Description

La présente invention a trait à un élément de mobilier de télécommunication destiné à constituer pour une personne un espace d'isolement temporaire dans un environnement fréquenté par d'autres personnes. Cet élément, que l'on dénommera "stand" dans la suite, consiste en une sorte de "bulle" préservée permettant à son utilisateur d'établir des communications sans être entendu.
Bien que parfaitement utilisable avec les moyens de communication personnels sans fil de l'utilisateur qui s'y installe alors avec son propre matériel, ce stand est également équipé de moyens de connexion standard permettant notamment le raccordement d'outils informatiques à un réseau, l'établissement de liaisons téléphoniques classiques, la mise en oeuvre de vidéoconférences, etc... Il est cependant a priori conçu pour que les utilisateurs qui en disposent n'y fassent que des haltes relativement brèves, préservés pendant leur(s) communication(s) de l'ambiance du lieu et des indiscrétions possibles.
L'invention fait en effet partie d'un ensemble mobilier plus vaste constituant un espace de travail convivial remplissant un certain nombre de fonctions usuelles dans un bureau en vue de fournir simultanément à plusieurs utilisateurs un lieu de travail adéquat, et sa fonction dans ce cadre n'est pas de permettre des liaisons de longue durée, mais plutôt des stations assez courtes, en vue de communications d'ordre personnel ou professionnel.
Bien que les stands selon la présente invention soient généralement disposés en batterie de plusieurs unités dans l'espace de travail précité, une certaine confidentialité des conversations doit être respectée et assurée, quelle que soit leur teneur. La configuration et les matériaux utilisés pour l'édification de ces stands tient compte de cette nécessité qui est un des fondements de l'invention.
Plus précisément, le stand comprend essentiellement un plan de travail surmonté de parois latérales, d'un fond et d'un plafond formant un espace protégé pour lesdites communications.
A titre principal, il se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte des moyens pour disposer le plan de travail à deux hauteurs, une première hauteur offrant une position haute de travail convenant à un utilisateur stationnant debout devant le stand, et une seconde hauteur conférant une position basse audit plan de travail, adaptée à un fonctionnement en position assise, lesdits moyens incluant le siège pour l'utilisateur.
Bien que l'objectif principal, comme cela a été signalé, n'est pas de procurer un espace de travail adapté pour de longues sessions, la structure du stand de l'invention doit cependant pouvoir s'adapter à plusieurs types d'utilisation, et être suffisamment conviviale pour intégrer de la manière la plus confortable la situation en principe plus rare d'une communication de longue durée.
C'est la raison pour laquelle une utilisation debout et une utilisation assise sont proposées.
L'objectif de l'invention est également d'être adapté à tous les types d'utilisateurs susceptibles de fréquenter l'environnement de travail dans lequel s'inscrit ces stands.
Dans cette optique, l'existence d'une configuration permettant de passer des communications en position assise permet notamment à des handicapés, personnes âgées, personnes momentanément fatiguées ou malades, de recourir dans de bonnes conditions aux stands de l'invention.
Les moyens pour modifier la hauteur du plan de travail sont en pratique constitués d'un volume emboítable en partie inférieure de l'espace protégé, entre les parois latérales et une paroi support horizontale sur laquelle il repose, ladite paroi support formant le plan de travail en position basse alors que la surface supérieure dudit volume en configuration emboítée constitue le plan de travail en position haute, ce volume étant de plus utilisé comme siège lorsqu'il est extrait dudit espace et placé sur le sol devant lui.
Cet unique volume emboítable dans l'espace creux formant le stand permet très simplement d'aboutir aux deux configurations précitées. Bien entendu, la hauteur à laquelle se situe la paroi support horizontale, ainsi que les dimensions du volume formant le siège sont calculées de manière à offrir un confort maximal à l'utilisateur dans les deux configurations.
De préférence, la face du volume emboítable orientée parallèlement à l'ouverture de l'espace protégé est muni d'un évidement permettant l'introduction d'une main, faisant office de poignée pour la manipulation dudit volume.
