Claims (15)
- Kombiniertes Rill- und Schneidwerkzeug zum Prägen von linienförmigen Faltrillen und zum Schneiden von faltbaren Materialien, wie Pappe, Kartonagen, Feinkartonagen, Kunststoff-Folien oder Wellpappe, bestehend aus einem flachen, streifenförmigen Basiskörper (1) mit einer an einer Längskante (2) angeordneten stumpfen - im Querschnitt gesehen - konvex gerundeten Prägekante (3), an der ein in seinem Fußbereich eine Breite (A) aufweisender Schneidansatz (5) mit einer Schneidkante (4) derart angeordnet ist, daß beim Prägevorgang das Material im Bereich der Faltrille, bezogen auf seine Dicke, zumindest eingeschnitten wird, wobei die Prägekante (3) über die Länge (L) des streifenförmigen Basiskörpers (1) durchgehend ausgebildet ist und die Schneidkante (4) über die Länge (L) des streifenförmigen Basiskörpers (1) Unterbrechungen (8) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prägekante (3) im Bereich der Unterbrechungen (8) über eine Breite (A), die der Breite (A) des Fußbereiches des Schneidansatzes (5) entspricht, als ebene Fläche (3a) ausgebildet ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ebene Fläche (3a) durch Schleifen, Fräsen, chemisches Abtragen (Ätzung), Lasern oder Erodieren hergestellt ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prägekante (3) bezogen auf die Mittelebene des Basiskörpers (1) mittig oder seitlich versetzt angeordnet ist. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidansatz (5) beidseitig von Flanken (6) begrenzt ist, durch deren gegenseitigen Abstand im Fußbereich - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (A) des Schneidansatzes (5) etwa 0,05 mm bis 1,5 mm beträgt. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Höhe (H) des Schneidansatzes (5) etwa der Dicke des zu prägenden faltbaren Materials entspricht, bezogen auf einen dickenkomprimierten Zustand des faltbaren Materials, der sich bei den beim Prägen auftretenden Kräften einstellt. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine/die Höhe (H) des Schneidansatzes (5) etwa 0,05 mm bis 1,5 mm beträgt. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Flanke (6) mit einer Achse (X-X), die parallel zu Seitenflächen (7) im Querschnitt des Basiskörpers (1) durch die Schneidkante (4) verläuft, einen Flankenwinkel (Ax, Ay) einschließt, der etwa im Bereich von 15° bis 35°, vorzugsweise etwa bei 27°, liegt. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidansatz (5) und der Basiskörper (1) einstückig aus einem Bandstahl, insbesondere aus einem Federbandstahl, bestehen, der zumindest im Bereich der Schneidkante (4) gehärtet, vorzugsweise induktionsgehärtet, und anschließend, vorzugsweise bei einer Temperatur von 250 bis 500 °C, angelassen ist. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanken (6) des Schneidansatzes (5) geschabt sind. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prägekante (3) in einer zur Ebene des Basiskörpers (1) im wesentlichen senkrechten Ebene verläuft. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prägekante (3) in Längsrichtung des Basiskörpers (1) kreisbogenförmig gekrümmt verläuft. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konvexe Rundung (10) der Prägekante (3) kreisbogenförmig, insbesondere halbkreisförmig, ausgeführt ist. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der streifenförmige Basiskörper (1) eine Dicke (D) im Bereich von 0,5 bis 5,0 mm, vorzugsweise von etwa 0,7 bis 1,5 mm, aufweist. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
