- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une manette de commande dotée d'un dispositif de cadenassage selon l'invention, en position extraite ;
- la figure 2 montre ladite manette, avec un tiroir de cadenassage en position insérée, l'ensemble étant figuré dans un boítier d'appareil électrique modulaire ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective de la manette de commande en position de cadenassage, vue selon une perspective opposée à celle de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective du tiroir de cadenassage ;
- la figure 5 montre, toujours en perspective, la manette de commande telle que modifiée pour loger le tiroir, non représenté ;
- la figure 6 représente en perspective éclatée la manette et le tiroir, ce dernier se trouvant dans l'axe de son insertion dans la manette ;
- la figure 7 est une vue de côté de la même configuration que la figure précédente ; et
- la figure 8 montre un appareil modulaire triphasé doté d'un dispositif de cadenassage selon l'invention.
Claims (12)
- Dispositif de cadenassage pour appareil électrique modulaire comportant au moins une manette de commande rotative entre deux positions stables, une première position correspondant à l'ouverture de contacts dudit appareil ou d'un appareil auquel il est relié, et une seconde position correspondant à la fermeture desdits contacts, ladite manette se déplaçant dans une ouverture pratiquée dans la façade du boítier de l'appareil modulaire, le long d'oreilles latérales, caractérisé en ce que la manette de commande comporte un tiroir interne coulissant parallèlement à son plan principal entre deux positions, une position insérée dans la manette, dans laquelle le tiroir est sans effet sur son fonctionnement, et une position d'extraction permettant de bloquer la manette par rapport au boítier par libération d'un orifice permettant le passage de la boucle du cadenas.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice est pratiqué dans l'extrémité du tiroir qui est découverte lors de son extraction de la manette.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tiroir comporte, dans une portion coulissant à l'intérieur du boítier de l'appareil, au moins une excroissance latérale prévue pour s'insérer dans au moins un logement correspondant pratiqué dans lesdites oreilles latérales bordant l'ouverture dans laquelle se déplace la manette, le ou lesdits logements étant disposés au niveau des positionnements stables de celle-ci.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le tiroir comporte deux excroissances latérales prévues pour coopérer avec des logements pratiqués en vis-à-vis dans les deux oreilles latérales.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tiroir coulisse entre deux pans de la manette d'allure parallèle, ledit tiroir coopérant avec chacun desdits pans pour la réalisation respectivement de la butée à l'insertion et à l'extraction.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le tiroir comporte un corps surmonté d'une tête, laquelle comporte l'orifice de cadenassage et est masquée en position insérée par l'un des pans de la manette, de forme similaire, ladite tête du tiroir comportant du côté de l'autre pan un épaulement s'appuyant sur ce dernier à l'insertion.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que la butée en position extraite du tiroir consiste en une patte à extrémité unciforme disposée à l'extrémité interne dudit tiroir, et coopérant avec un évidement pratiqué dans un pan de la manette, dont le côté supérieur bloque la partie unciforme de la patte lors de l'extraction.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la manette de commande est solidaire d'un tambour d'allure cylindrique dont l'intérieur comporte un arbre central libre en rotation par rapport au boítier de l'appareil modulaire, ladite manette et le tiroir qui y coulisse s'étendant radialement à partir dudit tambour, l'extrémité interne du tiroir coulissant dans le volume de ce dernier et de son arbre central.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre central et le tambour sont distincts et emboítés l'un dans l'autre sans rotation relative possible.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en utilisation avec des appareils multipolaires, il comporte le même nombre de tiroirs que de manettes, les extrémités externes desdits tiroirs étant solidarisées, et ne présente qu'un seul orifice de cadenassage.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, en utilisation avec des appareils multipolaires à plusieurs manettes, au moins une manette est munie d'un tiroir de cadenassage.
- Dispositif de cadenassage d'un appareil électrique modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de cadenassage permet le passage de boucles de cadenas d'un diamètre allant de 3 à 6 mm.
