Claims (7)
- Einen Füllstoff enthaltendes Etikett (10), mit einem eine untere selbsthaftende Klebeschicht (12) aufweisenden Basiselement (18) aus einem Folienmaterial und einem das Basiselement (18) abdeckenden Deckelement (19) aus einem Folienmaterial, wobei der Füllstoff (14) zwischen dem Basiselement (18) und dem Deckelement (19) angeordnet und von einer die beiden Elemente (18, 19) miteinander verbindenden Schweißnaht (16) dichtend umschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißnaht (16) aus mehreren parallelen Einzelschweißnähten besteht, die sich beim Abziehen des Deckelements (19) vom Basiselement (18) auftrennen.
- Etikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißnaht (16) als Heißpressverbindungsnaht, Ultraschallschweißverbindungsnaht oder Laser-Schweißverbindungsnaht ausgebildet ist.
- Etikett nach Anspruch1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißnaht (16) beabstandet von der Außenkontur des Deckelements (19) unter Bildung eines Abziehstreifens (17) angeordnet ist.
- Etikett nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eines von vielen auf einer insbesondere dehäsiven Trägerbahn (11) mittels der selbsthaftenden Klebeschicht (12) aufgereihten identischen Etiketten (10) ist.
- Etikett nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basiselement (18) und das damit verbundene Deckelement (19) als aus zwei übereinanderliegenden Folienstreifen (13, 15) herausgestanztes Stanzelement ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines einen Füllstoff (14) enthaltenden Etiketts (10), bei dem ein mit einer selbsthaftenden Klebeschicht (12) versehener Basiselement-Folienstreifen (13) auf eine Trägerbahn (11) aufgebracht wird, dann in vorgesehenen Abständen Füllstoffmaterialmengen (14) auf den Basiselement-Folienstreifen (13) aufgebracht werden, dann ein Deckelement-Folienstreifen (15) auf den Basiselement-Folienstreifen (13) aufgelegt wird, dann durch geschlossene, die Füllstoffmaterialmengen (14) jeweils umgreifende und aus mehreren parallelen Einzelschweißnähten bestehende Schweißnähte (16) die beiden Folienstreifen (13, 15) unter Einschluss der Füllstoffmaterialmengen (14) miteinander verbunden werden und dann durch gemeinsames Stanzen der beiden Folienstreifen (13, 15) die Etiketten (10) gebildet werden und das übrige Folienstreifenmaterial entfernt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckelement-Folienstreifen (15) und/oder das Deckelement (19) bedruckt wird.