De préférence, cette même face affleure sensiblement les chants de la paroi support et les parois latérales bordant ladite ouverture.
En réalité, le volume constituant le siège ainsi que le plan de travail en position debout présente des dimensions telles qu'il peut facilement coulisser dans la portion inférieure de l'espace protégé du stand, entre les portions inférieures des parois latérales et sur la paroi support. Dans cette configuration, c'est sa face verticale visible qui est munie de la poignée de manipulation.
Dans l'utilisation en siège, qui entraíne un basculement du volume, cette poignée se trouve pratiquée dans la surface horizontale formant l'assise du siège. Le plan de travail de la configuration debout est de fait constitué d'une des faces qui est d'allure verticale en configuration siège.
Selon une possibilité avantageuse, l'espace protégé et le volume disposé en configuration emboítée présentent chacun une section horizontale de surface trapézoïdale.
Bien que cette configuration ne soit pas nécessaire, en terme de fonctionnalité, elle présente un certain nombre d'avantages intéressants : ainsi, outre qu'elle confère au siège, lequel est en fait un tabouret, un aspect esthétique indiscutablement plus original, elle ne permet qu'un seul sens d'emboítement, qui garantit que la poignée se trouve toujours du bon côté, c'est-à-dire accessible à l'utilisateur.
En outre, cette configuration aboutit à ouvrir vers l'extérieur l'espace protégé pour les communications, dans lequel la partie supérieure du corps de l'utilisateur pénètre naturellement lorsque celui-ci entend préserver la confidentialité de sa communication, et cet élargissement vers l'extérieur lui procure une sensation de confort volumique.
Compte tenu de la fonction principale de ces stands, supposés prévus pour garantir une certaine intimité pendant des communications individuelles, les parois de l'espace protégé sont réalisées en un matériau présentant de bonnes caractéristiques d'isolation acoustique. De préférence, il présente au surplus un certain confort tactile, une douceur au toucher. Cette sensation peut notamment résulter de l'utilisation d'un matériau mou au toucher, qui devra alors offrir un fort coefficient d'absorption pour les raisons d'isolation acoustique mentionnées.
Selon un exemple, le matériau acoustiquement isolant peut consister en de la mousse de polyuréthane, utilisée en tant que telle ou comme base d'une paroi plus complexe répondant aux critères précités.
Si besoin est, l'utilisateur peut donc bénéficier d'un relatif isolement, en penchant sa tête à l'intérieur de la structure afin de n'être pas entendu des personnes situées à l'extérieur, notamment dans les stands voisins.
Bien que pour une large part, le stand de l'invention est destiné à être utilisé avec les moyens de communication propres de l'utilisateur, il comporte de plus un certain nombre d'équipements permettant la connexion d'organes de communication, outils de transmission, etc... Ainsi, chaque stand peut par exemple être relié au réseau informatique installé dans les locaux qu'ils équipent, et comporter éventuellement des prises téléphoniques si celles-ci sont distinctes des prises réseaux.
Plus généralement encore, chaque stand peut être doté de connecteurs particuliers en fonction du type d'outil informatique et/ou de communication qui sont utilisés dans l'entreprise.
Leur fond comporte de plus des moyens d'accrochage d'un écran ou d'une tablette graphique appartenant à l'utilisateur. Cette tablette peut regrouper des fonctions informatiques et de communications sophistiquées, et lesdits moyens d'accrochage peuvent alors également comporter un connecteur électronique. Le but est que l'utilisateur accroche sa propre tablette lorsqu'il arrive, et que celle-ci soit immédiatement fonctionnelle. En fin de communication, il récupère son outil qui doit pouvoir être immédiatement déconnecté et décroché.
En particulier, cette tablette peut servir d'écran pour une visioconférence. Elle peut également servir de terminal informatique, par connexion à un serveur central, etc...
La paroi support du stand peut également comporter un logement pour l'insertion d'un élément de type plateau y coulissant alors à la manière d'un tiroir.
