- un perçage traversant l'embase de part en part et adapté au passage d'une vis de fixation, et/ou
- la partie mâle ou femelle des moyens d'encliquetage.
Claims (14)
- Dispositif de suspension destiné à être interposé entre une surface d'appui et un élément de rembourrage tel qu'un matelas, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprendun élément plan de soutien (2) en matière plastique, présentant une face supérieure sur laquelle repose l'élément de rembourrage et une face inférieure opposée,un élément ressort (3) en matière plastique comprenant une embase (15) de laquelle s'étendent au moins deux bras (16) susceptibles d'être mis sous contrainte par recourbement, la face inférieure de l'élément de soutien (2) comprenant des moyens de liaison coopérant avec des moyens de liaison complémentaires équipant l'extrémité de chacun des bras (16), l'extrémité des bras (16) formant un angle aigu avec la face inférieure de l'élément de soutien (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des bras (16) présente une pluralité d'ondulations (25) transversales parallèles les unes des autres
- Dispositif de suspension selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure de l'élément de soutien (2) comprend au moins deux étriers (5) dans chacun desquels vient s'encliqueter l'extrémité d'un bras (16).
- Dispositif de suspension selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que :chaque étrier (5), venu du moulage avec l'élément (2), comprend deux montants (6a, 6b) reliés par une barrette (7) et par un plateau (8) orienté formant un angle aigu avec la surface inférieure de l'élément de soutien (2),l'extrémité de chaque bras (16) comprend une plaquette (18) dans laquelle est ménagée une languette flexible (20) dépassant de la surface du bras (16), la plaquette (18) étant susceptible d'être encliquetée dans l'étrier (5) par une flexion de la languette (20).
- Dispositif de suspension selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une nervure (10) est disposée en regard de chaque étrier (5) en vue d'immobiliser l'extrémité de chaque bras dans l'étrier (5).
- Dispositif de suspension selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que deux nervures parallèles (10) issues de moulage sont disposées en regard de chaque étrier (5).
- Dispositif de suspension selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien (2) comprend quatre étriers (5) disposés à 90° les uns des autres par rapport au centre de celui-ci, dans lesquels viennent s'encliqueter les extrémités de quatres bras (16) appartenant à l'élément ressort (3).
- Dispositif de suspension selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (15) présente sur l'une de ses faces quatre nervures (26) orthogonales susceptibles de se loger dans quatre empreintes complémentaires ménagées dans la surface d'appui.
- Dispositif de suspension selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (26) orthogonales sont situées sur la face de l'embase tournée vers l'élément de soutien et sont susceptibles de coopérer avec quatre empreintes orthogonales ménagées dans un tube (28).
- Dispositif de suspension selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale des bras (16) présente une épaisseur constante.
- Dispositif de suspension selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale des bras (16) présente une épaisseur variable, une partie centrale (22) présentant une épaisseur supérieure à des parties latérales (23).
- Dispositif de suspension selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien (2) présente une pluralité d'ouvertures (12) régulièrement distribuées.
- Dispositif de suspension selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (15) comporte au moins un moyen de fixation à la surface d'appui dans l'ensemble constitué par :une surface inférieure plane enduite d'un adhésif protégé par un film pelable, et/ouun perçage traversant l'embase (15) de part en part et adapté au passage d'une vis de fixation, et/oula partie mâle ou femelle de moyens d'encliquetage.
- Ensemble de literie comportant une plate-forme définissant une surface d'appui et élément de rembourrage tel qu'un matelas, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité d'éléments de suspension, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, sont distribués sur la surface d'appui, chacun supportant localement l'élément de rembourrage.
