Claims (19)
- Trocknungsgebläse für eine Geschirrspülmaschine zum Fördern von ggf. mit Frischluft gemischter Feuchtluft aus dem Spülraum beim Geschirrtrocknen, wobei im Strömungsweg der vom Gebläselaufrad zu fördernden Abluft eine Ventileinrichtung mit einem in eine Offenstellung oder Schließstellung bewegbaren Ventilelement am Gebläse ausgebildet ist, welche den Abluftstrom blockiert oder freigibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinrichtung (6) direkt von der Drehung des Gebläselaufrades (5b) gesteuert ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Ventilelement (6a) der Ventileinrichtung (6) vom rotierenden Gebläselaufrad (5b) direkt oder indirekt über eine Kupplungseinrichtung (14) in die Offenstellung überführbar ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilelement (6a) der Ventileinrichtung (6) vorzugsweise im Ansaugbereich des Gebläselaufrades (5b) in Verlängerung der Laufradachse (5e) am Gebläseeingang (5c) axial bewegbar und/oder mit der Laufradachse (5e) drehbar angeordnet ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungseinrichtung (14) zur Mitnahme des Ventilelements (6a) achsgleich mit der Laufradachse (5e) bzw. dem Gebläselaufrad (5b) umläuft. - Trocknungsgebläse nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungseinrichtung (14) in Art einer Fliehkraftkupplung ausgebildet ist, welche ventilseitig gesehen bei Rotation ihren axialen Abstand zur Ventileinrichtung (6) verändert. - Trocknungsgebläse nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungseinrichtung (14) bei Rotation ihren axialen Abstand zur Ventileinrichtung (6) vorzugsweise vergrößert. - Trocknungsgebläse nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungseinrichtung (14) drehfest mit dem Gebläselaufrad (5b) sowie mit dem beweglichen Ventilelement (6a) verbunden ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungseinrichtung (14) drehfest mit dem Gebläselaufrad (5b) verbunden ist und sich ventilseitig gesehen am beweglichen Ventilelement (6a) trennbar abstützt. - Trocknungsgebläse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilelement (6a) bei stillstehendem Gebläselaufrad (5b) entgegen der Kraft einer Feder (15) von der Fliehkraftkupplung in Schließstellung gehalten ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Hub des Ventilelements (6a) anschlagbegrenzt (Anschlag 17) ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Hub des Ventilelements (6a) über die Drehzahl des Gebläselaufrades (5b) veränderbar ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilelement (6a) bei stillstehendem Gebläselaufrad (5b) entgegen der Kraft der Feder (15) in Schließstellung gehalten ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilelement (6a) bei stillstehendem Gebläselaufrad (5b) durch Magnetkraft in Schließstellung gehalten ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur axialen Abstandsänderung zwischen dem Gebläselaufrad (5b) und dem Ventilelement (6a) vorzugsweise als Fliehkraftkupplung gestaltete Kupplungseinrichtung (14) aus Federelementen oder dergl. (14a) gebildet ist, welche sich bei Rotation der Kupplung radial strecken bzw. auslenken, und dass die Elemente (14a) endseitig Fliehkraftgewichte (14b) tragen. - Trocknungsgebläse nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federkraft der Kupplungsfederelemente (14a) oder dergl. größer als die Federgegenkraft des Ventilelements (6a) ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei ausgerückter Kupplungseinrichtung (14) ein Trennspalt (16) zwischen dem anschlagbegrenzten Ventilelement (6a) und der laufradfernen Kupplungsseite vorgegeben ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilelement (6a) mit einer sich gegen das Gebläselaufrad (5b) bzw. der Laufradachse (5e) federnd abstützenden Achsverlängerung (18) verbunden ist, welche einen eine axiale Schubkraft in Richtung Gebläselaufrad (5b) erzeugenden Propeller (19) oder dergl. Antriebselement trägt. - Trocknungsgebläse nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 und einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilelement (6a) im Ansaugbereich des Gebläselaufrades (5b) vorzugsweise drehfest auf einer verlängerten Laufradachse (5e) angeordnet dem Gebläseeingang (5c) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Laufradachse (5e) begrenzt axial verschiebbar im Gebläsegehäuse gelagert und vom antreibenden Gebläsemotor (5a) zur direkten Ventilsteuerung ein- oder ausrückbar ist. - Trocknungsgebläse nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 und einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilelement (6a) in Form einer Blende (12) mit offenen und geschlossenen Blendensegmenten (12a bzw. 12b) ausgebildet ist, denen in Ruhestellung gleichartig ausgebildete jedoch versetzt dazu liegende entsprechende Blendensegmente am lagefesten Ventilteil (6b) gegenüberstehen.
