Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Heißkopfkokille für eine Stranggießanlage, bestehend aus einem Heißkopf (1), der auf der Oberseite eines Trennmittelverteilers (2) aufliegt und diesen mit seiner Unterseite gegen die Oberfläche einer Kokille (3) drückt, wobei an der radial innenliegenden Fläche des Heißkopfes ein Überhang ausgebildet ist, der über den Trennmittelverteiler in Strangabzugsrichtung hinausragt und mit der Kokillenlauffläche einen Ringspalt (11) bildet, wobei der Heißkopf von einem Außenring (4) zentriert und gehalten wird, der an der Kokille lösbar befestigt ist. Die Kokille umschließt zur Kokillenlauffläche hin einen Funktionsring (5), der zusammen mit dem Trennmittelverteiler an den Oberflächen Funktionsflächen mit einstellbaren Rauhigkeiten bildet. In den Trennmittelverteiler sind auf der Ober- und Unterseite radiale Kanäle eingeformt, wobei die Kanalquerschnitte zwischen Ober- und Unterseite sich verhalten wie 1:3 bis 1:5.
