Description

The invention relates to a rolling mill for rolling all Types of finished profiles from flat block or near dimensional dimensions Pre-profiles that come from a continuous casting plant and possibly in upstream heating furnaces stored and / or at rolling temperature being held. The rolling mill has one in close succession arranged universal scaffolding, with arranged between them Compression mill existing compact rolling group, one parallel staggered roughing group, which also consists of a Grouping of a vertical, one in close succession Horizontal and a universal scaffold exists.

Je nach der Größe des erreichbaren Marktes ergeben sich für das Betreiben solcher Walzanlagen häufig Schwierigkeiten mit Bezug auf die Auslastung und damit die Möglichkeit solche Anlagen wirtschaftlich zu betreiben (siehe beispielsweise die US-A-5 020 354).Known rolling mills of this type are in the nature of their construction and of the rolling stands and additional equipment used consistently: only suitable for rolling certain types of rolled products z. B. for heavy profiles and / or heavy beams or for light and medium beams and if necessary for corresponding profiles. Depending on the The size of the market that can be reached results from the operation such rolling mills often have difficulties with regard to utilization and thus the possibility of such systems economically operate (see for example US-A-5 020 354).

The invention has for its object the rolling mill of the above described generic training to improve so that with you all types of commercial profiles, both standard profiles as well, special profiles made in a limited frame can be, e.g. B. both light and heavy carriers, Sheet pile or mast profiles and all of these profiles also in small lot sizes. This object is achieved in that the Compact roller group upstream and downstream of roller tables, the length of which corresponds to the outlet length of the finished rolling stock, and that the roughing group is followed by a roller table, which is parallel to these two roller tables over their two lengths on the compact roller group runs past, being between the parallel Roller conveyors transverse transport devices are arranged. The roughing group consists, as the invention further provides, of a duo vertical frame, a duo horizontal scaffold and a universal scaffold. The horizontal stand of the roughing group and, if necessary, the horizontal stand The compact rolling group can have two or more optional calibres be equipped. For roughing and finishing H-profiles is the roller set of the universal stand of the roughing group equipped with an H-calibration with cylindrical vertical rollers. X-calibration can be used for rolling thin-walled beams with V-shaped vertical rollers and for rolling special profiles an appropriate calibration of the horizontal and vertical rollers be used. The universal stands of the compact rolling group can also have duo roller sets for rolling certain profiles. the horizontal rolls of the universal stand of the roughing group can advantageous diameters in the range from 1200 to 1800 mm and the Horizontal rolling of the universal stands of the compact rolling group diameter have in the range of 800 to 1300 mm.

This rolling mill can, as the invention further provides, operate in this way that heavy finished profiles, especially H profiles in the roughing group, Completely formed, over the one that leads past the compact rolling group Roller table and the, between this and the compact rolling mill downstream roller conveyor arranged transverse transport device applied to this roller table and downstream processing facilities are fed. The universal scaffold on the output side the compact rolling group can, as is known per se, using the roller table passing it and the, too the transverse transport device leading the roller table downstream of the compact roller group be approached via this roller table. at Equipment of the roughing group with a duo roughing stand with smooth rollers, a duo horizontal stand with profiled rollers and a universal framework becomes a preliminary profile with a rectangular cross-section or I cross-section compressed in the duo roughing stand, subsequently in Duo horizontal framework preformed and then in the universal framework of the roughing group is profiled and, if necessary, reduced and then in the compact rolling group in continuous pass and if necessary Reversing stitch sequences through universal scaffolding and horizontal scaffolding of this group. The upsetting and profile forming of the preliminary profile in the roughing group can be in a continuous Sequence through the scaffolds of this group or profile shaping and profile reduction of the pre-profile in this group in successive stitch and reversing stitch sequences caused by the duo horizontal scaffold and the universal scaffold become. When equipping the stands of the compact rolling group with calibrated horizontal roller pairs can be used for the final forming of a Thin-wall profile from a preliminary profile with an I cross-section in the compact rolling group in a continuous sequence through the scaffolding of this group.

