Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Fußmatte gemäß dem Oberbegriff des
Patentanspruchs 1.
Fußmatten dieser Art sind aus der Druckschrift GB 2 279 564 A bekannt.
Die Platte dient dazu, das Reinigen der Matte zu erleichtern. Hier werden
die Borsten durch einzelne gerade nach oben stehende Spikes gebildet,
welche durch einzelne Löcher in der Platte ragen. Alternativ wird die
Basismatte mit rippenähnlichen Abschnitten versehen, welche durch schlitzartige
Öffnungen in der Platte hindurchragen. Im ersten Fall müssen sehr
viele einzelne Löcher in der Platte angebracht werden, um die recht dicht
stehenden Spikes hindurchtreten zu lassen. Hieraus ergibt sich eine Platte
mit hohem Lochanteil, welche wegen des fehlenden Materials relativ leicht
verbiegbar ist. Diese Platte kann nur kleine mechanischen Belastungen
aufnehmen und muß sehr dick ausgeführt werden, wenn mit hohen Gewichtslasten
zu rechnen ist. Bei den schlitzartigen Öffnungen des zweiten
Falls ist die Platte im wesentlichen über ihre gesamte Länge durch durchgehende
Öffnungen geschwächt. Auch hier ist die Belastbarkeit gering und die
Platte muß sehr dick ausgebildet werden, um große Lasten zu tragen.
Die DE 895 962 C zeigt einen Gitterrost, der an seinen Randbereichen von
zwei einzelnen Borstenbündeln durchragt wird. Durch diesen Gitterrost
fallen Verunreinigungen durch, so daß er schwer zu reinigen ist. Auch die
GB 387 274 A betrifft eine gitterähnliche Struktur, bei der die Verunreinigungen
durch das Gitter fallen. Die FR 2 631 532 betrifft eine Borstenmatte
oder einen Rost in einer Wasserwanne, bei der in Wasser gelöste Verunreinigungen
sich am Boden des Wasserbads sammeln, wobei durch das Wasser
die Reinigung sehr schwer ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine schnell und einfach zu
reinigende Fußmatte der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die stabiler als
die bekannten Matten ist. Sie soll vorzugsweise auch mit einfachen Mitteln
dem Stil und den Farben ihrer Umgebung angepaßt werden können.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs
1 gelöst.
Zwar sind grundsätzlich Fußmatte mit Aufnahmenäpfen und Borstenbündeln
bekannt. Diese Matten werden aus Kunststoff im Spritzgießverfahren
hergestellt. Auch die Borstenbündel, die in die Aufnahmenäpfe eingesetzt
werden, können aus Kunststoff im Spritzverfahren hergestellt werden.
Die Kombination dieser Matten, die keine Einzelborsten, sondern mehrere
Borsten umfassende Borstennäpfe aufweisen, mit der leicht zu reinigenden
Platte führt zu einer Plattengeometrie mit optimaler Struktur und Festigkeit.
Die Ausnehmungen in der Platte sind im Raster der Aufnahmenäpfe der
Basismatte verteilt. Die Größe und Form der Ausnehmungen entsprechen im
wesentlichen dem Öffnungsquerschnitt der Aufnahmenäpfe. Auf diese Weise
umgibt die Platte im Bereich der Ausnehmungen die Borstenbündel ohne
große Spalte, in denen sich Verschmutzungen sammeln könnten. Das
Lochraster ist durch die Zusammenfassung mehrerer Borsten zu einem
Borstenbündel grober als bei den Öffnungen für Einzelborsten oder Spikes
und weist eine erhöhte Festigkeit auf. Außerdem ist es aufgrund der geringeren
Anzahl der Öffnungen kostengünstiger und leichter herzustellen. Es
sind keine sich über die gesamte Länge der Platte erstreckenden Schlitze
vorhanden, was sich ebenfalls positiv auf die Festigkeit auswirkt. Schließlich
sind die Borsten der Borstenbündel recht elastisch im Vergleich zu den
dicken Spikes oder Rippen aus dem Stand der Technik, so daß eine wirksame
Reinigung der Schuhsohle insbesondere in den Zwischenräumen ergibt.
Durch einfaches Abziehen und Abwischen der Platte, die aus Metall oder
Kunststoff besteht, kann die Fußmatte sauber gehalten werden. Durch die
Wahl des Materials oder der Farbe der Platte kann die Optik der Fußmatte
der jeweiligen Umgebung angepaßt werden. Ebenfalls kann eine vorgegebene
Platte mit mehreren verschiedenfarbigen Borstenbündeln kombiniert
werden.
Die Platte kann als Stülpdeckel ausgebildet sein, dessen Rand den Rand der
Basismatte umfaßt. Auch kann die Platte Zapfen aufweisen, die in korrespondierende
Buchsen der Basismatte einsteckbar sind. Die Zapfen können
auch an der Basismatte angeordnet sein und in Buchsen oder Löcher der
Platte eingreifen. Eine derartige Zapfenverbindung bringt zwei Vorteile mit
sich. Zum einen kann sie so ausgebildet sein, daß die Platte manuell leicht
von der Basismatte gelöst werden kann. Dies erleichtert das Reinigen der
Platte im Fall von Verschmutzungen. Zum anderen kann das Zapfenpaar an
zwei zueinander parallelen Seitenrändern der Fußmatte auf gleicher Höhe
angeordnet sein, so daß es eine Schwenkachse für die Platte in bezug auf die
Basismatte bildet. Zum Reinigen muß die Platte dann nur von der Oberfläche
der Basismatte fortgeschwenkt werden. Selbstverständlich können Platte
und Basismatte auch gleichzeitig schwenkbar und leicht lösbar miteinander
verbunden sein.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform besteht die Platte aus Edelstahl und
hat eine Blechdicke von ca. 1 mm.

