      a device with drawer (12) placed under compartment (11) for storing, drawer (13) equipped with a hole (14) for receiving dose (4) is able by a translatory movement to push dose (4) towards ejection means (15) comprising translative piston (35),
      2° - it includes a single drive shaft (51) for driving drawer (13) and piston (35) in their movements, and movement transmission means between on the one hand shaft (51) and on the other drawer (13) and piston (35)
      3° - and that:
      a - drive shaft (51) is perpendicular to the directions of piston (35) and drawer (13) movement;
      b - the transmission means between drive shaft (51) and piston (35) consist of at least a cam (37) fitted on drive shaft (51) and connected by its section to ejection means (15);
      c - the transmission means between drive shaft (51) and drawer (13) include at least one system formed of:
      a cam (38) fitted on drive shaft (51),
      a lever (42) connected by a pivot at its first end to cam (38) at its section and by its second end to a rod (45) driving drawer (13),
      a pivot (43) for raising lever (42), situated between its two ends and providing an oscillatory movement,
      d - the section of cams (37, 38) has an asymmetry that is adapted to the desired amplitude of movement of drawer (13) and piston (35).
    2. Installation for manufacturing individual small packaged doses (1) according to claim 1 characterized in that
         assemblies (10) are mobile in translation in a direction orthogonal to the means for supporting and forming hollows (9) between a raised position and an ejection position flush with the means for supporting and forming hollows (9).
    3. Installation for manufacturing individual small packaged doses (1) according to claim 2 characterized in that
         the drive for assembly (10) is generated by drive shaft (51) and transmitted to the assembly (10) by transmission means.
    4. Installation for manufacturing individual small packaged doses (1) according to claim 3 characterized in that
         the transmission means between drive shaft (51) and assembly (10) consist of at least a cam (39) fitted on drive shaft (51) and connected through its profile to assembly (10).
    5. Installation for manufacturing individual small packaged doses (1) according to claim 3 or 4 characterized in that
         outlet (22) includes a peripheral sleeve (55) joined to compartment (11) for storing and surrounding a pipe (53) held by spring (54) in sleeve (55) and whose lower end presses on drawer (13) so that it can be adapted to different drawer heights (13).
    6. Installation for manufacturing individual small packaged doses (1), according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that
         compartment (11) for storing includes at least one blade (52) rotated above outlet (22).
    7. Installation according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that
         compartment (11) for storing incorporates a precompacting cylinder (16) that makes it easier to fill hole (14) and performs first compaction of dose (4), and
         the pressure supplying precompacting cylinder (16) is adjustable in order to control the compaction of dose (4).
    8. Installation according to claim 7, characterized in that
         it includes means for weighing (19) individual small packaged dose (1) so that the pressure feeding the precompacting cylinder (16) can be controlled according to the set weight.
    9. Installation according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it includes
      means for feeding (25) a strip of stiffening material (24) that is capable of being inserted between two sheets of filter paper (2, 3);
      means for cutting (26) the strip of stiffening material (24) into blanks (27) adapted to the shape of the doses (4) and fitting opposite the hollows;
      means for assembling the strip of stiffening material (24) with the sheets of filter paper (2, 3) so that a stiffened edge is created around individual small packaged dose (1).
    10. Installation according to claim 9 characterized in that
         the strip of stiffening material (24) is a strip of cardboard whose two sides are covered by a film of thermoplastic material assembled using heating heads (28) that allow heat bonding of strip of cardboard (24) on sheets (2, 3)
    11. Installation according to any one of claim 9 or 10, characterized in that
         it includes additional means (29) that are able to increase the speed of movement of one or both sheets of filter paper (2, 3) relative to the strip of stiffening material (24) before assembly, so as to relieve the tension in the sheet of filter paper relative to the strip of stiffening material (24), said tension relieving (30) preventing too strong a force being applied to the filter paper during assembly.
    12. Installation according to any one of claims 9 to 11, characterized in that
         it has means for splitting, at least partly, the sheet(s) of filter paper (2, 3) close to hollows (9) and in the direction of their movement, so that the tension in the filter paper is limited during assembly.
