Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Bedrucken zylindrischer Körper mit Lackdekors, welche gleichzeitig Glanzmotive und Matt- oder Seidenmattmotive aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man je nach dem aufzudruckendem Motiv eine Mattfarbe oder eine Glanzfarbe in Abhängigkeit vom gewünschten Endaussehen in diesem Bereich des Dekors wählt, dass man jedes der Motive mit der Farbe aufdruckt und dass man unmittelbar nach dem Aufdrucken einen Glanzlack auf die gesamte Oberfläche des zylindrischen Körpers aufbringt.
  2. Bedruckverfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Farben mittels einer Trockenoffset-Druckvorrichtung auf den zylindrischen Körper aufgetragen werden.
  3. Bedruckverfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem der Lack mit einer Walze auf die gesamte Oberfläche des zylindrischen Körpers aufgetragen wird, nachdem dieser aus der Trockenoffset-Druckmaschine ausgetreten ist.
  4. Bedruckverfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die zylindrischen Körper Rohteile für metallische Aerosolbehälter sind und bei dem man die metallische Oberfläche vor Auftragen der Farbe mit einer Haftgrundierung versieht.
  5. Bedruckverfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei dem der Aerosolbehälter aus Aluminium ist und bei dem die Haftgrundierung ein modifiziertes Polyesterharz ist.
  6. Bedruckverfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem die Mattfarbe durch Zugabe von 5 bis 20 Gew.-% mineralischem oder organischem Füllstoff zu einer Glanzfarbe hergestellt wird.
  7. Bedruckverfahren nach Anspruch 6, bei dem das Füllmittel ein Quarzpulver mit D50 gleich 3 bis 10 µ, vorzugsweise nahe 6 µ ist.
  8. Bedruckverfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei dem die Farben und der Lack in zwei Schritten getrocknet werden, einem ersten thermischen Schritt, welcher 2 bis 6 Minuten dauert mit einer Temperatur zwischen 60 und 100°C, und einem zweiten Schritt, welcher der herkömmlichen UV- oder Wärmetrocknung entspricht.
