Claims (19)
- Dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture électromagnétique pour des battants de porte pivotants, consistant en un élément électriquement actif, disposé en position montée dans un dormant, avec un enroulement électromagnétique créant un champ électromagnétique et deux joues magnétiques planiformes reliées entre elles par une culasse, ainsi qu'en une pièce antipolaire, disposée en position montée dans un battant de porte, conçue en forme de U et disposée de façon mobile, fermant les lignes de flux du champ magnétique créé, comportant une pièce intercalaire saillant légèrement par-dessus les surfaces antipolaire de celle-ci, le pendant de fermeture consistant dans un cadre (10) relié avec un embouti (9) et une pièce antipolaire (11) conçue en forme de U et munie de deux surfaces polaires étant disposée de façon mobile dans ce dernier, lesdites surfaces polaires étant positionnées debout à l'opposée des pôles planiformes des joues magnétiques (2 ; 3) du dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture en position de fermeture, entre les pôles de la pièce antipolaire (11) étant prévue une pièce intercalaire (13) s'étendant légèrement par-dessus les surfaces desdits pôles en direction des pôles planiformes des joues magnétiques (2 ; 3) et saillant par-dessus la pièce antipolaire (11), lorsque le battant de porte (2) est fermé, la pièce intercalaire (13) s'engageant dans un espace libre (14) entre les joues magnétiques (2; 3) et étant reliée avec un ressort de rappel (12) s'appuyant dans une branche (15) du cadre (10) du pendant de fermeture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans le dormant (1) est prévu le dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture créant le champ électromagnétique et dans le battant de porte mobile (8) est prévu le pendant de fermeture.

- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce antipolaire (11) est conçue sous la forme d'un aimant permanent, en ce qu'une pièce intercalaire (13) saillant légèrement par dessus les surfaces antipolaires (17) de la pièce antipolaire (11) est en une matière non magnétique et, soit les deux surfaces antipolaires (17) de la pièce antipolaire (11) conçue en forme de U, en direction de fermeture (24) du battant de porte mobile (8) et une pièce intercalaire (13) saillant légèrement par-dessus les surfaces antipolaires (17) de la pièce antipolaire (13) et s'étendant en direction des surfaces polaires (18) des joues magnétiques (2 ; 3) avec l'enroulement électromagnétique (7) et/ou les surfaces polaires (18) des joues magnétiques (2 ; 3) présentent chacune un angle d'incidence (22 ; 23) .
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces polaires (18) des joues magnétiques (2 ; 3), qui délimitent à la verticale les joues magnétiques (2 ; 3) par rapport aux surfaces antipolaires (17) de la pièce antipolaire (11) présentent par rapport à une normale sur une surface verticale du dormant (1) un angle d'incidence (22) qui est conçu sous la forme d'un angle aigu en direction de fermeture (24) du battant de porte (8) et qui se situe entre 1 et 5 degrés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces antipolaires (17) de la pièce antipolaire (11) présentent par rapport à une normale sur une surface verticale du battant de porte (8) un angle d'incidence (22) qui est conçu sous la forme d'un angle aigu en direction de fermeture (24) du battant de porte (8) et qui se situe entre 1 et 5 degrés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément électriquement actif disposé dans le dormant (1), consistant en un enroulement électromagnétique (7) créant un champ électromagnétique et en deux joues magnétiques (2 ; 3) planiformes reliées entre elles par l'intermédiaire d'une culasse (6) est disposé de façon mobile dans le dormant (1), en direction de fermeture du battant de porte mobile (8), un palier de butée (25) élastique étant prévu sur une extrémité opposée au battant de porte mobile (8) de l'élément électriquement actif, à l'intérieur du dormant (1) et l'embouti (5) comportant à cet effet un évidement correspondant, permettant et limitant simultanément le déplacement de l'élément électriquement actif, qui d'une largeur d'entrefer est supérieur de quelques mm seulement à la largeur des joues magnétiques (2 ; 3) limitant l'élément électriquement actif et reliées par la culasse (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément électriquement actif est disposé de façon mobile en rotation autour du palier de butée (25) élastique et en ce que dans l'embouti (5), il est prévu un jeu de 0,5 à 2,0 mm.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce antipolaire disposée de façon mobile est logée élastiquement dans le cadre pour réceptionner ce dernier et en ce qu'il est prévu un jeu de 0,5 à 2,0 mm pour le guidage vertical de la pièce antipolaire dans l'embouti (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que, au choix, la pièce antipolaire (11) de la surface polaire opposée à la direction de déplacement du battant de porte mobile ou la plaque polaire (1) positionnée à l'opposée est munie d'une saillie en forme de tenon.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture est disposé côté porte dans le dormant (1), à une hauteur prédéfinie pour des poignées de porte à l'intérieur d'un évidement dans le dormant, l'embouti (5) étant incorporé dans le profil du dormant (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'embouti (5) comporte un évidement pour les joues magnétiques (2 ; 3), y compris la bobine électromagnétique (7), les joues magnétiques (2 ; 3) saillant légèrement par dessus l'embouti (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le pendant de fermeture est disposé côté porte dans le battant de porte mobile (8), à la même hauteur que le dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture dans un évidement dans le profil du battant de porte (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (12) avec le pendant de fermeture est relié avec l'embouti (9), qui est muni d'un évidement pour la pièce antipolaire (11) et en ce que l'embouti (9) comporte côté dormant une terminaison avec le profil de porte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture est relié avec un circuit électronique, pour appliquer une tension sur la bobine électromagnétique (7) du dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que, pour la connexion du dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture en position de fermeture du battant de porte mobile (8), le circuit électronique est muni dans la zone du dormant (1) ou du battant de porte (8) de capteurs provoquant l'activation automatique du dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que pour la désactivation du circuit électronique pour la manoeuvre du dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture, il est prévu des capteurs à manoeuvre mécanique ou une technique de reconnaissance électronique.