When equipping the horizontal stand of the roughing group with optional calibres, preferably two election calibres, can be used in the successive Stitches and reversing stitches in the roughing group further profile reduction again in the first election caliber and in subsequent stitches in the next election caliber and at it then the further profile reduction in stitch and reversing stitch sequences in the universal scaffold on the input side and in the upsetting scaffold under a final sequence of steps through the universal scaffold on the input side, Compression scaffolding and universal scaffolding on the exit side Compact rolling group can be effected.

When rolling heavy finished profiles with an H cross section, the profile can compressed in the vertical stand of the roughing group and then in a stitch and reversing stitch sequence in itself, rolling technology known manner in each case in the horizontal frame and in the universal scaffold shaped and reduced profile and then in one final pass through the universal stand of this group become.

QT2 angeordnet. As can be seen from Fig. 1, the rolling mill is a heating furnace WO downstream, from which a feed roller table ZR to a roughing group leads from a vertical scaffold VG a horizontal scaffold HG and a universal scaffold UG. This roughing group is a Subordinate roller table R1, which is parallel to another roller table R2 runs, which is upstream of a tandem compact rolling group, that of two universal stands UG1 and UG2 and one between them arranged horizontal intermediate frame HZ. This tandem compact rolling group is a roller table R3 downstream. The parallel to The roller table R2 that runs the roller table R2 is on the tandem compact rolling group passed and then runs parallel to the Roller table R3. Between the roller table R1 and each roller table R2 and R3 are arranged transverse transport devices QT1 and QT2.

With this rolling system, pre-profiles that are not in a continuous casting plant shown as pre-profiles with flat cross-section, Block cross section or a cross section close to the final dimension were, and if necessary. brought to rolling temperature in the WO heating furnace or were held in a descaling system, also not shown, descaled, for example, a high-pressure water spraying device and then via the feed roller table ZR of the roughing group are fed, in which a first adjustment of the average of the Pre-profile to the finished profile to be rolled. The preformed and, if necessary, profiles that have already been reduced in shape are then, after Leaving the roughing group using the cross transport device QT1 brought to the roller table R2 and from this of the tandem compact rolling group fed and finish-rolled in this. This rolling process is shown graphically as 1 in FIG. severity Profiles e.g. B. H profiles can already be finish-rolled in the roughing group and then via the roller table R1 on the tandem compact rolling group transported over with the cross transport device QT2 applied to and from the roller table R3 of this roller group the processing facilities, e.g. B. fed the finishing line become. This rolling process is shown graphically at 2 in FIG.

How the preliminary profile VP can be seen in a stitch 1 in the vertical frame VG compressed, in another stitch 2 in the horizontal frame HG preformed and in a third stitch 3 in the UG universal scaffold profile shaped. This is followed by the tandem compact rolling group in a continuous sequence 4, 5, 6 through the universal framework UG 1 the horizontal scaffold HZ and the universal scaffold UG2 as well subsequent, also continuous reversing stitch sequences R7, R8, R9 in the opposite direction through the mentioned scaffolding and one repeated continuous sequence 10, 11, 12 in the starting direction through these scaffolds with profile shaping and profile reduction Finish shaping. The X-H rolling process is used here, i. H. the flanges of the I-profile are at the respective passage through the UG1 universal stand using the V-shaped vertical rollers VW bent slightly outwards and then over the profile rollers of the HZ horizontal stand and the cylindrical vertical rolls ZW of the universal scaffold UG2 back to the original H position brought.

3 corresponds essentially to that of FIG. 3 with the proviso that a preliminary profile VP as the starting profile an I-section close to the final dimension is used, and that in the tandem compact rolling group a total of five passes through the universal stand UG1, horizontal scaffold HZ and universal scaffold UG2 in or reversing stitch sequences 4, 5, 6, R7, R8, R9, 10, 11, 12, R13, R14, R15, 16, 17, 18 are necessary to complete the very thin-walled finished profile to shape.
