Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a device for hot rolling thin steel strips with a rolling mill at least one roll stand.
Hot and cold rolling mills are used to roll thin steel strips used, the cold rolling mills the hot rolling mills are subordinate.
Dies ist aber nur dann möglich, wenn das Warmband zwischen den beiden Walzgerüstegruppen und zwischen den Gerüsten der zweiten Walzgerüstegruppe auf die richtige Temperatur eingestellt wird, was vergleichsweise aufwendig ist.EP 0 771 596 A1 describes a production plant for continuous or discontinuous known from hot strip, in the case of hot strip with a first roll stand group up to a thickness of about 2.5 mm is generated. However, this is only possible if the hot strip between the two roll stand groups and between the Setting up the second roll stand group to the correct temperature is set, which is comparatively complex.
Schönbeck J. et al describe in "State of ISP technology and new developments "," Steel and Iron ", volume 116, No. 11 dated November 11, 1996, a concept for hot strip production from Steel. This involves a process for hot rolling a steel strip described by means of a hot rolling mill, in front of a fixed presetting of the hot rolling mill after rolling the steel strip takes place and the steel strip with an outlet thickness of less than 0.75 mm from the last rolling stand of the hot rolling mill expires.
Compared to the prior art, the object of the invention is reduce the cost of rolling thin steel strips or to optimize.

The object is achieved according to the invention by a
In the invention for hot rolling a thin steel strip by means of a rolling mill with at least one roll stand the rolling mill set so that the steel strip with a Outlet thickness, which is less than 0.75 mm, from the roll stand expires. In this way it is possible to use a cold rolling mill save. This represents an enormous cost advantage compared to known rolling mills, at least include a hot and a cold rolling mill. Contrary to The unanimous opinion of the professional world is therefore a downstream one Cold rolling mill not necessary for rolling thin steel strips. In addition to the significant savings in infrastructure costs by eliminating a cold rolling mill, the invention also drastically reduces the operating cost of a rolling mill reduced because of the energy consumption associated with cold rolling is saved. Furthermore, the Rolling operation.

erfolgt derart,
entsprechenden Parameter, in
The output variables OA of the optimizer are advantageously determined iteratively as a function of its input variables OE. Genetic algorithms are advantageously used for this. 5 shows in simplified form the procedure for optimization using genetic algorithms. The optimization is done in such a way
- that values for the parameters to be optimized (ie in this case the output variables OA of the optimizer) are arranged in so-called
genes 40, which in turn are assigned toindividuals 41 of a so-called population, - that a certain number of individuals form a so-called initial population 34,

The factor k i is thus determined from analytical relationships into which certain properties of the rolling stand and the rolling stock are incorporated. In this advantageous refinement of the optimizer, rolling mill properties such as the work roll diameter D i of the i-th roll stand or the load roll gap profile Π i of the i-th roll stand are additional input variables OE of the options. The load roll gap profile Π i is advantageously determined by means of preprocessing (see, for example, DE 196 42 918).

It is particularly advantageous to adapt the information processing based on neural networks. For this purpose, in an advantageous embodiment of the optimizer, the input variables OE are supplemented by variables that are necessary for the adaptation of the information processing based on neural networks. These can be the band parameters BP, for example. Details on the design and adaptation of the models can be found, for example, in

After assignment of a survival probability, the individuals weighted with their survival probability are statistically selected into surviving
It is particularly advantageous to include other parameters, in particular Optimization criteria, such as energy consumption or roller wear, to be included in the optimization. Corresponding the genes corresponding to these parameters must be provided.
By the invention, in particular by hot rolling on a Outlet thickness between 0.75 and 0.3 mm, there is a significant Cost advantage over known rolling mills. Especially the cost advantage of hot rolling is significant below 0.6 mm. The invention is particularly advantageous to carry in a rolling mill with at least four Rolling mills. In this way, many are facing optimization Degrees of freedom available.