Dans un environnement de travail convivial tel que celui dans lequel les stands de l'invention seront implantés, il est notamment prévu que chaque utilisateur soit pourvu d'un tel plateau, qu'il remplit d'un certain nombre d'outils de travail standard (stylos, support pour écrire, ...) avec lesquels il peut se déplacer entre les différents emplacements de travail dévolus à des fonctions différentes correspondant à ses besoins usuels de travail.
En arrivant au niveau d'un stand, en principe pour une halte assez brève, il lui suffit d'insérer ledit plateau dans le logement prévu à cet effet au niveau de la paroi support pour être libre de ses mouvements. Parmi les outils standard que le plateau est susceptible de transporter se trouvent les tablettes graphiques précitées, que l'utilisateur aura soin, si besoin est, de prélever du plateau pour l'accrocher au fond du stand, en vue d'y inscrire des notes personnelles au cours de ses entretiens, ou pour une utilisation en périphérique informatique, ou encore pour une visioconférence.
Le côté du plateau accessible après insertion dans ledit logement doit bien entendu comporter une poignée, ou un orifice en faisant office, pour le manipuler au cours des opérations de coulissement en début et fin de halte. A l'instar de ce qui se fait pour la tablette graphique, le plateau est véhiculé par l'utilisateur d'un poste à l'autre, et il le reprend lorsqu'il quitte le stand.
Enfin, selon des caractéristiques configurationnelles additionnelles visant à augmenter la commodité d'utilisation du stand, celui-ci dispose d'un éclairage, et son fond est de préférence configuré en un tableau blanc inscriptible par l'utilisateur, qui peut par conséquent également l'utiliser pour prendre des notes, instantanément effaçables sans produit spécifique au moment de quitter les lieux.
Dans la plupart des cas, les stands de l'invention sont fixés à des parois ou murs des locaux dans lesquels ils sont implantés. Il est bien entendu également possible de les rendre mobiles par fixation à un pied indépendant, par exemple situé dans le prolongement inférieur du fond du stand, lequel se terminera alors par un piétement inférieur assurant la stabilité de l'ensemble.
L'invention va à présent être décrite plus en détail, en référence aux figures annexées, pour lesquelles :
  • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un stand de l'invention, en configuration pour une utilisation debout, c'est-à-dire avec le volume constituant le tabouret intégré à l'espace de communication ;
  • la figure 2 est une vue de face de la configuration d'utilisation en position debout ;
  • la figure 3 est une vue en perspective du stand de l'invention en configuration d'utilisation assise ; et
  • la figure 4 est une vue de face correspondant à la configuration de la figure 3.
En référence à la figure 1, le stand (S) se compose principalement d'un boítier dont les parois latérales (1, 2), le plafond (3), la paroi support inférieure (4) et le fond (5) délimitent un espace intérieur dans la portion inférieure duquel est disposé un volume (6) dont la surface supérieure constitue le plan de travail (T), dans la configuration d'utilisation en position debout. Ledit volume (6) repose en fait sur le support inférieur (4), et peut coulisser entre les portions inférieures des parois latérales (1, 2).
Le volume (6) est également prévu pour servir de tabouret, lorsqu'il est extrait de l'espace intérieur du stand (S). Il présente un évidement (7) dans sa face affleurant les chants visibles des parois (1, 2, 3, 4), ledit évidement (7) étant destiné à servir de poignée de manipulation. Cet évidement (7) doit permettre une prise correcte lorsqu'on y introduit la main.
La paroi support (4) comprend également un évidement (8) lequel est prévu pour servir de logement à un élément de type plaque ou plateau, qui y coulisse à la manière d'un tiroir.
Le fond (5), qui apparaít en figure 2, présente des moyens d'accrochage (9) d'un élément d'allure plane de type tablette graphique ou écran, etc...(non représenté). Ces moyens (9) permettent l'accrochage mécanique de la tablette ou de l'écran, mais ils peuvent également présenter des moyens de connexion électroniques, aux fins d'utilisation de leurs fonctionnalités informatiques et/ou de communication. Ainsi, un écran qui y est accroché est situé à une hauteur convenable pour être utilisé pour une visioconférence.