Die aus Kunststoff bestehende Basismatte 1 weist in einer regelmäßigen
Anordnung Aufnahmenäpfe 2 auf, in welche Borstenbündel 3 eingesetzt
sind. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform hat die Basismatte eine rechteckige
Form, und die Aufnahmenäpfe 2 sind in zueinander parallelen Reihen
oder Spalten angeordnet. Die Form der Basismatte 1 kann aber beliebig
gewählt werden.
Auch ist das Raster der Aufnahmenäpfe 2 beliebig wählbar. Aus Gründen
der Übersichtlichkeit sind in den Figuren 1 und 2 jeweils zwei Aufnahmenäpfe
2 und in Figur 3 ein Aufnahmenapf 2 ohne Borstenbündel 3 dargestellt.
In der Praxis weist aber vorzugsweise jeder Aufnahmenapf 2 ein
Borstenbündel 3 auf.
Bei der bevorzugten Ausführungsform bestehen die Borstenbündel 3 aus
Bündeln spritzgegossener Kunststoffborsten mit einer einzelnen Borstendicke
von etwa 2 bis 5 mm. Sie können aber auch von feineren Borsten aus
synthetischen oder natürlichen Materialien gebildet werden, die ähnlich
einem Bürstenkopf zusammengefaßt sind.
Die Bereiche zwischen den Aufnahmenäpfen 2 und den Borstenbündeln 3
sind von der abnehmbaren Platte 4 abgedeckt, welche im Raster der Aufnahmenäpfe
2 Ausnehmungen 5 aufweist, deren Form und Größe dem
Öffnungsquerschnitt der Aufnahmenäpfe 2 entspricht. Im Ausführungsbeispiel
sind die Ausnehmungen 5 entsprechend dem Öffnungsquerschnitt der
Aufnahmenäpfe 2 kreisrund. Diese können bei entsprechender Ausbildung
der Aufnahmenäpfe 2 aber auch oval, dreieckig oder quadratisch sein.
Die Platte 4 und deren Oberfläche bestehen zweckmäßigerweise aus einem
kratzfesten Material. Außer einem Blech aus Edelstahl kommen auch
lackierte Stahlbleche, Aluminiumbleche, Kupfer- oder auch Messingbleche
in Frage.
Besteht die Platte 4 aus einem Blech, dann ist sie zweckmäßigerweise als
Stülpdeckel ausgebildet, dessen Rand 6 den Rand der Basismatte 1 ringsum
umfaßt.
In der Figur 1 ist zu erkennen, daß die Platte 4 über zwei seitliche Zapfen 7
mit der Basismatte 1 verbunden ist. Die Zapfen 7 sind einstückig an die
Basismatte 1 angeformt und ragen durch entsprechende Löcher in den
Seitenrändern der Platte 4. Sie sind auf gleicher Höhe angeordnet und
definieren so eine Schwenkachse 8, um welche die Platte verschwenkt
werden kann. So reicht es zum Reinigen der Platte 4 aus, diese am in Figur
1 oben dargestellten Rand zu ergreifen und hochzuschwenken und in diesem
Zustand abzuwischen. Für eine gründliche Reinigung können die Zapfen 7
entgegen der Eigenelastizität des Materials der Basismatte 1 nach innen
gedrückt und die Platte 4 entfernt werden.

Claims (7)
- Fußmatte, bestehend aus einer Basismatte (1) mit Borsten und einer abnehmbaren Platte (4), welche die Bereiche der Basismatte (1) zwischen den Borsten (3) abdeckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basismatte (1) Aufnahmenäpfe (2) aufweist, in welche die Borstenbündel (3) eingesetzt sind, und daß die Platte (4) Ausnehmungen (5) aufweist, die von den genannten Borstenbündeln (3) durchragt werden, wobei die Ausnehmungen (5) in der Platte im Raster der Aufnahmenäpfe (2) der Basismatte (1) verteilt sind und die Größe und Form der Ausnehmungen (5) im wesentlichen dem Öffnungsquerschnitt der Aufnahmenäpfe (2) entsprechen.
- Fußmatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (4) aus Blech besteht.
- Fußmatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blechplatte aus Edelstahl besteht.
- Fußmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (4) als Stülpdeckel ausgebildet ist, dessen Rand (6) den Rand der Basismatte (1) umfaßt.
- Fußmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (4) bzw. die Basismatte (1) mit Zapfen versehen ist, die in korrespondierende Buchsen oder Löcher der Basismatte (1) bzw. Platte (4) einsteckbar sind.
- Fußmatte nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte um eine Achse schwenkbar an der Basismatte (1) befestigt ist.
- Fußmatte nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte manuell lösbar an der Basismatte (1) befestigt ist.
