Abstract

Der Plattenwärmetauscher des Ausführungsbeispiels ist für den Wärmeaustausch

wurde. Auf diese Einzelheiten kommt es im vorliegenden Zusammenhang weniger
an, jedoch soll darauf hingewiesen werden, daß insbesondere der Anschlußflansch
1 sehr nahe am Rand 9 des Plattenwärmetauschers bzw. der Wärmetauscherplatten
8; 13 angeordnet ist, ja sogar teilweise über diesen Rand 9 hinaus reicht,
wie es auch aus der Fig. 2, rechts oben, zu sehen ist. Die Anschlußflansche 1, 2, 3
besitzen Bohrungen 20, die der Befestigung an den nicht gezeigten Gegenflanschen
an einem Getriebe oder dergleichen dienen. Der Plattenwärmetauscher besitzt
eine in der Blechdicke etwas verstärkte Grundplatte 15, deren Ecken 16 nach
oben gebogen sind und am Rand 9 der unteren Wärmetauscherplatten 8 anliegen,
um dem Stapel eine verbesserte Stabilität zu geben. Eine Deckplatte 19 liegt oben
auf der obersten Wärmetauscherplatte 13. Sämtliche Wärmetauscherplatten 8; 13
besitzen jeweils vier kreisrunde Durchbrüche, die nach dem Stapeln der Wärmetauscherplatten
8; 13 die Kanäle 4; 5; 6 und 7 ergeben, die der Zu - und Abführung
der Fluide dienen. Beispielsweise könnte am Kanal 5 die Zuführung eines
Kühlmittels erfolgen, das am Kanal 7 den Plattenwärmetauscher wieder verläßt,
nachdem es sämtliche Strömungskanäle 12 (Fig. 2) durchströmt und die Wärme
der anderen Fluide aufgenommen hat. Am Kanal 4 strömt ein solches wärmeabgebendes
Fluid ein und am Kanal 6 wieder aus, nachdem es zumindest einige der
Strömungskanäle 11 durchströmt hat. Ein weiteres wärmeabgebendes Fluid strömt
