Abstract
Eine Walzstraße (1) für profiliertes Walzgut, bei der das Walzgut durch eine Anzahl von in einer Walzrichtung (x) aufeinanderfolgenden, jeweils eine Anzahl von Arbeitswalzen umfassenden Walzgerüsten (4, 6, 8) geführt wird, wobei jedes Walzgerüst (4, 6, 8) hinsichtlich seiner Betriebsparameter auf eine Anzahl von Sollwerten (SW) eingestellt wird, soll derart betrieben werden, daß mit vergleichsweise geringem Aufwand die Einhaltung besonders enger Toleranzgrenzen für ein herzustellendes Walzprofil ermöglicht ist. Dazu wird erfindungsgemäß das Profil (54) des auslaufenden Walzguts ermittelt und mit einem Sollprofil verglichen, wobei der oder jeder Sollwert (SW) des oder jedes Walzgerüsts (4, 6, 8) unter Bezugnahme auf einen gerüstspezifischen Wichtungsfaktor (W;) anhand der Abweichungen des ermittelten Profils vom Sollprofil mit einem Korrektursollwert (Ki) beaufschlagt wird. Dazu ist der Walzstraße (1) ein Steuerungssystem (70) zugeordnet, das eine geeignet ausgelegte Steuereinheit (72) sowie eine mit dieser verbundene Meßeinrichtung (82) zur Ermittlung eines Profilkennwerts des auslaufenden Walzguts und ein Speichermodul (84) umfaßt. A rolling mill (1) for profiled rolling stock, in which the rolling stock is guided through a number of rolling stands (4, 6, 8) which follow one another in a rolling direction (x) and each comprise a number of work rolls, each rolling stand (4, 6, 8) is set to a number of setpoints (SW) with regard to its operating parameters, should be operated in such a way that comparatively little effort enables compliance with particularly narrow tolerance limits for a rolled profile to be produced. For this purpose, according to the invention, the profile (54) of the rolling stock being discharged is determined and compared with a target profile, the or each target value (SW) of the or each rolling stand (4, 6, 8) with reference to a stand-specific weighting factor (W;) based on the deviations of the determined profile is acted upon by the target profile with a correction target value (K i ). For this purpose, a control system (70) is assigned to the rolling train (1), which comprises a suitably designed control unit (72) as well as a measuring device (82) connected to this, for determining a profile characteristic of the rolling stock being discharged, and a storage module (84).
