Claims (28)
- Computergestütztes Auktionsverfahren, in welchem Anbieter Produkte, Dienstleistungen und/oder Informationen als Auktionsobjekte anbieten, wobei Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) betreffend die Auktionsobjekte in einem Eingabemodul (30) erfasst und über Telekommunikationskanäle (41) verbreitet werden, in welchem Auktionsverfahren interessierte Kunden Auktionsofferten für angebotene Auktionsobjekte machen, wobei Offerteninformationen (81) bereitgestellt und an eine Auswerteeinheit (8) geleitet werden, und in welchem Auktionsverfahren die Offerteninformationen (81) in der Auswerteeinheit (8) ausgewertet werden und die für ein Auktionsobjekt beste Offerte bestimmt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass Klassenbezeichnungen basierend auf einer vordefinierten Objektklassifikation (12) in die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) eingefügt werden,
dass die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) basierend auf kundenspezifischen Objektprofilen mittels eines Filtermoduls (51) gefiltert werden, welche Objektprofile basierend auf der vordefinierten Objektklassifikation (12) erstellt sind,
dass die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) über einen ersten Telekommunikationskanal (41) übermittelt werden und von mindestens einem mobilen Kommunikationsendgerät (5) eines Kunden empfangen werden,
dass bei der Bereitstellung der Offerteninformationen (81) jeweils für eine Offerte in dem mobilen Kommunikationsendgerät (5) des Kunden ein vom Kunden eingegebener Offertenbetrag mit mindestens gewissen in den Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) enthaltenen Angaben und/oder Angaben, die den Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) zugeordnet sind, verknüpft wird, und
dass die Offerteninformationen (81) einer auf einer Identifizierungskarte des mobilen Kommunikationsendgerätes (5) gespeicherten Identifizierung zugeordnet und über einen zweiten Telekommunikationskanal an die Auswerteeinheit (8) übertragen werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und/oder der zweite Telekommunikationskanal ein GSM- und/oder UMTS-Mobilfunknetz umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbreitung der Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) mittels des ersten Telekommunikationskanals (41) über DAB/DVB erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüch 1 bis 3, in welchem die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) zusätzlich Informationen zur Identifizierung des Anbieters enthalten.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 4, in welchem die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) zusätzlich Angaben über den Zeitpunkt enthalten, bis zu welchem Auktionsofferten gemacht werden können.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, in welchem die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71), die zu einem bestimmten Auktionsobjekt gehören, in einem Informationspaket mit einheitlicher Datenstruktur verbreitet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, in welchem die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) im mobilen Kommunikationsendgerät (5) des Kunden gefiltert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, in welchem für die genannten Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) eine Checksumme generiert wird, die zusammen mit den Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) übermittelt wird, und in welchem die fehlerfreie Übermittlung der Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) mit Hilfe der Checksumme überprüft wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, in welchem basierend auf der Identifizierung des Kunden die Offerteninformationen (81) mit weiteren kundenspezifischen Informationen ergänzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, in welchem die kundenspezifischen Informationen eine Rechnungsadresse und/oder eine Zustelladresse enthalten, weiche einer Teilnehmerdatenbank des Netzbetreibers entnommen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, in welchem der Kunde zusätzlich eine Zustelladresse eingibt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, in welchem die Offerteninformationen (81), die zu einer bestimmten Auktionsofferte gehören, in einem Informationspaket mit einheitlicher Datenstruktur übermittelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, in welchem dem Kunden zusätzlich eine Bestätigung seiner Auktionsofferte übermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, in welchem die Offerteninformationen (81) auf Grund der informationen zur Identifizierung des Anbieters direkt an den Anbieter weitergeleitet werden.
- Computergestütztes Auktionssystem zum Anbieten von Produkten, Dienstleistungen und/oder informationen als Auktionsobjekte, welches Auktionssystem eine Angebotseinheit (3) und eine Auswerteeinheit (5) umfasst, in welcher Angebotseinheit (3) Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) betreffend die Auktionsobjekte erfasst werden und von welcher Angebotseinheit (3) die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) über Telekommunikationskanäle (41) verbreitet werden, welches Auktionssystem eines oder mehrere Kommunikationsendgeräte (5) umfasst, mittels weicher Kommunikationsendgeräte (5) interessierte Kunden Auktionsofferten für angebotene Auktionsobjekte machen, wobei Offerteninformationen (81) bereitgestellt und an die Auswerteeinheit (8) geleitet werden, in welcher Auswerteeinheit (8) jeweils die für ein angebotenes Auktionsobjekt beste Offerte bestimmt wird, indem die für ein Auktionsobjekt entgegengenommenen Offerteninformationen (81) ausgewertet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auktionssystem mindestens ein Klassifizierungsmodul umfasst, durch weiches Klassifizierungsmodul Klassenbezeichnungen basierend auf einer vordefinierten Objektklassifikation in die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) eingefügt werden,
dass das Auktionssystem mindestens ein Filtermodul (51) umfasst, durch welches Filtermodul (51) die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) basierend auf kundenspezifischen Objektprofilen gefiltert werden, wobei die Objektprofile basierend auf der vordefinierten Objektklassifizierung erstellt sind,
dass das mindestens eine mobile Kommunikationsendgerät (5) ein Empfangsmodul (50) umfasst, mittels welchem die über einen ersten Telekommunikationskanal (41) gesendeten Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) empfangen werden,
dass das mindestens eine mobile Kommunikationsendgerät (5) ein Offerteneingabemodul (56) umfasst, durch welches Offerteneingabemodul (56) bei der Bereitstellung der Offerteninformationen (81) jeweils für eine Auktionsofferte ein vom interessierten Kunden eingegebener Offertenbetrag mit mindestens gewissen in den Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) enthaltenen Angaben und/oder Angaben, die den Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) zugeordnet sind, verknüpft wird, und
und dass die Offerteninformationen (81) eine auf einer Identifizierungskarte des mobilen Kommunikationsendgerätes (5) gespeicherte Identifizierung umfassen, welche mittels einem Übermittlungsmodul (58) des mindestens einen Kommunikationsendgerätes (5) über einen zweiten Telekommunikationskanal an die Auswerteeinheit (8) übertragen wird. - Auktionssystem nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und/oder der zweite Telekommunikationskanal ein GSM- und/oder UMTS-Mobilfunknetz umfasst.
- Auktionssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbreitung der Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) mittels des ersten Telekommunikationskanals (41) über DAB/DVB erfolgt.
- Auktionssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auktionsobjektinformationen zusätzlich Informationen zur Identifizierung des Anbieters enthalten.
- Auktionssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71) zusätzlich Angaben über den Zeitpunkt enthalten, bis zu welchem Auktionsofferten gemacht werden können.
- Auktionssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel umfasst, um die Auktionsobjektinformationen (71), die zu einem bestimmten Auktionsobjekt gehören, in einem Informationspaket mit einheitlicher Datenstruktur zu verbreiten.

- Auktionssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auktionssystem eine Teilnehmerdatenbank des Netzbetreibers enthält, um die Rechnungsadresse des Kunden zu bestimmen.
- Auktionssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel umfasst, um die Offerteninformationen (81), die zu einer bestimmten Auktionsofferte gehören, in einem Informationspaket mit einheitlicher Datenstruktur zu übermitteln.
- Auktionssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auktionssystem einen Server enthält, welcher auf Anfrage den Stand der Auktion angibt.
- Auktionssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auktionssystem Mittel enthält, um die Offerteninformationen (81) auf Grund der Informationen zur Identifizierung des Anbieters direkt an den Anbieter weiterzuleiten.
