Claims (18)
- Schließfolgeregler für eine selbstschließende, einen Stand- und einen Gangflügel umfassende Tür, insbesondere Feuerschutztür, wobei der Gangflügel mittels eines vom Standflügel freigebbaren Sperrmechanismus feststellbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:Der Sperrmechanismus weist einen Klemmkörper (100) auf, der klemmend auf eine mit dem Gangflügel in Wirkverbindung stehende Klemmstange (6) einwirkt,der Standflügel steht mit einer Auslösestange (7) in Wirkverbindung, mit deren Hilfe die Klemmung zwischen dem Klemmkörper (100) und der Klemmstange (6) aufhebbar ist.
- Schließfolgeregler für eine selbstschließende, einen Stand- und einen Gangflügel umfassende Tür, insbesondere Feuerschutztür, wobei der Gangflügel mittels eines vom Standflügel freigebbaren Sperrmechanismus feststellbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:Der Sperrmechanismus weist einen Klemmkörper (100) auf, der klemmend auf eine mit dem Gangflügel in Wirkverbindung stehende Klemmstange (6) einwirkt,der Standflügel steht mit einer Auslösestange (7) in Wirkverbindung, mit deren Hilfe die Klemmung zwischen dem Klemmkörper (100) und der Klemmstange (6) aufhebbar ist.Durch eine Überlastsicherung (13, 14), welche bei hoher Krafteinwirkung auf den Gangflügel (in Schließrichtung) in dessen Selbsthemmungszustand eine Freigabe bzw. zumindest eine teilweise Freigabe des Sperrmechanismus bewirkt.
- Schließfolgeregler nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Standflügel über einen Schwenkarm mit dem Türrahmen verbunden ist und das türrahmenseitige Ende des Schwenkarmes des Standflügels mit einem im Wesentlichen in einer am Türrahmen angebrachten Gleitführung (1) verschiebbar geführten Standflügel-Gleitstück (2) versehen ist.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gangflügel über einen Schwenkarm mit dem Türrahmen verbunden ist und das türrahmenseitige Ende des Schwenkarms des Gangflügels mit einem ebenfalls in der Gleitführung (1) verschiebbar geführten Gangflügel-Gleitstück (3) versehen ist.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmstange (6) mit dem Gangflügel-Gleitstück (3) und die Auslösestange (7) mit dem Standflügel-Gleitstück (2) fest verbunden ist.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmkörper (100) in einem Grundkörper (4) gelagert ist, welcher in der Gleitführung (1) zwischen dem Standflügel-Gleitstück (2) und dem Gangflügel-Gleitstück (3) angeordnet ist.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslösestange (7) hohl ausgebildet ist und in ihrem Inneren die Klemmstange (6) führt.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmkörper (100) aus einer Hülse (5) mit einem konisch zulaufenden Innenraum besteht, in dem sich ein federbelasteter Kugelkranz (10) und eine zum Teil in den Grundkörper (4) hineinragende, federbelastete Buchse (8) befindet.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (9a) den Kugelkranz (10) in die Klemmposition und/bzw. die Buchse (8) in Richtung Standflügel-Gleitstück (2) beaufschlagt.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur gleichmäßigen Kraftübertragung der Federkraft auf den Kugelkranz (10) zwischen dem Kugelkranz (10) und der Feder (9) eine Scheibe (11) angeordnet ist.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmstange (6) durch den konisch zulaufenden Innenraum und vorzugsweise auch durch das Standflügel-Gleitstück (2) hindurchgeht.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (8) mittels eines Sicherungselementes (12) in dem konisch zulaufenden Innenraum der Hülse (5) gesichert ist.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrmechanismus einen Klemmkörper (100) aufweist, der klemmend auf eine mit dem Gangflügel in Wirkverbindung stehende Klemmstange (6) einwirkt, und der Standflügel mit einer Auslösestange (7) in Wirkverbindung steht, mit deren Hilfe die Klemmung zwischen dem Klemmkörper (100) und der Klemmstange (6) aufhebbar bzw. kontinuierlich einstellbar ist.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (8) mittels eines Sicherungselementes (12) in dem konisch zulaufenden Innenraum der Hülse (5) gesichert ist.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überlastsicherung eine Einstellschraube (13) aufweist, die in die Buchse (8) eingesetzt ist.
- Schließfolgeregler nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellschraube (13) in die Buchse (8) einschraubbar ist.
- Schließfolgeregler nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kontermutter (14) vorgesehen ist, um die Einstellschraube (13) in ihrer Position zu arretieren.
- Schließfolgeregler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überlastsicherung derart ausgestaltet ist, dass ein Kegelwinkel (α) des konischen Innenraumes der Hülse (5) einstellbar ist.
