Claims (17)

  1. Anordnung mit einem Tragzylinder (1) und einer Hülse (2), die dazu bestimmt ist, auf den Tragzylinder (1) aus Metall montiert zu werden, und zumindest eine Funktionsschicht (20, 30, 40, 50) aufweist, welche die Außenfläche der Hülse bildet, sowie eine Zylinderverbindungsschicht (21, 34, 42, 54), deren Bestandsmaterial dazu bestimmt ist, über eine physikalische Verbindung am Metall des Zylinders befestigt zu werden, wobei die Bindeschicht aus einem dehnbaren Material hergestellt ist, dessen Dehnung nach Montieren der Hülse mit Spiel auf den Tragzylinder ausgelöst wird, wobei dieses Material bei der Montage sich in einem nicht ausgedehnten Zustand im Raum zwischen der Schicht und dem Tragzylinder befindet.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dehnbare Material nach der Dehnung komprimierbar ist.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Bindeschicht auch ein wärmeschrumpfbares Material enthält, das beim Dehnen der Bindeschicht unter der Einwirkung von Hitze das Andrücken der Hülse an den Zylinder hervorruft.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, mit zumindest einer Tragschicht (31, 41, 51, 53).
  5. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, mit einer Einrichtung zum Ausgleichen der Durchbiegung des Tragzylinders.
  6. Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, mit einer komprimierbaren Schicht (42, 52, 62), deren Komprimierbarkeit entlang der Achse der Hülse veränderlich ist.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Elastizitätsmodul dieser komprimierbaren Schicht in axialer Richtung variiert.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei die Dicke der komprimierbaren Schicht (42, 52, 62) in axialer Richtung variiert.
  9. Anordnung nach Anspruch 8, wobei diese komprimierbare Schicht ein einfach parabolisches, mehrfach parabolisches, gestuftes oder auch kegelstumpfförmiges Profil aufweist.
  10. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6 bis 9, wobei diese Schicht mit veränderlicher Komprimierbarkeit die Bindeschicht (42, 62) für die Anbindung der Hülse (4, 6) am Tragzylinder (1, 10) ist.
  11. Anordnung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dazu bestimmt, an einem Tragzylinder (10) mit veränderlicher Dicke befestigt zu werden.
  12. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei die Schicht mit veränderlicher Komprimierbarkeit (52) zwischen zwei Schichten (51, 52) der Hülse (5) liegt.
  13. Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, mit zumindest einer Kammer zwischen zwei Schichten der Hülse, wobei diese Kammer ein Druckmedium enthält.
  14. Verfahren zum Montieren einer Hülse (2) an einem Tragzylinder (1) aus Metall, wobei die genannte Hülse zumindest eine Funktionsschicht (20, 30, 40, 50) enthält, welche die Außenschicht der Hülse bildet, wobei das Verfahren darin besteht,
    die genannte Hülse mit Spiel an den Tragzylinder zu montieren,
    ein dehnbares Material unter einer gegebenen Belastung einzubringen, wobei dieses Material zwischen dem Tragzylinder und der Hülse im nicht gedehnten Zustand bei der Montage derselben positioniert wird,
    die genannte Belastung aufzubringen, um die Dehnung des dehnbaren Materials und die Anbindung der Hülse an den Zylinder durch physikalische Verbindung hervorzurufen.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei das dehnbare Material vor dem Montieren der Hülse an den Zylinder auf die Außenfläche des Tragzylinders oder auf die Innenfläche der Hülse aufgebracht wird.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, wobei das dehnbare Material in Form eines Bandes, das mittels Umreifung auf den Zylinder bzw. auf die Hülse aufgebracht wird, oder aber in Form eines Rohres vorliegt.
  17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band bzw. das Rohr zumindest eine Selbstklebeschicht auf einer seiner Seiten enthält.
