Description
- soit d'utiliser, après avoir fait sécher les encres, un deuxième dispositif offset pour déposer un vernis mat et un vernis brillant (dans ce cas on immobilise un deuxième dispositif coûteux et difficile à mettre au point)
- soit d'appliquer un premier vernis au rouleau, le sécher puis déposer sélectivement un deuxième vernis par sérigraphie
- un premier passage de 2 à 6 minutes dans un four où règne une température comprise entre 60 et 100 °C
- un deuxième passage correspondant au procédé de séchage UV classique.
- filage par choc d'un pion en aluminium,
- mise à longueur (affranchissage ou rognage) de la paroi cylindrique de l'ébauche filée,
- traitement de surface des surfaces de ladite ébauche, vernissage intérieur (le vernis intérieur est destiné à isoler du métal de la paroi le produit qui sera contenu dans le boítier),
- séchage du vernis.
- Application d'un primaire d'accrochage sur le substrat en aluminium. On utilise ici une résine polyester modifié référencé SP-72KM309/2 par la société BLANCOME.
- Préparation des encres :
- Pour les encres brillantes :
- On utilise des encres brillantes à séchage thermique référencées dans la série Galathe (marque déposée) de la société VALSPAR. Ces encres, correspondant aux différents motifs colorés du décor, sont utilisées sans aucun ajout supplémentaire.
- Pour les encres mates:
- Pour les parties devant avoir un aspect mat, on mélange l'encre correspondante avec 10% de silice. Les particules de silice utilisées ont un diamètre moyen de 3 µ et un passant à 50% de 6 µ.
- Pour les encres brillantes :
- Application des encres mates et brillantes à l'aide d'un dispositif mettant en oeuvre le procédé offset sec.
- Application d'un vernis polyester sur les encres sans aucun séchage intermédiaire : il se passe 1/2 seconde environ entre la fin du dépôt de la dernière encre et le début du dépôt du vernis. Ce dépôt de vernis est appelé ici survernissage pour le distinguer du dépôt du vernis interne (voir A).
- Passage dans un four à 180° pendant 6 minutes avec une ventilation soutenue, c'est-à-dire générant un courant d'air circulant à plus de # 3 m/s au voisinage de la surface extérieure des ébauches cylindriques des boítiers.
- Pas de reprise, donc des mises au point plus rapides et un positionnement plus précis des motifs les uns par rapport aux autres ;
- Gain en matière première, moins de machines utilisées, gain en énergie
Claims (8)
- Procédé d'impression sur corps cylindriques de décors vernis présentant simultanément des motifs brillants et des motifs mats ou satinés caractérisé en ce qu'on choisit, suivant le motif à imprimer, une encre mate ou une encre brillante en fonction de l'aspect final recherché en cette partie du décor, en ce qu'on imprime chacun desdits motifs avec ladite encre et en ce qu'on applique aussitôt après l'impression un vernis brillant sur l'ensemble de la surface du corps tubulaire.
- Procédé d'impression selon la revendication 1, où les encres sont déposées sur le corps tubulaire à l'aide d'un dispositif offset à sec.
- Procédé d'impression selon la revendication 2 où le vernis est appliqué au rouleau sur l'ensemble de la surface du corps cylindrique après que celui-ci soit sorti de la machine offset à sec.
- Procédé d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 où les corps cylindriques sont des ébauches de boítiers de distributeurs aérosols métalliques et où l'on recouvre avant encrage la surface métallique d'un primaire d'accrochage.
- Procédé d'impression selon la revendication 4, où le boítier de distributeur aérosol est en aluminium et où le primaire d'accrochage est une résine polyester modifié
- Procédé d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 où l'encre mate est obtenue par ajout de 5 à 20% en poids de charge minérale ou organique dans une encre brillante.
- Procédé d'impression selon la revendication 6 où ladite charge est une poudre de silice ayant un D50 compris entre 3 et 10 µ, de préférence voisin de 6 µ.
- Procédé d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 où les encres et le vernis sont séchés en deux étapes, une première étape thermique durant entre 2 et 6 minutes avec une température comprise entre 60 et 100°C et une deuxième étape correspondant au séchage classique, UV ou thermique.