    13. Installation according to any one of claims 9 to 12, characterized in that
         the means for cutting (26) also allow the creation of holes (32), aligned and uniformly distributed in the direction of movement on the strip of stiffening material (24), and that the installation includes one or several spiked feed rollers (33) acting with holes (32) to drive the strip of stiffening material (24) and prevent unwanted movement.
    14. Installation according to the claim 12 in combination with claim 13,
      characterized in that
         the lateral position of holes (32) in the strip of stiffening material (24) and of slits (31) in the sheets of filter paper (2, 3) is identical.
    15. Process for manufacturing individual small packaged doses enclosing, between two sheets of filter paper, a lower one (2) and an upper one (3), a dose (4) of product to be infused (5) such as ground coffee, the said process being implemented by an installation according to any one of claims 1 to 14 and by which:
      a - two sheets of filter paper (2, 3) are brought to one place;
      b - the lower sheet of filter paper (2) is supported and hollows (9) are created in it;
      c - a dose (4) of the product to be infused (5) is place in each hollow (9);
      d - during their manufacture the individual small packaged doses (1) are moved;
      characterized in that,
      a dose (4) of the product to be infused (5) is place in each hollow (9) as follows
      the product to be infused (5) is stored in a compartment (11) for storing
      a dose (4) is discharged from compartment (11) for storing towards hole (14) formed in a drawer (12)
      translatory movement of drawer (13) brings dose (4) present in hole (14) towards a position where it is ejected towards a hollow (9 ) by the thrust of a piston (35)
      drawer (13) and piston (35) are driven by a same drive shaft (51)
      drive shaft (51) is positioned perpendicular to the directions of movement of piston (35) and drawer (13);
      the transmission means between drive shaft (51) and piston (35) consist of at least one cam (37) fitted on drive shaft (51) and linked by its section to ejection means (15);
      the transmission means between drive shaft (51) and drawer (13) consist of at least a system formed by:
      a cam (38) fitted on drive shaft (51),
      a lever (42) linked, by pivot, by its first end to cam (38) at its section and by its second end to a rod (45) driving drawer (13).
      a pivot (43) for raising levier (42) situated between its two ends and providing an oscillatory movement,
      an asymmetrical cam (37, 38) section adapted to the required amplitude of movement of drawer (13) and piston (35).
    16. Process according to claim 15, characterized in that
         before ejecting dose (4), drawer device (12) is lowered to a level that is flush with hollows (9), and raised after ejection of dose (4).
    17. Process according to one of claims 15 or 16, characterized in that
         the product to be infused (5) is precompacted on its discharge towards hole (14)
         and the precompacting pressure is adjusted to match the required density for dose (4)
    18. Process according to claim 17, characterized in that
      all or part of manufactured individual small packaged doses (1) are weighed and
      the precompacting pressure is adjusted according to the difference between the measured weight and set weight.
    19. Process according to any one of claims 15 to 18, characterized in that
      a strip of stiffening material (24) is supplied,
      blanks (27) are cut out of the strip of stiffening material (24) by adapting the shape of blanks (27) to doses (4),
      the position of blanks (27) are adjusted so as to be opposite hollows (9)
      the strip of stiffening material (24) is inserted between the two sheets of filter paper (2, 3) and assembled.
    20. Process according to claim 19, characterized in that
      the two sides of the strip of stiffening material (24) are covered with a thermoplastic film;
      the strip of stiffener (24) and the two sheets of filter paper (2, 3) are assembled by heat bonding.
    21. Process according to any one of the claim 19 or 20, characterized in that
         before assembly, the sheet of filter paper (2, 3) is driven quicker than the strip of stiffening material (24) so that the filter paper tension is relieved to avoid too much strain on it during assembly.
    22. Process according to any one of claims 19 to 21, characterized in that
         the sheet(s) of filter paper (2, 3) are split before assembly, close to hollows (9), and in the direction of their movement.
