließsystem durch den Zusteller,
  • d) Eingabe der Adreßdaten des zugangsberechtigten Ad­ ressaten des Gutes vor oder nach der Beschickung des Schließfaches (1) durch den Zusteller,
  • e) Identifizierung und/oder Ausweisen des Adressaten mittels seines elektronischen Schlüsselsystems beim Abholen des Gutes,
  • f) Freigabe des Schließsystems und Entriegeln des Schlosses des Schließfaches (1), wenn für den Adres­ saten bestimmtes Gut sich im Schließfach (1) befin­ det,
  • g) Speichern mindestens aller Bewegungsdaten ein­ schließlich der der Zeitdaten, der Identifizierungen des Zustellers und des Adressaten in einem Speicher des Computers (8, 9, 10),
  • h) wobei der Computer (8, 9, 10) des elektronischen Schließsystems über einen Telekommunikationsanschluß (12, 13, 14) mit einem Telekommunikationsnetz (11), insbesondere Internet, verbunden ist und nach der Beschickung und/oder Entnahme des Gutes aus dem Schließfach (1) mindestens die Identifizierungsdaten des Zustellers und/oder Adressaten an einen Verwal­ tungsrechner (15) des Zustellers, des Zustelldiens­ tes und/oder des Versandauftraggebers gesendet und/oder in einem Speicher des Computers (8, 9, 10) gespeichert werden.

  • a) Entriegeln des Schließsystems der Tür (2) oder der Klappe eines Schließfaches (1) durch einen zugangsberechtigten Adressaten nach Identifizierung dessel­ ben durch den Computer (8, 9, 10) anhand des elek­ tronischen Schlüsselsystems des Adressaten,
  • b) Deponieren des Gutes in dem Schließfach (1) durch Adressaten,
  • c) Verschließen der Tür (2) oder der Klappe des Schließfaches (1) und Verriegeln des Schlosses der Tür (2) durch das computergesteuerte elektronische Schließsystem durch den Adressaten,
  • d) Eingabe der Adreßdaten eines zugangsberechtigten Zu­ stellers des Gutes vor oder nach der Beschickung des Schließfaches (1) durch den Adressaten,
  • e) Identifizierung und/oder Ausweisen des Zustellers mittels seines elektronischen Schlüsselsystems beim Abholen der Rücksendung,
  • f) Freigabe des Schließsystems und Entriegeln des Schlosses des Schließfaches (1), wenn für den Zu­ steller bestimmtes Gut sich im Schließfach (1) be­ findet,
  • g) Speichern mindestens aller Bewegungsdaten ein­ schließlich der der Zeitdaten der Identifizierungen des Adressaten und des Zustellers in einem Speicher des Computers (8, 9, 10),
  • h) wobei der Computer (8, 9, 10) des elektronischen Schließsystems über einen Telekommunikationsanschluß (12, 13, 14) mit einem Telekommunikationsnetz (11), insbesondere Internet, verbunden ist und nach der Beschickung und/oder Entnahme des Gutes aus dem Schließfach (1) mindestens die Identifizierungsdaten des Zustellers und/oder Adressaten an einen Verwal­ tungsrechner (15) des Zustellers, des Zustelldienstes und/oder des Versandauftraggebers gesendet und/oder in einem Speicher des Computers (8, 9, 10) gespeichert werden.

eine Kommunikationsschnittstelle (12, 13, 14) zu einem Kommunikationsnetz im Computer (8, 9, 10), insbesondere zum Internet oder einem Modem,