Il est à noter que le côté interne du fond (5) qui apparaít en figure 2 peut être utilisé comme tableau inscriptible, car il est muni d'un revêtement permettant par exemple l'utilisation d'un marqueur connu, les annotations en résultant étant effaçables par frottement à l'aide d'un simple chiffon, sans devoir recourir à un solvant spécifique.
Le plafond (3) est quant à lui muni d'un éclairage (10) permettant à l'utilisateur de travailler dans de bonnes conditions lorsque l'environnement est trop sombre.
Comme cela a déjà été mentionné auparavant, le stand (S), et plus particulièrement les parois périphériques (1, 2, 3, 4), sont réalisés en un matériau constituant un isolant phonique. L'utilisateur peut ainsi préserver une certaine confidentialité dans ses communications.
En référence aux figures 3 et 4, le volume (6) a été extrait de l'espace délimité par les parois périphériques (1, 2, 3, 4). Dans la configuration d'utilisation en position assise qui en résulte, le volume (6) n'est pas dans la même orientation que dans la configuration d'utilisation en position debout. Le côté dans lequel est pratiquée la poignée de manipulation (7) est à présent horizontal, alors qu'il était auparavant orienté verticalement.
Le nouveau plan de travail (T') se situe dès lors à une hauteur appropriée par rapport à la position assise de l'utilisateur. Lorsque les communications réalisées à partir du stand sont destinées à durer, la configuration d'utilisation en position assise sera plus naturellement choisie.
La description ci-dessus ne concerne bien entendu qu'un exemple possible de configuration du stand de l'invention, exemple qui n'est nullement limitatif de celle-ci. L'invention englobe au contraire toutes les variantes de forme et de configuration qui sont à la portée de l'homme de l'art.

       caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens (6) pour disposer le plan de travail (T, T') à deux hauteurs, une première hauteur offrant une position haute de travail convenant à un utilisateur stationnant debout devant le stand (S), et une seconde hauteur conférant une position basse audit plan de travail (T'), adaptée à un fonctionnement en position assise, lesdits moyens (6) incluant le siège pour l'utilisateur.
  2. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour modifier la hauteur du plan de travail (T, T') sont constitués d'un volume (6) emboítable en partie inférieure de l'espace protégé, entre les parois latérales (1, 2) et une paroi support (4) horizontale sur laquelle il repose, ladite paroi support (4) formant le plan de travail (T') en position basse alors que la surface supérieure dudit volume (6) en configuration emboítée constitue le plan de travail (T) en position haute, ce volume (6) étant utilisé comme siège lorsqu'il est extrait dudit espace et placé sur le sol devant lui.
  3. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la face du volume (6) emboítable orientée parallèlement à l'ouverture de l'espace protégé est muni d'un évidement (7) permettant l'introduction d'une main, faisant office de poignée pour la manipulation dudit volume (6).
  4. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que la face du volume (6) emboítable d'allure parallèle à l'ouverture de l'espace protégé affleure sensiblement les chants des parois support (4) et latérales (1, 2) bordant ladite ouverture.
  5. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'espace protégé et le volume (6) en configuration emboítée présentent une section horizontale de surface trapézoïdale.
  6. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parois (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) de l'espace protégé sont réalisées en un matériau présentant des caractéristiques d'isolation acoustique.
  7. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le matériau acoustiquement isolant consiste en de la mousse de polyuréthane.
  8. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fond (5) comporte des moyens d'accrochage (9) d'une tablette graphique véhiculée par l'utilisateur.
  9. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage (9) comportent un connecteur électronique.
  10. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la paroi support (4) comporte un logement (8) pour l'insertion d'un élément de type plateau y coulissant à la manière d'un tiroir.
  11. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plafond (3) comporte un éclairage (10).
  12. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de connexion permettent le raccordement à un réseau informatique standard, à des liaisons téléphoniques et/ou de visioconférence.
  13. Stand (S) créant un espace d'isolement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fond (5) est revêtu d'un matériau permettant l'inscription à l'aide de marqueurs dont l'encre est instantanément effaçable sans produit spécifique.
