Abstract
L'invention concerne un système d'hémodiafiltration pour le traitement du sang, comprenant un module à membranes (1), dans le boîtier (2) duquel des membranes (3) à fibres creuses sont disposées dans le sens longitudinal et dont les extrémités sont noyées dans des masses de remplissage (4, 5) en liaison fluidiquement étanche avec la paroi intérieure du boîtier. Ledit module à membranes comporte une chambre de dialysat (12) et une chambre de solution de substitution (11) séparée de la chambre de dialysat (12) par une paroi (10) ininterrompue d'étanchéité fluidique. Ledit système comprend également des moyens d'alimentation (18, 19) et d'évacuation d'un dialysat vers et hors de la chambre de dialysat (12), des moyens d'acheminement (21) d'une solution de substitution dans la chambre de solution de substitution (11). Lesdites membranes (3) à fibres creuses servent à traiter le sang, à filtrer la solution de substitution et à acheminer cette dernière vers le sang. Ces membranes (3) à fibres creuses sont entourées d'une zone extérieure délimitée par la paroi intérieure du boîtier (2) et les masses de remplissage (4, 5). Cette zone est subdivisée dans le sens longitudinal du boîtier (2) par la paroi (10) séparant la chambre de solution de substitution (11) de la chambre de dialysat (12). Ladite paroi (10) entoure chacune des membranes (3) à fibres creuses.
