Der PUR-Kleber wird dazu aus einem eigenen Aufbereitungsgerät, das aus einem beheizten Tank einer Pumpe und einem beheizten Transportschlauch unter regelbarem Druck über einen der Anschlüsse 36 bzw. 38 in dem nun beheizten Versorgungskanal 14 transportiert und füllt durch Druckeinwirkung rasch die Durchgangsöffnung 29 und fließt anschließend in den Leimkopf 16.   5. A glue reservoir according to Claim 4, characterised in that the position of the metering rod (48) can be adjusted by a control device connected to the rotary drive (56) as a function of operating parameters which are stored in a memory.
  6. A glue reservoir according to Claim 5, characterised in that the control device determines the amount of glue on the basis of input parameters for the exact position of the metering rod (48) and also other operating parameters of the edge-gluing machine.
